We stayed for two months: very easy dealing with shopping etc. Sound of surf! Proximity to the port! Cleanliness of pool area! Responsiveness of Kelsy!

My husband and I spent 21 days at this property. The condo was equipped with most everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The views cannot be beat! Sunrises each morning were amazing! The location of this property makes restaurants and other activities super easy! We walked every morning and the entire neighborhood is safe and friendly. The condo was clean but some things needed to be redone. Overall we were very satisfied with this property and the communication. Would highly recommend!

Double balcony! Hosts very responsive!

We had a great week-long vacation following a cruise from Port Canaveral. Perfect location right on the beach with a huge double balcony overlooking the ocean. Hosts were very communicative to make sure everything met our needs.

This condo was very comfortable, well stocked with paper and cleaning supplies and kitchen gadgets. The inside and outside furniture was comfortable. We hope to stay there again.

Condo was very clean and well equipped. The views were spectacular. Enjoyed watching the ships come in and go out. Condo is a great location with so many places that you can walk to. We found the community to be very welcoming. Definitely hope to return some day

Loved the property. Easy to get to. My husband has to have oxygen and being able to hear and see the waves without going out on the beach was incredible! We loved the double balcony.

I had a fabulous stay here with family at the end of a long hot summer. The property exceeded expectations - the unit was very cool, and much nicer than what I expected from the pictures. The owners were very communicative, and in my situation were able to grant an extension of my stay. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Good location (watched a rocket launch from the beach). Beach was never crowded, just a nice mix of people. Good amount of supplies (really helps with grocery prices so high) and beach equipment.

Cape Winds, especially unit 306, is our favorite place for a family vacation! We feel like we are home the minute we arrive! The condo is always clean, well equipped and has the perfect amount of space for our family of four! The view is amazing, especially when there are ships coming into port or rockets being launched! Fred and Lisa are awesome to work with! We appreciate them each time we rent this condo! We will definitely be back!

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was fantastic. We were able to check in early (which was wonderful!) and the hosts answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. The views of the ocean were outstanding, as was the distance to get to the beach. We had everything we could possibly need from a full kitchen to boogie boards that the kids loved using. The condo was spacious and we enjoyed cooking many meals as well as taking advantage of the blender for delicious drinks. A beach umbrella would have been nice to have, but that didn't stop us from exploring the beach and spending time there. Our kids are already asking to go back next year!

We had a great week in a fabulous 2br 2 bath right on the beach. We woke up every morning at 6:30 to watch the sunrise from our balcony facing the ocean and the kids loved that our condo was 30 seconds away from the pool! We made a day trip to Disney and spent the rest of the week in Cape Caneveral/Cocoa Beach where there is plenty to do: parasailing, go carts, mini golf and lots of great restaurants.

The bathrooms were also well stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths, and they provided full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We spent a fair amount of time out on the deck in the evening enjoying the view and ocean breeze. You can also watch the ship coming in and out of Port Canaveral. The walk to the beach is easy as they have beach access on both sides of the building. The easiest access is through the pool area. The beach access has ramps on both sides which makes taking carts/wagons with beach supplies easy. The condo had some beach chairs and toys if needed. The location of the condo was great as well. We were within a couple of minutes of restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great experience and would use this condo again if we are back in the area.
