Great property, exactly as described. More than enough room for 4 adults and a child, along with easy access to everything around. Property is extremely secure, clean, comfortable and owner is exceptionally easy to get in touch with! Really enjoyed our stay.

My mom, my daughter, and I all stayed here and had a wonderful vacation. Such a beautiful place to stay inside and out. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and also just a short walk to the ocean. Lots of activities nearby. Only had one question about getting food delivered since it is in a gated community and the owner answered my question right away. If I ever go to Key Largo again I will stay here 🙂

We enjoyed 5 nights in the lovely condo. It had everything we could possibly need, and was very clean. Ken was very friendly and an excellent communicator. We particularly enjoyed the beach and pool areas. It was our first trip to the area but definitely not our last!

The home we stayed in was lovely, and the host could not have been more accommodating. The grounds are beautiful. We swam in the lagoon, in the pool, and in the Atlantic, and took nighttime walks out to the end of the jetty, where we could see distant lights across the water to the right and the left, and open ocean expanse between. When we turned to look back at the grounds, it was so beautifully illuminated it completed the magic. We have already booked two more visits.

Perfect place, everything you will need and more! The owner is great at communicating and is will to quickly resolve anything that needs resolved!

This is a wonderful place to spend your time in Key Largo. The condo was perfect for my husband, sister, and young son; there were all the things you'd need for a week away (fully stocked kitchen, linens, movies, books), and even sand and pool toys! It's a nice change from the standard VRBO rental- you can tell this is someone's home they're sharing with you, and we appreciated that. The Kawama resort is so well kept- we loved the pools, lagoon, and beach area. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a great stay at this home. Everything was just as advertised. Kitchen had everything we could need. It’s in a great location. The amenities are great. Loved feeding the fish and swimming in the lagoon. Enjoyed walking around the property and enjoying the views from the jetty and beach areas. Everyone we met was super friendly. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back.

Property is clean and as advertised. It was the best value for the money at kawama. Well stocked. We loved snorkeling and feeding fish in Lagoon. My wife and daughter only swam there because it was so awesome.

Everything worked as intended. No complaints. Good central location in Key Largo. Good value.

The condo worked amazingly well for our party. Everything was exactly as described. The hosts were very helpful with tips and tricks for our week long stay in key largo. My daughter is a quadriplegic and had access to every room. She was unable to utalize the shower which we knew ahead of time and had access at the dolphin therapy that was the reason for our visit. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent property! Had everything you need to have a great time. Really nice unit and Ken the host was great to deal with. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay again if in Key Largo again. And the electric grill really came in handy! The lagoon was fun to swim and snorkel in. Close to restaurants and stores. And great wood fired pizza place close if your looking for something other then seafood.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Ken’s place, its clean, tidy, comfortable, what more can we say. We love Kawama, especially the tower, as we were travelling back to the UK we left a few extras we couldn’t take back, some beach chairs and a wheeled cooler. Thank you Ken, we will be back. Location was great! Pool was clean and available when we wanted it. Amenities were sufficient. No negative surprises. All in all was a fantastic vacation! Would come back again anytime.

We had a great time in Kawama and really enjoyed the whole property.

This condo is very large and was clean (with exceptions). Pros - - location was very nice - the floors were spotless - my socks were never dirty - nice pools - Kawama complex and security is nice - kitchen was well stocked, but pans and pots need updating - many Teflon pans were scratched and unusable (too bad prior renters did not know how to use these items). Dishes and other utensils were very good. - Large appliances were new and clean. - many towels and linens provided. - Cart is provided to move items to / from your car. - Beds were comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed. - Very nice to have laundry - I ran a load of towels and sheets so the cleaning staff would have less to do. Cons - - the couches are very uncomfortable - the sleeper sofa was a no go. We had two adults who had to sleep on the couches. - Lights need to be inspected for burned out bulbs. Master bath had two working bulbs (out of five), then we took one from a lamp we did not use. - this is a big con - I stated above that there were many linens provided, but some are quite old - Bleach stains and worn - the PILLOWS were absolutely disgusting and filthy, stained - bring your own. This is a big turn off for me - I put two pillow cases on them. - The other big con is both the showers/baths - these are in need of an update or massive cleaning - I do not know how to get the mildew out of the shower / tub / shower doors. I know there is a moisture issue in Florida bathrooms, but these need help. - The living room and master bedroom blinds need repair. Many slats were zip tied up and could not close properly. Would consider staying again when cons are addressed

Our 4th 30 day stay here. The host is great to work with and the property is spacious and fully equipped to make a great vacation. We are water people and bring our boat. You can watch the sun rise and set from the rock jetty. We hope to do it again!

We had a great time in Ken’s condo! It was very clean upon arrival. Ken sent very detailed instructions on how to get there, where to park, and how to get in. We had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

From initial communications to the actual stay everything worked well. We have stayed at Kawama Tower before so knew the area, Ken and Linda’s place didn’t disappoint. Clean, spacious, comfortable, good Wi-Fi and enough cooking utensils for anything we were cooking and for UK and Canadians a proper kettle! A very relaxing stay, we were sad to leave - the keys are a great place to stay, we met many interesting people on the rock pier for sunset. We battened down a bit for Hurricane Ian, mainly watching the horrendous scenes up state, Ken even reached out to see if other owners could accommodate us as we were due to head to Cape Coral, this was really appreciated. Highly, highly recommended but leave a slot free for a couple of brits in love with Kawama.

This place is nice and roomy. The only issue we had was the living room furniture was uncomfortable. We had to put extra pillows under the sofa cushions we sat on to get support. It was on all the couches (we tried them all). Thankfully the beds were really nice and comfy so we did get some good sleep (which is what really counts). Everything else was really nice!!

My sister and my daughters enjoyed our stay at your property. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The living area enormous. It was comfortable. We had everything we needed. We appreciated the attention to details. The development the condo is in was beautiful. We had a wonderful time there.

Our stay at this condo was great, it’s a wonderful place to stay for a Florida Keys vacation. Beds were super comfortable and the condo was very spacious. We ate at Mrs. Mac’s Kitchen and Bayside Grille in Key Largo, both were fabulous restaurants, highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again if we were to come back to the Keys. If you go to Marathon, be sure and stop by Burdine’s for the fried key lime pie, we had it twice!!

We definitely will consider renting this condo in the future, if it is available during our next visited to Key Largo. We have stayed at another condo three different times in Kawama, and although it was nice, this condominium surpassed it on multiple levels. The first thing that surprised me was the spaciousness of this condo, and the fact that it was on one level, just steps away from the elevator. The other condo we rented was two levels, with bedrooms upstairs, which was a draw back for older renters who may have bad knees. This condominium is well laid out. Another perk is that it is located on the second floor. The beds were extremely comfortable, with lots of pillow options and blankets/ comforters. This included a king, queen and twin day bed. Also, lots of dresser space. Showers had good, strong, water streams. Lots of towels, including beach towels. Plenty of room in both bathrooms. Kitchen is well supplied and very bright. Nice decor, and appliances were nice. Plenty of room to prepare meals, but hopefully you’ll enjoy the local cuisine. The host supplied a folder full of excellent dining suggestions. We were pleased with each place we ate. The laundry room is conveniently located just outside the front door. Very strategically placed to keep heat out of the condo. Speaking of heat, the air conditioner operated perfectly to beat the 95+ outside temperatures. Not the host’s issue, but the elevator is hot at all times, but sure beats the stairs when bringing up luggage. The entry gate system has improved greatly. In the past, we frequently would come in to an empty gate shack and have to call for security to open the gate. Not any more. You are given a scan code to open the gate yourself, if no one is in attendance at the gate shack, which was extremely rare this stay. I’m sure I’ve missed some of the positive features of this condominium, but as you can tell, we loved our stay.
