1. It was nice to stay in an Oceanside apartment, at a good location
2. The apartment unit #C402 itself was well kept, and nicely decorated and furnished.
1. The elevator nearest our unit was out of order.
2. The water for our building was turned off for 1/2 of a day.

Overall the property was nice, great location and a beautiful view. My room was very clean but could use some updates.
The elevator in our building was “temporarily closed” the whole week we were there. Apparently no sense of urgency to get it fixed. Good thing I wasn’t handicapped! Also the tv in our unit was nearly impossible to figure out how to use.

Easy access into parking lot with QR code, keys were in lockbox and key fob for gate was all readily accessible. Very good location as well. No fee for parking!
Wish it had an exercise area and one of the tennis courts was under construction. Parking was at a premium in the lot later at night.

the property was fine but the advert was misleading. the add-ons were not made clear. the cleaning charge in particular.

pool out of order due to hurricane but not even allowed to use sunbeds
no light in lift - very scary , claustrophobic & dangerous
boardwalk & outside apartments are very tired & need updating even before hurricane caused damage

The pull out bed for our girls was broken, we think? We didn’t want to mess with it so we left it as is. We had to use pillows for head support

What a great place! Fantastic location! Clean, restaurants nearby, beach is close, boat slips are right on site. Would rent again!

Location was great and very handy to have washer and dryer as travelling around for 3 weeks so handy to wash everything worn.
Property a bit dated but okay for a short stay. They could make it more professional by making a few small changes such as new and matching towels and a new mat in the kitchen as the current one is terribly dirty. Also condo could do with a good clean.

The property exceeded our expectations. The view is wonderful and relaxing. The interior of the condo is exactly as advertised. The cleanliness of the property including pool and common areas is pristine. We were completely satisfied with our choice of this property for our Christmas vacation.
The linens, towels and supplies such as the paper products need to be upgraded to match the quality of the condo. Also, the amount of laundry work required by the owners at the end of our stay needs to be eliminated, or lower the amount of the cleaning fee included in the rental amount. The exterior doors/storm doors on the building itself needs to be upgraded. I am sure this is on the HOA and not the owners, but my wife and I were a little concerned until we stepped inside the condo.
