Perfect place for me and my four adult children and spouses and one grandchild(15 months old). Beautiful home with easy space with accommodations for all. Pool was great as was proximity to the beach. The staff who communicated with us were so helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We rented for our family to stay in IOP for our daughter's wedding. The house was perfectly suited for us and we would absolutely come back. we could not have asked for a better house!

We spent Christmas at this property, and we loved the house! The owners/management had even decorated with a lighted Christmas tree and holiday decorations, which was a nice touch! We had 10 people in the house and it was plenty of room for all of us. I would recommend only 3 cars, as parking can be a little tight. It's a short walk to the beach, but also a close bike ride to the north end of the island with the best shells. We found about 30 sand dollars while there! Wild Dunes is amazing for riding bikes. Bring your own bikes or rent, and you have miles of trails around the island. Probably the best feature was how equipped the home was for cooking. It had everything you could possibly think of. As per my usual, I packed spices, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, etc. because most rental homes do not supply these and I brought all of my items back home untouched! All of the bedrooms were impeccibly decorated and had comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and shampoo/soap/hairdryers. We heated the pool and spa the entire time and used it despite the cold temperatures outside. The home also features an elevator, which was great for my elderly mother. Charleston, Sullivan's Island, and Mount Pleasant are just a short car ride away. Our group also chartered a fishing trip from the Isle of Palm Marina and experienced a kayak excursion on Shem Creek. Would totally recommend the kayak excursion, as it goes out into Charleston Harbor and to a small island where you can hunt for shark teeth. Also recommend my favorite restaurant, Page's Okra Grill in Mt. Pleasant for their chicken and waffles, as well as an amazing sushi restaurant, Sushi Taro in Mt. Pleasant. A great vacation and a perfect house to experience Wild Dunes and Isle of Palms!

I hosted my sister's bach party at this rental and everything was EXACTLY as expected and described. The house was immaculate and so spacious. There was literally everything we needed. The house is so beautiful and had so much free space to lounge and relax. We paid to have the pool heated and I highly recommend if you are coming in the fall months to do so. I am extremely satisfied with this VRBO!

Home is beautifully decorated, well maintained, very clean, and had everything we needed for a long weekend with the family. Location is convenient to the beach and restaurants. Kids loved the pool/hot tub. Overall enjoyable stay.

We were very happy with the quality of this property and the amenities. We felt pampered on our trip. We had some questions during our stay and they were quick to respond. I wondered how they kept everything so nice in a rental!

Wonderful property and convenient location.

The Olivia House did not disappoint! This beautiful property is extremely well equipped. Everything you will need is provided especially in the kitchen. It is an easy walk to the beach. The property manager Robin was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. To quote my five year old grandson, "Best vacation ever!"

This was hands down the best vacation house we have ever rented! We are new to Charleston area…been renting in HHI for 20 years. Besides being a gorgeous home, it was so well so stocked with every essential needed for a fantastic vacation….from new hand soap for every sink in the house to rock star beach chairs. Proximity to the beach was great…just an easy five minute walk. Location in Wild Dunes was the greatest being right inside the gate making access in and out easy. I could go on forever. It was all fantastic! We will be back. 😁

We had a wonderful time at this property, management was very good about making sure we had all the information we needed, the space was large for our group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids) to have room to spread out, especially since the weather was not very cooperative. We had a ton of rain, but the kids used the pool in the rain (it was plenty warm in Charleston in July!) and the ping pong table and downstairs space were great for the kids to hang out. We would definitely stay here again!

Our whole group loved this house. Every time we thought of something that we needed, it was there. For us, it was a perfect set-up for our vacation. A great location and it had different places to hang out either with or without others in our group. The property manager, Robin Ahern, was outstanding! She responded to questions almost immediately and both she and her staff (Amber in particular) were very client focused at all times. It was a real pleasure to work with them. This house was simply a huge hit!

The house was as advertised and more. It comfortably slept two families with a total of five kids and five adults. It is well maintained and well stocked with all the necessary staples. Great location steps from the beach and close to the gates of wild dunes. Would definitely stay here again.

Had an absolutely amazing time at this house! It was awesome! Robin, the property manager was great. She was so responsive and helpful. We had a private chef one night which was an excellent experience! It was a relaxing weekend which we all needed. This was an A+++++++

The house is absolutely wonderful and Robin's hospitality is even more spectacular! It was wonderful to have the spa/pool, beach, and comforts of home to retreat to after a full day at the baseball fields! The beds are so comfy for a good night's sleep! Can't wait to come back!

We stayed for a girls trip and it was incredible, the house is designed beautifully, we felt like we were the first ones to stay as everything was crystal clean. We took advantage of the hot tub, walked to the beach which was just a few minutes away, cooked in their fully stocked kitchen and enjoyed both Isle of Palms and Charleston which was a quick drive away. Robin and her team were extremely responsive and quick to fix anything we needed. Highly recommend this rental and it’s team!

This property combines a beautiful setting, tremendously convenient location, and thoughtfully laid out and 'stocked' house with stellar customer service. Robin and Amber exceeded my expectations for customer service and the house was all we could ask for and more. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Our family stayed here for a week in August. Beautiful, organized, well stocked house. Easy to cook big meals. Conveniently close to beach. Private pool is a hit. Able to walk to golf course and marina. Robin is easy and available to communicate with. She’s very attentive! We would definitely stay here again!
