I don't think we'll be back.

This condo is wonderful and we will return again. Beautiful views of the torquoise waters and stylishly decorated. Our only issue is we didn't have more time to enjoy it. I had heard an all inclusive resort was the only way to go. They were wrong!! This condo is so private and safe it's a home away from home. So few families in the entire unit many times we had the pool area entirely to ourselves. The snorkeling out from of the condo is first class and never once did we have to share this with other tourists. The need for free food and drink was zero since we went grocery shopping at the Mega Mart and brought everything we might need at very cheap reasonable prices with an amazing selection. Plus every where you go in Cozumel you are offered drinks so who needs an all inclusive to share with hundreds of other guests. If solitude, peace and quiet is what your after this condo is for you. Some noteworthy amenities worth mentioning are. Very comfortable masterbed room mattress. Brand new washer and dryer. World class snorkeling right out front. Great internet and television services. Friendly and accommodating staff. The floors are spotless. Very clean. Plenty of supplies from laundry soap, trash bags to toilet paper. We wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend this condo for its solitude away from the crowds, it's cleanliness, it's wonderful amenities and it's gorgeous views.

Our family of four enjoyed a little pre-Christmas getaway. We enjoyed Miramar as a great base for exploring Cozumel. Loved that it was close to town but away from the crowds. The condo was clean, the staff friendly, and the pool and diving platform were a great place to relax. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo was as described, Matias was great host, gave excellent recommendations and communications. Arranged for us to all get our required COVId test for return trip. Kitchen well stocked with all we needed. Awesome views! Master bedroom was so romantic, balcony with ocean views. Could not have asked for better location away from big resorts.

Clean, comfortable condo. Everything you need is there. If you are looking for crowds to party with, this is not your place. If you are looking for an incredible ocean view and peace and serenity, this is for you.

The condo was immaculate and well stocked and we also hired the chef he recommended, - Antonio, who also was amazing, - and provided excellent service and great food! The property is exactly like the pictures online and Matias and staff were very hospitable. The location is just north of the center of town and airport. We enjoyed the platform to jump into the ocean and snorkeling along the coral shore! We highly recommend Guido’s, Fernando Jr’s Lobster House, Azul Madera and be sure to go to the other side of the island and visit Rasta’s! We will be back!

The Miramar 401 is a beautiful condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Cozumel. The view was spectacular and the snorkeling right out front was great! The 2 story condo gave everyone plenty of room and having 3 bathrooms was great. Also there is a great walking/running path that is right in front of the condo. Matt was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend Buccano’s, Guidos, Pancho Burger and La Monina for restaurants. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. My husband and son dove with Pro Dive at the Allegro and had a great experience. We also visited Buccano’s beach club, Chankanaab Cabanas and The Money Bar beach club which were all incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Cozumel and would definitely stay again at Miramar.

Our first time in Cozumel and we loved every minute of it. The condo complex is small so there is lots of room at the pool to always spread out. Location is a little out of town which was great for us as we like a little bit of seclusion. If we ever revisit the island we will most likely stay here again! The staff was very friendly and attentive to the property too!

Very much enjoyed are stay very relaxing and just what we needed. Matias did a great job communicating with us from start to finish. Only had 1 issue with the safe when the batteries died and he was at Condo in 15 minutes to provide assistance. Great place and excellent staff.

Due to the coronavirus, we had to postpone our stay. With that being said, i have talked with Matt several times on the phone and he is a super kind man. We are looking forward to meeting him in person. Definitely, a person that you want to do business with. Kind, compassionate and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful trip and stay. Not only were the accommodations wonderful the additional services that were offered were over the top amazing. We were given the information on a chef that came and cooked a couple of meals for us and his food was excellent, we were set up with a snorkeling trip and pur car rental was even taken care of. We cannot wait to stay again

Every year is the same. Perfect. From the view to the cleanliness, this is the Palace at Miramar. If you ever need anything, Matias and his staff are right on it. You won't be disappointed.

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe this condo. The property looks even better in reality than in its photos. The property maintenance, communication with the property manager, maid service - All were exceptional! The kitchen had all we needed and more. T

The condo was lovely as pictured, and the grounds were also well kept. The host communicated often and any questions were answered promptly. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to spend time in Cozumel. You can swim in the pool or the sea, and diving is available at the nearby marina. Town is about a 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride. We hope to return.

Great place to stay. Owners/staff were easy to deal with and great to interact with. Jose was the best! We would definetely recommend staying at Miramar.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in Miramar condos and I have no reason to stay anywhere else. It is a great location close to town with the most incredible water and snorkeling right out front. The pool is also beautiful and clean. The whole complex is clean, secure and the staff is friendly and helpful. This condo is beautiful just as pictured and well stocked with towels and everything you need to make meals in the kitchen. Communication with the owners is easy. Only good things to say about staying here, the one bad thing is that we had to go home 😉�

Great property. Condo is very clean and the view is amazing. Every sunset is picturesque. Management and workers were very helpful and will do anything for you to have a great experience. Location was 5 minutes from downtown so its convenient to shopping and restaurants. Traffic near the condo was minimal and easy to get around. It's great for 2-4 people and we highly recommend it for a couple or family vacation. We hope to be back soon.

I could stay here forever!! Loved it.

We stayed here with another couple and were generally very happy with the unit which was very nice, clean, and well stocked. The view is beautiful and grounds and pool well maintained. Cleaning service every other day was great. The master bedroom/bath is quite superior to the second bed/bath and has an amazing view.. This is a challenge for 2 couples since both obviously wanted the master so suggest this location probably a better fit for a family,. There is no closet in second bedroom, just an armoire so had to keep some of our stuff in suit cases. The second bath is extremely small and room for only one at a time. The washing machine wasn't working but we were given access to another unit's machine so only slightly inconvenient Matias was extremely helpful and accommodating and gave us great information and recommendations. He was quick to respond to our questions and we felt very well taken care of.. We would definitely stay here again with our family.

Everything about Miramar 401 is perfect! The location is great, the condo beautiful like the photos, and easy check-in with Matias. Quick access to town by car. Highly recommend renting a car and explore the island. Pool was perfect place to look out over the sea and watch the sunset. Money Bar beach club has nice snorkeling off shore but highly recommend a tour! Miramar was the perfect home away from home. If we come back to Cozumel, we will definitely stay here!!

Beautiful place. We had a relaxing, fantastic stay! The dive platform into the clear, beautiful water was the highlight of the amenities for sure! Matias was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns - he got back to me almost immediately when I emailed him during our stay. We had a rental jeep, and it was an easy drive to town and to all of the dive and excursion shops. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing, quiet Cozumel experience.

We normally stay at a resort, so this was a different experience for us. At first I wasn't certain that I would enjoy not having wait staff, but it actually turned out to be so relaxing and peaceful. The condo was very clean and well appointed and the view was beautiful. Property Management was quick to respond and helpful in making any arrangements that we needed.

Our repeat trip to Cozumel and Miramar Condos was as good as we remembered. Taxi to town is no more than $5. Good restaurants within walking distance. Snorkeling right from the shore. Place was super clean with housekeeping provided every 2nd day. Walking/bike path goes right past the condos. Thanks for everything! Until next time....
