We have a large family and always have trouble fining accommodations that we all fit comfortably. This property and the property managers were amazing!

Our group consisted of 10 adults and 5 children ages 1-4. There was more than enough room for us and room to spare. The fireplace wasn’t working when we got there, but someone came out the next morning and fixed it. Communication was fabulous. Our group unanimously agreed we will continue to use this rental moving forward for our large group gatherings.

Having so many bedrooms and bathrooms is such a luxury when looking for a house to accommodate a large group! We have been here twice now and plan to use it as our annual vacation house if we can! The large firepit area was great to enjoy a fire - definitely plan to bring your own chairs as a lot of the existing ones are small/breaking down.

The house worked very well for us. The bedrooms were very roomy and only one of our 7 couples needed to share a shower. The large kitchen table was perfect!! The location is ideal. The kitchen needs hot pads, the chairs at the fire pit need attention and the entryway rug needs to be replaced - these are all minor and we would stay here again.

Accomdated the entire group for a golf outing. Close to Trappers Turn.

Cons: Upon arrival there was a bat on the wall. We called maintenance to help get it out. They were responsive and we did get it out. No other bats after that. There are holes on the siding of the home that we thought maybe they could be getting in. Maintenance came over to look and said the holes are from woodpeckers. There are not enough cups for large groups (we had 18) so you need to bring your own. We took our shoes off at the door but our feet and socks were black by end of night. The windows had hand smudges most likely from a younger child. The screened porch has cobwebs in the corners. The carpet is very old and dirty. The place needs a deep clean. Even the fixtures in the living room are dusty and dirty. 2 bedrooms smelled musty. There is only one bathroom in the main level and it is in a bedroom. Not a huge deal. Pros: The place really does offer a lot of room for large groups. All the bedrooms are good size and have TVs (have to stream). The basement has 2 sofa beds that the young adults slept on. We did bring an air mattress and we used it. There are no bunk beds as advertised. The fire pit is nice and we enjoyed the back yard to play games. The house is very close to all the attractions so that was nice! We had 9 vehicles, 2 were trucks, and all fit in the driveway. We really did enjoy our stay and the layout of the house was good for us. And the owners/company were available and friendly for all our calls. It just needs a good cleaning and update Vrbo site.

The house was very spacious and we had plenty of sleeping room for our 16 family members. It could use a few updates but not bad. Biggest complaint would be cleanliness. Needs to be vacuumed better under coffee table etc. also would be nice to have laundry soap so towels etc could have been washed with 16 people we did not have enough clean items for the time we stayed. Their is no condiments which was unusual as usually when I’ve been in other Vrbo they supply coffee, filters etc but this house had nothing. Went to buy discounted tickets at office and they didn’t have enough but offered no compensation. Would have been nice to just have a card that we could have gotten discounts instead of having to run back and purchase at office. Very inconvient. Overall it was a nice place. Very peaceful outside and seen a few deer in the yard which was fun

Location was great. Surrounded by trees with firepit in yard felt a bit like camp in the woods, but was "around the corner" to a lot of what Lake Delton and Dells offers. We had our children and grandchildren, their aunt and uncle and a mother in law all finding comfortable space (17 in all - from CA, FL, WI). Plenty of beds and bathrooms and two different levels of gathering spaces for games or conversations. House was stocked well and yard gave kids plenty of space to run. Did Kalahari waterpark (since Noah's Ark tickets were no longer included), the Dells Boat tour, Wizard's Quest and more. Overall a great time together.

Property was nice but property was a little dirty.

We had 16 people, ages 4 to 75, so the 7 bedrooms-7 bathrooms was a huge plus (we put 1 pair on an air mattress in the basement-level family room, although we could have used one of the 2 hid-a-beds there; no one used that area for socializing, so it was reasonably private). The second fridge in the basement was also a big plus, since the upstairs fridge was oacked

The location was very good. The property was very spacious as it had been a bed & breakfast. The property id dated and could use replacement of deck and many of the outdoor chairs were damaged

We had a good time here! Happy to stay again next year!

Was expecting this to be a little more secluded, but ended up not being a problem. Would return.

Cabinets were all sticky. The house looked clean and wasn't horrible, but it looks like no deep cleaning is ever done. Just basic wiping of surfaces, carpet vacuuming, etc.

We had a great stay for a bachelorette party. Cabin was clean, spacious, perfecto location, best gathering place for a large group

Grandparents arrived to find Dell Arbor exceeding our expectations in so many ways. It’s cleanliness, room sizes, sleeping accommodations, location to everything and awesome semi private yard were huge pluses. Also the Noah’s Ark passes provided wonderful memories of exciting water adventures.

The house met all of our needs for our families. Everyone had their own room and there were plenty of bathrooms. The big table was nice and we enjoyed playing games (that we had brought) in the back yard. House could use a few updates. Overall we loved it and would stay here again!

So grateful for the new mattresses and appliances. Great You guys are gladys super friendly and helpful. Love Sand county. ?? we rent from you 2 times a year

This home is bigger and better than the pictures show. There is so much space and everything you want for cooking can be found in the kitchen, there are enough blankets if you get cold or forgot your own, the inside is clean, and the location is perfect. I would definitely come back with a group of families for another stay. The rental office was very pleasant to work with and I appreciated the communication via email and telephone.

Everything from top to bottom was great! We didn't have any issues whatsoever with the property. It was great to feel at home away from home! The staff were very friendly in helping us to find the location and picking up the items for our stay was the fastest I've ever experienced!

Was a wonderful time and I am so glad I found the place as it suited all our needs so well. The good time we had there will be remembered for years to come. It was great. We were left to ourselves but knew they were there if needed.

Unit was clean, had many amenities, great location, and spacious. Management was very responsive and professional.

Arbor Dell is phenomenal and we will certainly be back The team answered my phone calls before the trip and explained what I needed to know plus they were great when I had to drop something off at the office.

It worked out great for our large group. We generally go to FL, but was perfect for our gathering in WI. One comment about kitchen stuff -- there was no cutting board, which seemed strange. And missing the lower shelf in the upstairs frig was a bummer. Lighting in the dining area was poor. But those are overall minor things considering how wonderful everything else was. It really was a perfect place for a large group. I had little interaction with the team, except booking the property, which went very well.

The location and house size is perfect but upkeep is lacking! The staff is very friendly and accommodating

We’ve been renting from sand county for over 25 yrs, summers & winters , from one bedroom condos to the 7 br arbor dell hse. I tell all my friends , family & co workers,

We had 17 all together and could all eat at the long table together. Kitchen was very big and had everything I needed to cook. With all the bedrooms cousins all split up and parents each got a big bed too! One area for those watching Football, 2 other areas for those playing games, an area for sitting around and visiting! The best part was the heated floors! Everyone loved them. Watched deer go across the lot. Very quiet neighborhood and felt safe to let young ones out to just play in snow by house and roll down the hill etc! Will rent this again when we all come back to meet up again. Great recommendations from the staff for places to eat and where to order amazing pizza!

Five families met after two years and we all had a memorable stay. Location close to almost all attractions. Nice layout of the house and had all needs taken care of.

Rental of the property was extremely easy and the rental property staff were very kind. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Pictures do not do this place justice! It was a great place to have a little family get together. We will definitely be returning.
