In general, the apartment was very nice. When we arrived the floor was dirty. However, there was a small vacuum and I vacuumed the entire apartment. The chairs and table set up are uncomfortable, but we managed to use them. All else seemed clean and comfortable.

The condo is just as others described. Good location. Clean condo with everything you need. Old building. Noisy on the weekends. I’d stay here again. For the price, great choice.

The over all was unit looked nice , beds were comfortable. I can’t tell you how many cockroaches we saw and killed . That was disgusting!!!

This condo worked really well for us. It was clean, well run and the location was great. The parking space was also super handy. Bonus, the beds were super comfy! We would stay here again.

Place was very nice and clean. worked well having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Close to most everything. The beach was a 10 - 15 minute walk. Bus stop very close and convenient. Was able to communicate with the Host who responded very quickly with all inquiries. Would stay again.

Hazel was great, and the property suited our family perfectly.

This was a 5 star stay when I consider the price. You get a lot of space for a good price, and free parking. But it’s not a 5 star place in quality. I'd stay here again - but make sure you have the right expectations.... PROS: Great management – good communication, easy check in/out, delivered an extra set of sheets within minutes of asking. Pretty spacious. Nice outdoor balcony. A/C worked well and the white noise kept the outside noise from being so loud. Lots of extras – boogie board, sunscreen, iron, coffee filters, etc. Great parking – so easy - not in a big garage where you have to go around and around to get to the spot. Could take the stairs to the second floor (or use the elevator). Good location for walking and taking Ubers (though not on the water or even within eyesight of it.) 2 Queen beds were pretty comfortable. CONS: Tiny pool. Not much of a view. 2nd floor and louvered windows means street noise (including a few police sirens) that kept us awake the first night until we got used to it. The place is dated - both the building and the condo. They are doing their best to keep it clean, but, for example, the grout in the shower is just old. And there are small roaches (less than 1/2 inch) in the kitchen each morning. They give you a plastic bin to keep all your food in. As I said above, I'd stay here again, but don't expect Hyatt-level newness.

Building is old but everything is neat and tidy inside. The location is perfect. I wish I could stay longer.

The property is well situated. The unit itself is clean, the bedrooms are pretty big and the beds are comfortable. However, the exterior really needs overall improvements. The carpets are torn and dirty. The elevator also dirty and shows it’s age.

The room was nice, clean, and exactly what we needed. The building, hallways, and outside is old and needs updating but our condo was nice inside. The host was so good at providing detailed instructions and helping. She even provided an air mattress for my son!!

Great place to stay in Honolulu! Central location…walkable to beach, Ala Moana Mall, and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dinnerware, saved a lot by cooking meals in, instead of going out every night. Small glitch with the TV/cable, but our host was very quick to help fix the situation. Loved our time here, can’t wait until we can return!

Everything was clean, and hospitable. Kitchen was fully stocked and all appliances were in great working condition. Bedrooms had clean, fresh sheets and towels. Balcony view was beautiful. Parking was convenient. Laundry facility was within walking distance of our room which was great. All amenities were as described. We encountered a few roaches here and there but we were warned and was not a problem. We really enjoyed the stay. Even though the ac didn't work in the building, the portable ac units provided did a great job keeping the rooms cool. We would recommend and book again.

Great pre-arrival communication and unit was exactly as described in the photos/listing. Wonderful to have free/easy to access parking on site for using a rental car. Easy walk to Waikiki and other nearby areas (like boat tours). Plenty of restaurants and food trucks nearby as well. At this price point, do not expect the Ritz Carlton. It is a clean, fairly spacious and well-equipped two bedroom unit near Waikiki with parking -- if you want luxury, get an overpriced hotel. The area was also safe with 7-11/ABC nearby as well as the canal trail for walking and running.

This property is as advertised. Perfect for our family of four. The location is close enough to all Waikiki hotspots to walk to them and easy enough to get out of in a car to get round the island. Oh and the parking space is a really good asset. It is a city location and as advertised you do hear the traffic pretty much all the time, but it’s a busy city and that’s expected. Other than that apart from the odd confusing light switch everything worked fine in the kitchen, the shower is decent and the little balcony is a cosy spot for a morning coffee.

The important check-in processes were buried below the key code info. By the time we noticed it, we already had a resident kindly help us. Then the keys were not there because the room on was not ready at check-in time and we were there well passed check-in. The place was clean, but the bed skirts and curtains were filthy—from soaking up wash water from mopping. The entrance door only had a deadlock, the door handle latch was completely missing. Walls by light switches were dirty, and air vents and fans full of dust. Also we were provided one bathroom hand towel for a 7-day stay. Dead batteries in main TV remote. Small things, but things that make you feel like the manager/owner respects their property and those renting.

The place was just as great as the pictures! It was close to the beach and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the showers hot. I was regretting my choice as we walked up to the rooms. The building is in need of some repair - they were working on water issues when we were there. There are holes in the hallway walls and the hallway carpet needs replaced. The door would not shut unless it was locked. I slept well every night - even with city sounds. We never could get the balcony doors open. I would recommend it for the great price and location.

Great location. We had a great time in Hawaii and this place is centrally located for easy access to shopping, beaches and freeway. Thank you Hazel for quick response when I had questions. Highly recommended!! Aloha and Mahalo!

We enjoyed the apartment. It was close to Waikiki and had private gated parking. The beds were comfy and it was clean. I had my elderly mom with us and we had to use a towel In The tub so she didn’t slip (no handrails) but I understand that’s typical. I do wish there was a k-cup coffee pot but I have no real complaint about that either. My only complaint is that I specifically rented here because it had ac. It only has a portable ac and fan. We like it about 70 at night and couldn’t get it below about 75 even with 3 fans and the ac!

The rental was really well located so we could walk almost anywhere we wanted. The space itself was very clean, nicely furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was quick to reply and available when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am on Oahu.

Location was convenient to buses which facilitated exploring the city. It was great for a quiet vacation as it was away from the hotel strip but a 20 minute walk to the beach and downtown Waikiki.

Hard to find two bedroom in Waikiki. Well equipped. Just like home.

We had a great time at this location. Close to everything that we wanted to see and the included parking was a great addition. Clean, easy to get in and out and the entire vacation was made better by the condo.

A good location being close enough to everything we wanted. It did get a little noisy on occasion being relatively close to a fire station. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The parking spot was a wonderful benefit. Overall rating is very good value for the cost.
