Terry's place made us feel like home as it was clean, comfortable, well appointed and in a nice neighborhood. It was a quick drive to downtown and nearby businesses where we enjoyed the shops and restaurants. It fulfilled our expectations and would have been comfortable for a family as well. We definitely can recommend it.

From the moment I drove into the neighborhood, I felt as if I was going to my own home. The neighborhood was very quiet, very clean and pride of home ownership was throughout the community. The location was perfect to downtown and 50.
The home was spotless and had an entirely stocked kitchen! There was nothing I wished was provided because everything was!
The beds were very comfortable and made sleeping very easy.
You can tell the home owner takes great pride in their home and will definitely be returning. Thank you!

This was a peaceful and comfortable place for family to gather during a difficult time. The home was clean, nicely furnished and everything was working. We felt as though we were home every time we entered the door. The neighborhood was well kept and very convenient to all we needed. We had everything we needed, hot water was abundant and coffee perfect. Thank you for sharing this perfect home.

The property was everything our family needed for our Montrose stay. My one suggestion is to improve the showers in both bathrooms. The water was barely a trickle.

Montrose is a beautiful Colorado town with much to offer. This home was the perfect location for our family as we came to attend a wedding. We had everything we needed including an amazing selection of coffees! Thanks for the great place to stay!

I have one request to make ' PLEASE adjust the sink drain in the master bedroom . It drains very slowly .thank you .

This is a beautiful home with so much room! The decor is cozy and functional. Bedrooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen has it all!! A wonderful experience I plan on having again, with family in the future!!

This is a really clean property in a great neighborhood. We went to enjoy the offroading opportunities in the area and visit with friends. Excellent access to Peach Valley and the airport. The kitchen and family room are perfectly sized for everyone to be together. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic basecamp for exploration!
This townhome was an excellent place to stay - just far enough from any major roads etc. that nights were always peaceful and quiet, but still just minutes from all the amenities of Montrose like grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, etc., and of course great attractions like Black Canyon of the Gunnison Nat'l Park. All rooms were well-furnished. Great place from which to explore the mountains while enjoying modern amenities

We loved our stay at this lovely townhome. The size was perfect for my parents, me and my husband. The spacious living room was the perfect place to hang out at the end of our day. Amazing Stay
The property is a great location- it close to downtown Montrose and Black Canyon National Park. It is also less than an hour away from Ouray. Property Owner, Terri, was amazing at getting back to us in a timely manor with any questions we had. The house is very clean and spacious. A great home away from home.

Perfect
Loved our temporary home, we chose it because we wanted to drive the Million Dollar Highway and then discovered the Black Canyon, which is in the immediate area. Nice surprise! We've been traveling Colorado and this home for us was perfect, it gave us a chance to catch up on our laundry. The home had everything that you would need. We were Blessed by it!

My family loved staying there. The twin bedroom is definitely designed for a child and not a single adult, but otherwise it was a very clean, comfortable place to stay.
