This was our second time renting this home. The house is equipped with everything you need and is in the perfect location for us. My mom just turned 80 and it’s just a very small walk to the beach, but doable for older renters as well as kids. It is very well maintained and the coastal decor is fitting for the island and the property manager couldn’t be more accommodating. You won’t be sorry for choosing this home and it will probably be on your Tybee Rental Repeat List.

Having a group filled with diverse ages and needs, it was a challenge to find the right accommodations. Finding this house was truly a Godsend. Our arrival was facilitated fully by a most helpful host, and the house was as beautiful as advertised. Overall, our family enjoyed a wonderful week! I would highly recommend:)

We had a wonderful stay and Erin was a wonderful host. The house had everything we needed and more than met our expectations. Easy access to the beach which wasn't that crowded since it was between public access points - a perfect spot! We would definitely come back again!

This house is in a perfect location. Private boardwalk to the beach makes getting to and from the beach very easy. It’s just a short walk or bike to food, drinks, and the lighthouse. The house is very spacious and has great places to hang out after the beach. Most beach toys you need are at the house. Highly recommend.

We rented this lovely home for our family to stay at during the week of my daughter’s wedding. Not only is the home spacious and well decorated, it is well equipped with everything you need. The property manager, Erin, is very responsive and attentive to any questions you may have. In addition, the house has a beautiful view of the ocean that can be enjoyed while rocking in chairs on the front porch. The neighborhood is perfect for walking in a safe environment and is just around the corner from Jaycee Park. Such a great location! Thanks again for making our special occasion even better by sharing your wonderful home with us.

It is a vacation house that is complete, steps from the beach and has all the amenities needed while away from home such as fully stock kitchen, bathrooms, towels and games for entertainment. The owner was very accessible to resolve any issues.

The house was perfect for our family. It had lots of different spaces for children or adults to do things. Property is well cared for and kept up. Everyone loved the house and the private beach. Water was warmer than west coast and waves were not strong so kids loved to play at the beach.

Exceptional
Everything about the house was perfect. The location can’t be beat. Our week there was very special with sunrise and sunset beach walks, and getting to see my 2.5 year old grand daughter fly a kite for the first time and find a starfish on the beach with us. Definitely would recommend and will deflinitely stay again.

Every amenity was thoughtfully supplied, the home was better stocked than any I’ve stayed in through VRBO. This property is a gem! Perfect home and location!
We couldn’t have been happier with this home. It was spacious, spotless, and in the nicest location! We loved the amenities provided such as hot tub, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, life vests, beach cart, bikes, corn hole, spike ball, ping pong, pool table.... even children’s plates, bowls, sippee cups, baby gates, booster high chair seat, and travel crib!! Fully stocked kitchen and with 2 coffee makers! The beach was literally steps away as well as north beach restaurant and light house. You can’t go wrong with this home. It is exactly like the photos and was perfect for our family of 7 adults, plus a 3 year old and 1 year old.

Amazing place
We had a great time at Tybee Island. The host answered all my questions (and I asked a lot of). The house was clean and have anything that you need! I have a toddler 32 months and he had the best first time beach vacation ever. The house is prepare for your family of any age. Thank you!

Tybee Island Vacay
Great location, very clean and well maintained home. The host was very responsive to a maintenance issue (A/C went out on a Saturday evening) on one of the hottest days (98 degrees). The issue was fixed within 12 hours. The only item missing with this property is a good grill! We love to grill out to eliminate excessive heat in the kitchen and the grill was a basic charcoal grill.

We loved everything about our stay.here.Exceptionally clean, stocked with coffee spices pots pans towels beach chairs and beach toys etc... the house is very roomy and has many awesome spaces. Erin was fantastic to deal with . Highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for peace, beautiful sunrises and just a good time. The lighthouse footsteps away was an unexpected bonus.You feel very at home here. The rocking chair front porch was perfect for morning coffee and sunrises.The short walk to restaurants and short drive to the town was perfect. Rear deck has huge hot tub to relax in in a very private setting. 5 stars from beginning to end. Looking forward to returning!

Slice of heaven
This is an amazing beach rental! The house is beautiful with a perfect location! Nice and quiet and just steps from the beach. There was plenty of room for our whole family to spread out and relax. The property manager was super responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I never want to stay anywhere else on the island but right here!

Amazing Vacation
This property is one of the best we have rented! It was very clean, had tons of space, on a private cul se sac with private access to the beach. The walk to the beach is a very short walk with no stairs!
The owner, Erin, was extremely responsive and accommodating. You can tell that she wants your vacation to be perfect!
We look forward to hopefully staying here again!

Best Yet
We have stayed in many different rentals in many different beaches. This was the best accommodation of all. It was clean, comfortable and extremely convenient to the beach. There were 6 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of space to come together and also space to get away for a little downtime. This was a great fit for our family.

Absolutely perfect! Great location, beautiful house
Myself and 9 other adults stayed here for a long weekend. The house is absolutely perfect! It’s nice and large, no lack of space, in a beautiful private neighborhood and just a few steps from the beach. The portion of the beach you’re on too and far enough from the public side that it doesn’t get too crowded either. There were a few beach chairs to use and plenty of towels! Erin was extremely responsive and so easy to communicate with as well. We all absolutely loved the place and would absolutely come back! This is not only a great space for an adults only trip, but families as well.

Amazing property
I would 100% rent this property again. From the house to the location to the property manager...everything was incredible. The beach was fairly private and not over-run with people. The house was spacious and relaxing. The house was rented for a girls weekend however I cannot wait to book a family vacation with my husband and 3 kids!
