Firstly there was a very impressive view from the balcony. The room was very nice and clean and tidy. Hospitality was also 10/10. Would definitely recommend to book here. We will be coming back here on our next visit to Sarandë.

The access to the house is not the best, a very steep und unpaved street , not very good for the car. also we did not have parking place but we could found one nearby

looks recently renovated, clean rooms and air conditioned. parking at the property.

very hard to find, as the location is not exact on the map. when we visited in September 2022, the road that the rooms are on was not even on Google. there are no signs on the property or at the main road. I would suggest going to Art Hotel and then from the floor where the reception, if you look down and right, that’s the place. towards the sea. otherwise call them from the Art Hotel, who are themselves very helpful.

The view is amazing. The staff picked us up when we couldnt find the location. Very nice of them

With a good view you need to walk up a steep hill. Just be aware. We had some troubles understanding were it was, but the staff helped us and came picking us up by the hill so we didnt have to take them with us up. Order a taxi and make sure they leave you at the hotel up the hill 😂

A nice and clean apartment with a small, cozy outdoor space.

The beds were not comfortable, and the pillows very hard and high. Shower had no curtain but otherwise very nice place!

I liked the fact that the rooms were newly renovated, clean and in general the property was a good choice for the money you paid, especially during summertime when the prices are higher everywhere. The staff members were friendly and positive.

I didn’t like the location, even that you could see the seaside and the main attractions are near, it was a bit hard to find when we just arrived because it was located up the hill and if you are traveling without a car it will be a little difficult to explore the area.

Quite difficult to find without signs, it was lucky the owner was sat outside when we arrived otherwise we would have been wandering around lost. FYI quite a long walk from centre and the port but there are some nice restaurants in-between.
