Everything was nice.
VERY hard beds! Other than ✔️ in, we had no interaction with staff.

Even though it was extremely short staffed the employees were very friendly and our room was clean and inviting! The indoor pool was huge and warm. It was also in walking distance of downtown, which was huge to not have to pay or parking or drive into the craziness that is the Dells in the summer.
It looked a little sketchy from the outside but that is why you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover!

What breakfast ? Went across the street to gas station for breakfast. Last morning there grandkids wanted to go to the pool before we left. Think they said door was locked and a lady was in there with a dog??????
Breakfast and access to pool. I had to go to the office and get help because tv did not work the first night. It would come on but no channels.

The room was clean
There is never anyone available at the front desk. There are no phones in the rooms. I had to go buy fresh towels, because housekeeping or front desk staff was not available

The indoor pool was fantastic the location was good.
The bathroom could use an upgrade loose tile on the floor. The parking lot was small and could use some work. The pillows were very hard.

we liked the pools, the beds, the picnic area. we also liked th location
having to eat breakfast out of refrigerator, no service daily due to invalid Covid restrictions

clean, quiet, beds very comfortable. spectrum TV was good, so many channels
not much lighting in the room, also hot tub light wasn’t working and I wanted to read in there.

Breakfast? Didnt know there was breakfast there. The room was nice, along with the huge pool! We really enjoyed ourselves. Definently will be back again. Staff was very friendly also.
The only thing I didnt like was the beds were very hard. But some people probably like that but just not us. That is the only negative I have tho, and its definetly not a deal breaker

It was a fairly good price and the rooms were cute.
The beds were like sleeping on the ground! The bathroom was tiny for 5 people. I’m not sure why nobody mentioned that this is where people stay that party all night long out in the parking lot!! Some people actually took the tables and chairs from the swimming area and put the them in the parking lot and played bongo drums. Do people rent these to live in??? We finally had to call the front desk at 3 am… ugh

Room was bigger then expected and very clean. Minute we walked through the door it smelled clean and that is a big plus for me! Beds comfy, towels soft Not far from a gas station. Indoor pool was good size and clean! Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
AC was a bit loud and didn’t seem too cool for room with two beds but kids didn’t complain. my room was on other side of housekeeping so a bit loud in morning.

price was excellent pool was nice
the bed was very hard we slept with. we ended up sleeping with the kids in their beds because they weren’t as hard as ours. The pool was closed early a few nights for some reason. due to Covid we had to take our trash out get new bath towels and stayed for 7 days with 3 kids and didn’t get to have our room cleaned. a vacuum would of been nice. other then that everything was fine pool is not attached to some rooms. we had to walk across the parking lot.

Beds for everyone and location.
Charged credit card twice for room. Wife got statement and called hotel to find out what happened. They looked into it and found mistake and reimbursed us .
