I agree with all the positive reviews about this property, it is exactly as stated in the description and the pictures accurately reflect the villa. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and everything was absolutely spotlessly clean. We very much appreciated some of the little things left to help get us started (like a bottle of wine, plenty of chilled water, ice cubes and some lovely local pastries). You genuinely get a sea view and the lovely sandy beach is only a few minutes walk away. Fabrizio is always extremely responsive to any enquiries, replying in less than a few minutes. He organised a couple of trips for us which were absolutely fantastic. The infinity pool was amazing and a lovely temperature (29 C). I would thoroughly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Great place and very helpfull host

We loved our week at Villa DellAcqua - the pool and view are the real selling points and are as great as they look on the listing, but the villa itself is also clean and comfortable and the location perfect for the beach and Castellammare del Golfo. Fabrizio and Oksana were great hosts, super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at the villa in Alcamo Marina. We didn't want to leave! Fabrizio was a wonderful host, and recommended local things to do. The villa had everything you could need. The photos are beautiful, but it was even better in person. We enjoyed the crystal clear pool, the ocean view, and the large outdoor spaces. The grounds are gorgeous. It is very peaceful and quiet. We will cherish our beautiful memories of Sicily!

Villa was amazing, huge terraces with super pool and outdoor kitchen. Very relaxing. Car required as facilities nearby were limited, not sure if that was due to the time of year, end September. 5 minutes walk to beach

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der sehr gepflegten Villa verbracht. Die Aussicht von der großen, teilweise überdachten Terrasse ist wunderschön. Genau genommen gibt es zwei große überdachte Sitzbereiche im Freien, so dass man sogar bei einem Regenschauer Zeit draußen verbringen kann. Der Poolberich mit Liegen und Sesseln mit Blick aufs Meer ist ein Traum. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, die Küchenausstattung ist gut. Fabrizio ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sowohl im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort ausgezeichnet, die Antwortzeiten top. Da wir erst recht spät am Abend ankamen, hatte Fabrizio bereits für uns eingekauft! Dafür nochmal.ein besonderes Dankeschön! Wer Ruhe sucht und sich bewusst ist, dass für Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche ein Auto empfehlenswert ist, dem kann ich dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
