The house is large with an opened common/kitchen area and a bay view. Quiet street and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

We love this house, and as long as it's available we will never choose another.

Gorgeous view from this beautiful house on a quiet street. It was the perfect place for our entire family to spend the week together in one of our favorite places in the world.

Everything was great

House was just right for a family vacation of kids, adults, and grandparents. Everyone was comfortable. Central location made it easy for activities for all the ages. Best part was waking up to the bay view every day.

My Daughter was getting married at BBYC and this was a great option. less than a mile away from the venue. Most of the guests and bridal party stayed in hotels. Had my daughter and the 6 bridesmaids all get hair and make up done at our place the day of the wedding. Beautiful view and really had great pictures with the bride and her friends. It was just a better option and cheaper than the hotels. Owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend

Good but poor bedrooms preparation: linen (like sheets, blankets, comforters, bed spreads, pillow covers, etc.), bath towels not provided, and no location services provided even by paying

Family trip with 8 adults and one child. Had a wonderful time even with a couple of rainy days. Clean with beautiful views and perfect location on the island. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen fully equipped and did not miss a thing. Can’t wait to go back,

We left our vacation early because we could not stand the grime on the first floor particularly the kitchen, microwave had the interior coating falling off and it was unclean, the kitchen table and chairs, the stools at the counter, the red couch all very old and need replacing, different blinds were taped or tied in place (odd), two of the mattresses were so old they creaked when you sat or moved, the dirt around door knobs! how does someone not see this! the b-b-que was filthy on the outside (under a tree), and rusted on the grill - did not use), advertised as a 4 minute walk to the ocean - it's minimum 12 minutes and to get on and down to the ocean was long, The water views are accurate, and we had beautiful weather, but we all looked at each other and no one wanted to stay the 4th night and we left! The house needs a deep cleaning and new furniture for kit, and family room, and blinds repaired.

My family of 9 (7 adults and 2 infants) had a wonderful stay here! The place had plenty of room and was clean and tidy. It is also right on the bay, close to a nearby playground, which made it perfect for the kids! We'll definitely be back for another visit!

Wonderful location, comfortable and well-equipped

We were very happy with our stay. The view of the bay and the causeway were exceptional. The rooms were good sized and the house was clean. My family enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset. It is close to everything and the owners were easy to deal with and more than accommodating to our needs. We cant wait to go back!!

We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and checking in was super easy. The house was in great condition. We did have a small problem with the AC, but the property manager addressed it immediately and everything was perfect from that point on. The views of the bay from the living room and master bedroom were gorgeous. We couldn't get enough of sitting on the balconies day or night. It was so quiet and peaceful. We had 3 adults and 4 children ranging from 2 years to 14 years and all had a fun and safe experience at this home. I can't wait to book our summer vacation here next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great long weekend enjoying the wonderful waterfront views in October and close proximity to the beach. The location is ideal, and there are stores and restaurants nearby. This house was surprisingly large and perfect for our group. The owner was very responsive to my questions and we had no issues. The true test of a vacation rental is: would we return? Absolutely!

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and close to beach!

Once a year, 4-5 of my friends and I spend an extended weekend together and this time we chose LBI. We were a so impressed with the location, amenities, views, size of the home, and layout. It was a perfect place to relax. Nearby is a cute bayside beach with non motorboats rentals so we indulged in some kayaking and paddle boarding. At night we dining at some amazing places not far from the house. Definitely a wonderful place to stay and enjoy.

Very nice home that fit our group of 7 well. It could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. Lots of fans and AC keep the place cool. Great views of bay and sunset. Excellent location and nice that owners allow access to beach chairs and badges.

Loved this house. Easy walk to beach. Balconies were great. Huge viewing windows constantly remind you that you’re at the bay/beach. Only suggestion is some offering could be supplied to renters (paddle boards, kayaks, etc). Otherwise, I would definitely rent here again.

My family stayed at this property for a wedding on LBI. Accommodations for a large group were perfect for our needs. The house was clean and spacious and the owner was responsive and professional. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

The house we stayed at was fantastic with amazing views of the water and bridge. Meena was an excellent host and always there via chat to answer all our questions. The condition of the house was just outstanding and we loved every moment of the house

It was the 4 of us, it was perfect. The home has breathtaking views of the bay. The positioning of the house allows you to watch sunrises and sunsets from the same balcony. We never turned the TV on, not once in the 10 days we spent there. The big bay window always had a better show... no matter If it rained or shined outside. A family of ducks were bathing with their little ones and watching baby black and white ducks playing in the bay was just mesmerizing. So quite and peaceful. Every so often the ducks were disturbed by seagulls dropping oysters on the ground to feast on them right in front of the house. The kitchen is very comfortable and cooking there daily was just joyful. We will be returning often ;)

We came down for my birthday weekend and what a great time!!!! Very clean home with outstanding views from almost every room! I would highly recommend it!!!
