This condo is spacious and accommodated all of our family members very well. Great location for swimming, hiking and biking activities in the Sun Valley area.

Great well equipped home! Super clean and comfortable. We love the location close to Dollar Mountain for kids and walkable to the Sun Valley Lodge.

We rented this condo in Sun Valley Idaho during February 2022 for skiing with 3 couples total. The house is set up well for a rental for couples or families. It has 3 private sleeping areas on first floor and one semi private sleeping area (loft). Private areas: Master bedroom with King bed, Secondary bedroom with queen bed and Sitting room/bedroom with small sleeper sofa (probably best for kids). Semi Private: The loft has a queen bed an additional small room off the loft contains a trundle bed that can sleep two. The small room off the loft would share the same bath with those sleeping in the loft. The bathroom is right off of the loft (next to the bed). The condo could sleep 10. Since it was only 6 of us, we used the room off of the loft and the sitting room for staging areas with our ski gear for the day. 3 Full bathrooms. 2 on main level and 1 in loft on second level. The unit is well maintained and clean, but the kitchen and bathrooms are slightly dated in terms of cabinetry and tile. Although the master bathroom shower looks newer. Appliances in the kitchen are all new. The main level is above the garage so you have to walk up stairs to get to main level. Only a consideration for those with disabilities. The kitchen is nicely furnished. It has everything you need (pots, pans, silver wear, Serving utensil, platters, bowls, Tupper wear for leftovers, Tin foil/plastic wrap and some spices (probably left over from prior rental), coffee maker and filters, etc.). It has a dishwasher. More than enough room for 3 or 4 people to prepare meals at the same time. The large open dining area and living room area is great for lounging around after a full day of skiing. There is a functioning washer and dryer in the unit as well as a outdoor grill. We enjoyed the fireplace, and appreciated a supply of wood for us to use. Sun Valley Ski area is a 10 min ride away as well as the town of Ketchum which as plenty of bars/restaurants. Parking at ski area is free. Dollar Mountain, the smaller ski area is right down the road. There is shuttle service which we heard was quite good but we elected to rent a SUV to get us around. If we didn’t we would have been walking to the hot tub area daily (about ½ mile away) and waiting for the shuttles. If we were to do it again, we would rent a SUV again.

Your house was comfortable, impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed! We skied at Bald Mountain and the location was great - with good roads even in the snow! Great relaxing spot. Condo is very nicely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. Master bath has a newer stand alone shower. Back deck is large, a wonderful spot to enjoy the view of golf course and mountains. Furniture is comfortable. Location is perfect. Close to everything.

This was wonderful on every level. Hollie was a gracious and accommodating host, the instructions and documents were thorough for everything from check-in/out down to individual tv instructions in every room (and yes, there was a tv in practically every room). Very well-appointed kitchen, loads of fresh towels, linens, bathroom and kitchen supplies, all very clean, easy to regulate temperature, conveniently attached garage, etc. And then there's the space. This is the rare condo large enough to enable true separation among groups, i.e. the folks in the kitchen don't annoy the folks in the living room which is very far from the study/tv room which is separated from the bedrooms - and even those aren't located next to each other. If I had to identify one quibble: the stove feels a touch under-powered for such a well-appointed kitchen and fabulous dining area. Overall, we highly recommend it and are looking forward to returning!

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. It was clean, quiet and very well-equipped. We traveled with our two kids as well as their grandmother, and all ages had a great time. We have been visiting Sun Valley for years and this was one of our favorite rentals. We love the Elkhorn location and amenities.

Our time in this property was everything we hoped - so comfortable and well appointed inside and glorious outside. It was just a perfect place for our family! Definitely a place we would like to return to. . . Thank you!

My girlfriend and I planned a girls trip to Sun Valley and came upon this place to rent. Going to Sun Valley was probably one of the most memorable trips of my life, not only because I think it is the most beautiful place visually I have ever been (and I have been a lot of places) but the accommodations at this fantastic spacious rental were amazing!! It was so comfortable, beautifully decorated, quiet, has a gorgeous view off the back deck on a golf course with magnificent trees and mountain views surrounding. The upstairs loft was fabulous and all the bedrooms, beds, linens and decor were heaven. You have all the comforts/amenities of home. I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie staying there. I cannot wait to go back to Sun Valley and stay here again!

We came to Sun Valley with another family and the house was perfect for our group of 8. The house is closer to Dollar than Bald Mnt but an easy drive. Kitchen was well equipped for our meals in too. I would definitely recommend the property and even stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying in this Legends condominium for two weeks in February. It was everything we expected and more. The house was spacious and cozy at the same time. It has a large,beautiful river rock fire place in the living room which we used nightly. The kitchen is well equiped with all the amenites you would expect. The sitting area by the window is perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings. The master suite has a eastern king bed, large televsion, big walk in closet and a huge in-suite bath with beautiful updated shower. The upstairs bedroom with bath provides a lot of privacy and the two downstairs rooms (one is a den with a pull-our sofa bed) worked great for our adult children. There is a large deck off the living room with a view of the golf course - more usable in the spring and summer - we had soooo much snow when we were there! The house is close to both Sun Valley Resort and to Ketchum and Baldy. Truly a great location! The place is absolutely perfect for a winter and summer vacation in Sun Valley!

I spent a wonderful long week-end with my adult children, grandchildren and my niece and her husband at 4512 The Legends Condo in Elkhorn over the recent Martin Luther King holiday. The condo comfortably slept six adults and two children with plenty of room for gathering in the large living/dining room and kitchen space. Since it was a holiday week-end and the town/restaurants were crowded we had most of our meals at the condo. It was a well stocked kitchen with every gadget needed for anything from a simple meal to a gourmet sit down at a table for 8. Every evening was spent next to a roaring "real" log fire, watching TV or playing games at the game table overlooking the neighboring mountains and watching deer and elk run across the golf course. Hollie and Barrett were amazing. Everything was in order when we arrived and they had been available to answer questions and find out about our needs before we even arrived, We look forward to coming back next year.

We had a fabulous time at this property over the first weekend in January. It is very spacious, luxuriously appointed, comfortable and clean. Large main living area and kitchen. Wonderful master suite. Views of golf course and surrounding mountains. The bus stop is a few steps away, dollar mountain and the clubhouse hot tub are each about a one minute drive, town and Bald Mtn are about four minute drive. Thank you, we can’t wait to get back!

A 5 star experience- our stay exceeded all expectations! This roomy and luxurious condo had plenty of room for our large family. There are five bedrooms all laid out to accommodate adults and kids of all ages. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and well-appointed. Throughout the home, the furnishings are beautiful and made us feel right at home. The view of the golf course and valley from the deck is lovely and a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, or evening cocktails. Location is quiet and yet central to all Sun Valley fun. No detail was spared in the setup of this gorgeous vacation home. We can’t wait to come back!!

The condo was amazing, cozy and tastefully decorated. Every bed was well appointed with designer sheets, fluffy comforters and not just two pillows on each bed but four to six. TV's were outfitted with the latest Cox Contour remotes for watching a favorite movie on Netflix or TV series on cable after a long day of hiking or biking. The kitchen was like a cook's dream even included a crock pot! During the late afternoon and evening we enjoyed cocktails and meals on the deck while we watched the golfers playing a late set and the sun moving down the mountains until the stars came out and best of all was the QUIET. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Barrett and Hollie, the managers couldn't have been more attentive to our every need. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative. We plan to come back again next year and will request this condo again.
