Breakfast was pretty decent

There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling and the vent did not work. Mattress was terrible and no real blankets on the bed

I liked the location of this hotel

When i arrived the staff member could not find my reservation. At that time, I was made known that there was no microwave in the room, which completely sucks. Especially for families with small children such as myself. When I made it to my bedroom, the TV would not power on which was a third strike for me. I then decided to check out of the stay about 30 minutes after check in, where I was told I wouldn’t receive a refund for a room I never stayed in.

It was clean and centrally located to where we had to be.

We took a break from our activities to go check in at 3pm. They did not have our room ready asked us to return after 4. I was in town for a event that run late into the evening so we could not go back until 10 pm. I am a Hilton rewards member and was not asked for my account information nor was I greeted very kindly by the staff. Probably will not stay at this location again

The location was good and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations, plus located and gave us a hairbrush on the house when my wife realized she forgot one. The lounge area is also quite nice.

We had to ask for extra towels and such on our second night (no daily room service). We also killed a couple bugs in the room.

Excellent full, hot breakfast. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. My hotel reservation was canceled for some reason, but fortunately, the desk agent was able to book a room for me on the spot. The River Ranch area is beautiful and has many conveniences.

Front desk staff was very unprofessional! Did not honor my reservations for either room even tho I provided booking numbers. I was told that since I didn’t pay for them first even after selecting “pay at the property” When we arrived, we were told that our rooms had just been sold and the hotel was sold out
