The property was was everything we were looking for. We had an excellent stay which felt very spacious. The villa is very well thoughts out with all the equipment you could need and seating areas dotted around giving us lots of choice. We had an excellent stay and would book again!

The host and her parents were lovely and very helpful. The air conditioning in every room was a Godsend as was the pool, because Zadar was very hot during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the house is clean and modern and spacious, with great eating areas inside and out. Even a dishwasher outside! Great bbq and outdoor area, which we put to use after buying lamb from the butcher across the street. Lots of reasonable grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Host had wine, fresh veggies, and juices for us when we arrived.

The location is pretty far from any beach and further from Zadar town, so we ended up driving everywhere. The house was missing some basic amenities that we have grown to expect in rentals, like shampoo, conditioner, a little laundry soap, and oil. The location is not picturesque and more like euro suburban... With the top dollar charged during high season, these should really be provided.

exceptionally clean, decorated to a high standard. good location-20 minute walk to the beach, 10 to a supermarket, very reasonable to get an Uber into the old town and good restaurants near by. lovely touches from our host which were much appreciated.

we were told off by a neighbour for being too noisy when the children were just having fun and playing round the pool. bathrooms on the middle floor were slightly dated compared to the rest of the villa and showers slightly awkward and very slippery.

The object was brilliant. All clean and in mint comditions. The owner, Mr. Zvonek is very friendly and helpful. Highly recomended.

This place was absolutely perfect for a relaxed girls trip. The hpsts were amazing even though we were a little late arriving, they accommodated our every need and even brought a little home made liqueur and some appetizers for our last night which was such a wonderful touch! Can't thank them enough and couldn't recommend more. Not right central but Ubers were cheap and there was enough around that we had everything we needed from beach side brunches to pizza restaurants and supermarkets. Just wonderful, gutted to be home! :-)

Nothing, they even had towels for the sun loungers and we had wine on arrival, it really has been perfect!

Its really big and comfortable outside and inside. All is well thought of and well done. You have multiple sitting areas both in and out. The grill is awesome. Beds are good and bathrooms clean and nice. Swimming pool is awesome! The help from the property owner is on par with 5 star hotel! Outside area is great for family with kids. Easy to bring cars, we had 3 cars no problem.
