Located in Amelia Island, this charming condo for $391 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This three bedroom-three bath condominium sleeps 8 comfortably. Located on the top floor, two properties south of the Ritz Carlton (10 minute walk), this end unit provides spectacular views of the beach, as well as west facing windows to see the sunsets over the live oak forests. There is a television in each bedroom as well as the living room.... but you'll probably rather watch the sun rises, sunsets, surf, gopher tortoises and sea birds, as the views are fantastic. High speed internet is included in all rentals. There are two swimming pools and four tennis courts. It is close to shopping and many of the wonderful Amelia Island restaurants. And this lovely condo is right on the beach. The condo is located in building A of the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. The property is gated, providing an extra level of security. The unit is bright and cheery to remind you: "If you're lucky enough to be at the beach, you're lucky enough!" We welcome anyone and everyone to enjoy this beautiful beachfront resort, but the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club has a strict "no pet" policy. So those members of your family will have to take a vacation of their own with either a house sitter or at a good boarding facility. The building is also a "no smoking" building.

Awesome oceanfront views! Condo was overall great/ nicely furnished and plenty of room. 4 Beach chairs a big plus! Good clear communication with nice owner. Nicely updated kitchen, however there’s only one large skillet that’s in pretty bad shape. We used a pot to cook our eggs at breakfast. Also the kitchen and bathrooms could have used a more detailed (less rushed) clean. The stovetop and bathroom mirrors were not completely wiped of cleaner and the mirror on wall and dresser tops were dusty. Shower with bath had gunk at the base of glass doors. We would come back though as overall it was great. Really nice balcony too 😊.

Condo has an unmatched ocean view, is nicely decorated, well-appointed and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked and there is a convenient washer/dryer. Perfect for families. Host was attentive and respectful of our time away. Thank you for hosting us!

From start to finish this rental and host were outstanding. Rob made it so easy to book and was always quickly available to answer questions or help us with anything. The Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is in a great location and a complex with everything. The view from the top floor is breath taking; we had some amazing sunrises over the ocean and sunsets from the street side balcony. A hard to find three bedroom with three full baths was perfect for us. Three adult siblings, with spouses, were there to have a celebration of life for our mother vacation. The living space was more than adequate for the six of us. All three bedrooms and recently renovated bathrooms were a wonderful size. The renovated kitchen was lovely and had everything and more that we needed. Sitting on the balcony, walking the beach and enjoying the tennis courts and pool made for perfect days. This is a KEEPER. This is the condo we will go back to anytime we travel to Amelia Island. Rob is a wonderful host and has made sure that the condo more than meets a renters needs making it a comfy home away from home. Thank you Rob for everything.

We were here for our son's wedding at the Ribalt Club. The condo and views are is awesome! It comfortably fit two children under three and four adults. The location is great...you are close to the pool, beach and about a 10 minute drive to downtown. The bedrooms are spacious, beds comfortable and each bedroom having it's own bathroom it's unbeatable. The condo has everything needed in the kitchen, living area (books, movies, magazines, etc.) a high chair and the view is breathtaking! When we return on our next trip this will be our first choice.

This was a trip with four sisters and one niece/daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo and Amelia Island! Views of the ocean were outstanding. We stayed here for a week, wonderful place. Clean, updated bathrooms and kitchen; ample kitchen supplies, fabulous location. Great, great beach, especially for walking/running. Communication with Rob was easy and prompt. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views- condo has great layout. Very easy check in process. Great hosts. Only suggestion is room darkening curtains so can sleep a bit past 6am when sun starts to come up— this would be helpful for children & their parents. Lol

I cannot say enough about this condo! It was exactly how it is described. Everything was clean it was bright and open and we had a fabulous view of the beach!! Definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay there!! All instructions are on the table which was very nice. Hope to return soon!!

We are three friends of a certain age. The condo could not have been better. The owner was wonderful - we had perfect instructions for the gate, door, tv, etc. Three lovely bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, even aluminum foil. The view from the windows was dunes and ocean and nothing else. Also, it was clear that there had been a recent renovation- bathrooms and kitchen were new and beautiful. If I could give six stars, I would.

The condo was so much nicer than expected! The owner though of everything we might need and the condo was very clean! The view was amazing! Beautiful sunrises and we’re lucky enough to be there during a full moon! Would love to rent this condo again!

Great getaway with my parents. Condo was as advertised with great views. My parents spent a lot of time in the chairs facing the ocean. They are in their 70’s and recliners would have been nice for them to prop their feet up. Rob was spot on with his restaurant recommendations. Overall great place and would definitely stay again

We could not have been happier. Rob, our host, was always available if we had questions ,which only happened once. The condo has so many windows. You have a view from everywhere! I highly recommend this condo for asmany as 8 people. My daughter slept on the pull out KING couch. She said it was very comfortable!
