Wasn’t sure how to use the heater but found a small heater in the closet so it was all good!

Freezing room, with heating unit that couldn’t be controlled by the remote included in the room. Absolutely no view . Pictures made it seem like there was somewhat of a view.

The location was great but did allow for some road noise from I-90 being so close.

The room was really small and had only two hard folding chairs to sit on. And, the silverware was DIRTY! Made us wonder about how Covid Clean the whole place was.

Nice room, excellent neighbourhood, comfy bed, good shower,amazing views from roof terrace across the bridge to Seattle. We left the car and got a bus into the city. Had a great meal and some beers at the Roanoke inn a short walk from the house. Also walked the entire Mercer Island, it’s beautiful and worth exploring.

The photos on booking.com lead us to believe we were staying in an annex of the owners home, with sole use of spa, roof terrace, bbq etc. In reality the property has been split into 4 or more studios and all outside spaces are communal. The spa is right outside the bedroom window so if someone else is using it you have to close the curtains for your privacy as much as theirs! The bathroom window has no blind, and once in the shower you are right beside the window!! The loo seat needs replacing half the paint has worn away revealing bare wood. The fridge is not great at cooling anything, there was only 1 dinner plate, the coffee machine takes particular pods, guests shouldn’t have to buy a box if only staying a night or 2 some should be provided as in all other accommodation we’ve stayed in. Parking caused friction with another guest. It needs to be made clear exactly who parks where. No host, owner or staff on site.
