Perfect location for our St. John vacation. Easy check-in, clean and the view is spectacular! The pool was refreshing after spending the day at the beach. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

What a great place the location really is near everything, saves alot on taxis. Other people we met talked about how much they had to spend on taxis every day . Also the condo had a backpack cooler ,folding chairs ,swim noodles, and beach towels. They have an ice machine on property. And nice cold air-conditioning. So you dont need to drag much from home they have you covered. Lastly they do have a coffee machine but bring your own coffee.

We had the most wonderful stay in St John at the Love City Penthouse. The location at Grande Bay is perfectly situated to Cruz Bay for walking to shopping or eating. The farthest walk was maybe 10 minutes. The pool and hot tub were great after a day at the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. St. Crandall picked us up from the ferry which work out perfectly because it was raining. The penthouse balcony was great for breakfast and after dinner drinks when our kids were asleep! The parking spot is key if you are getting a rental (recommended). Can’t say enough. We will be back!

I cannot speak highly enough for this listing! The location and the communication were both superb. Any questions I had before we arrived were answered promptly, we were assisted to the location by the very friendly property manager as soon as our ferry arrived, and the unit itself was a dream. It literally contained every amenity we could have ever needed. We look forward to coming back to this exact listing in the future!

I have stayed in Grande Bay over a dozen times and this unit is really special - great location, great parking space. Extremely communicative owner - I would have absolutely no issue renting from them again. Beautiful outdoor space - great beach chairs and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in a VRBO before! Two bedrooms - separated enough for privacy - efficient kitchen and well equipped bath - We LOVE Grande Bay and this unique unit is great for 2 people or two couples who plan on exploring the island of St John!

Stayed with wife and 16 y.o. son for six days. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and well suited to our stay. Whole process incredibly smooth. Great complex, notably the fitness center and pool. Location unbeatable--walk to everything in Cruz Bay without difficulty. Only very slight drawback was the grill is an electric George Foreman griddle, which is a little limiting.

Our second time staying at this PH suite. Was perfect for a family of 4. We loved the location, the set up and watching a movie at night with the large doors open. Communication was easy and we rented the blue jeep. It was an amazing stay

We had a great week. Would visit again! Condo is in great location. Like being able to walk to Cruz bay restaurants. Super view from the patio. Nice pool. Love having beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and free ice machine to use for our trips to the beaches.

This property was amazing and the location was perfect. The condo was large enough for 2 couples to feel comfortable. The views were amazing. Spent every morning on the porch watching the sun rise. Location was walking distance to stores and dining. We will for sure be back!

We had a fantastic time in St. John and couldn’t have hoped for a better location for our trip. The condo had a great setup and the view from the lanai was spectacular - it was the perfect spot for morning coffee. The complex was super well maintained and the staff were all friendly. The condo was a bit smaller than we had expected and the kitchen really is just large enough for one person to be in it at a time. We only fixed breakfast in it so it really wasn’t an issue for us. Pam is incredible and very responsive to questions. She made sure our trip was fantastic.

We totally enjoyed the property. Great views and location to shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! Beds were so comfortable! We loved looking out from the balcony every morning! Very close to restaurants, bars and shops. We will definitely be coming back to St John! ❤️

We stayed here for 5 nights. It was a great experience! This place is in an amazing location and is walking distance to all of the Cruz Bay hotspots, as well as has an incredible view. The property management team was really good and they even set-up a pack and play with a noise machine for our 2 year old before we arrived! Overall it was a wonderful spot for our family vacation! We would 100% stay here again!

Very nice property that is perfect for two couples. Smaller kitchen but with Cruz Bay restaurants so close, no need to cook more than a simple breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean, great location to everything, safe at night to walk around. Desmond is amazing and goes out of his way to help you will all your needs! I highly recommend this condo!

Everything was perfect from the start! Communication in advance of the trip was extremely easy and helpful. The nicest man picked us up from the ferry dock and brought us to the condo and showed us around and gave us ideas for restaurants in the area. Condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The unit was well equipped and well cared for and had everything we needed! The view was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!!

This was our third stay in a Grande Bay condo and we loved the location and set up of this one. You sacrifice kitchen space for the indoor/outdoor living area but that is a huge bonus. We had a group of nine and had rented Pam's unit next door so we could open up the big balcony. Awesome! Crandall on St John took good care of us and the entire process was very smooth. Bonus that we got to meet Pam's mother and chat one morning! Highly recommend

We were thrilled with the Penthouse! Wonderful view of Cruz Bay. Beds were comfortable too. It's just what we needed for my 82 yr. old Mom, my sister and myself. Came in for a wedding at Maho Bay. You can walk to so many wonderful places to eat, drink, and socialize. Getting a cab was easier then we anticipated. Food was fabulous! Epic Vacation Spot! Thank you Pam Goggin for allowing us to stay in the Penthouse!

Everything was perfect

Time and time again we love staying at this location. Convince is key and the evening sunsets are everything.

We really enjoyed being able to open up the living room to the outdoors. It is a small unit, but since we are outside all of the time, we found it perfect for the two of us. The bathroom is perhaps newly remodeled and was really nice. There were coolers and chairs to take to the beaches. The kitchen was well equiped for what we needed.

Exceeded all our expectations!! What an amazing week! THE perfect location for everything you’ll want to do on a St John dream vacation!

What an awesome spot! It was my husband and I and another couple and it was perfect. It was equipped with everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the balcony while we were there taking in the views.

Great view and perfect location.

The property is really in an ideal location. You can walk to anything from there. The bedrooms were also nice. That is sort of where all the positives end. The property is sort of oddly shaped (super small kitchen), narrow hallways - feels like the space is sort of piecemealed together. The place needs some minor maintenance and things are just well worn (faucets, windows, etc). The property management company is beyond worthless (though Desmond was great and the resort front desk was actually pretty good). Email questions on simple things were just ignored and simple requests were flatly shot down (check out at 11 vs 10 - out of the question - really? Check in is 4:30 - you really need 6 1/2 hours to clean 800 sq feet). The pool and pool deck are undersized for the size of the property…silly undersized - think dip pool. All in all, it felt like a sort of dated, large hotel room with a nice view and the location cannot be beat. It just needs a little love (vents are absolutely filthy, paint, repair the dripping ceiling AC, replace faucets, fix drains, etc - nothing super major but you will feel it) and a better property manager. Wouldn’t go back but depending on what you are looking for it could work. I give it a solid 3 stars

We’ve stayed at a lot of Grande Bay properties, and this penthouse is really clean & nice. The view is spectacular and the property is in the perfect location to walk anywhere in Cruz Bay. Lovely oversized parking spot which is great compared to some of the others. Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay here with the family for the past 2 weeks. Had a little trouble during check-in but the owner “Pam” was ON IT! It’s great to see an owner this connected to their investment. Condo was as described and perfect for our needs. A/C was very cold, a true luxury on STJ.

Grande Bay in Cruz Bay is AMAZING!! IT is walking distance to all the great spots in ST JOHN. You can take the local taxis for $7 to $8 to all the local beaches. Was the BEST FAMILY VACATION we have had in a long time!!

Great experience from start to finish. Would use them again.
