Nestled in Amelia Island, this charming condo for $350 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our 3 Bedroom, 3 full bath Sailmaker luxury corner condo is only a few steps to the ocean or pool in the Summer Beach Village gated community. As one of the few corner units with southern exposure, we get plenty of natural sunlight throughout our home compared to other Sailmaker condos. We also have greater privacy on our large balcony with outdoor seating for 4 and a full view of the entire pool. We have 2 master bedrooms, each with King sized beds and their own private bathrooms with granite counter-tops and custom cabinets. Both master bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings with fans and large 40" flat screen TVs. Our 3rd bedroom has a large queen bed with a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player and we also supply 2 additional raised twin air mattresses for additional guests as well as a pack n play for little ones. The kitchen has been newly renovated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and custom ceiling high cabinets. It is fully stocked with everything you might need including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and all the glassware, flatware, pots/pans and cooking/eating utensils you might possibly need. We have custom plantation shutters on all of the windows throughout the house including the sliding door. All of our furniture is top-of-the line quality. There is a 40" flat screen Roku smart TV in the living room area giving you access to sign into your Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Hulu or other streaming apps. We have large upgraded tile throughout the downstairs and new plush carpeting throughout the upstairs. We offer WiFi throughout the house and even have a Nest programmable thermostat to help get the temperature exactly the way you like it. The electronic key-code door access makes it easy to come and go to the beach or pool without the hassle of bringing a key. We supply 5 beach chairs and 3 additional camping style chairs. We have several beach/pool toys and board games that we share. All linens are included for all the beds including the 2 twin air mattresses and bath/hand/wash towels are included for each guest. We also provide a pack-n-play crib, an iron/board, blow dryers and a booster seat so there's little you need to bring.

The condo is lovely and just as advertised. Clean and comfortable, roomy enough for 3 couples. The beach is uncrowded and we loved Amelia Island and the downtown restaurants. The owners are very responsive also. Would highly recommend!

We had a great family vacation with older kids. The location is great and very much appreciated the abundance of shade at the pool area. The walk to the beach was easy. It seems ALL properties on Amelia island require one to walk over the protected dunes. Just bring good shoes if you need help walking on the sand! The owners were easy to work with and loved our stay in their home!

The condo felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed to cook when we decided to eat in. The pool and beach being so close made it easy to go multiple times throughout the day. Spotting the turtles on our walk to the beach would make us smile every time. The second floor private entrance was an added bonus. Check in was super easy. Cori was great to work with and Amelia Island was amazing as always!

Wonderful condo with plenty of room and all amenities. Weather did not cooperate, but that made the room even more important. Little bit of a haul to get to the beach with the sudden changing weather but not bad. All in all it is a great place and we had a good time.

Upon arriving we found the place to be very dusty. We could write our name in the top of the dressers and on the plantation shutters. The toaster oven was unusable do to grim and grease.Walking up the stairs to the front door planter had dead plant and full of leaves, not very inviting. As far as the beach a few steps away was very inaccurate. It was at least a football field away then you had to climb over dunes to finally get to the beach. Mattresses were very uncomfortable so don’t count on a good night sleep. Wouldn’t book again. Very disappointing

We had a great time. 3 buddies from college looking at cars for the weekend. Location was great, wish we had seen the beach more or used the pool. We were on the go a lot. Place was quiet so we did get a good nights sleep. Hope to be back again.

First, the location of the condo is ideal. The condo is nestled among the live oaks and Spanish moss, just a few steps from the pool and a few minutes walk over the dunes to the beach. The condo itself is as shown in the photos in the listing. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and living space is ample. We stayed for 2 months, so a good supply of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils etc, was important to us, and we were not disappointed. Finally, Cori was great to deal with. She was very responsive to any questions we had. A great experience.

Traveled with three couples and two kiddos less than one year old. Three bathrooms made it easy! Babies stayed upstairs in pack and plays. Kitchen was wonderful for playing board games, feeding babies, and preparing lunch. We went out for most dinners but had lots of ice cream and cookies at home! No complaints! Beach is a short walk from the condo (no crossing roads) and the pool is visible from the patio!

Condo is on the southern end of the island. You need a car to get around. We relied on Uber which was not always available. Plus you will have the opportunity to see all of the island Condo is a nice size. Please note: you are on the second floor and carrying luggage up is not an easy task! Walk from condo to the beach is four minutes. Pool is beautiful. Condo has all the things you need! Host was always available.

The property was beautiful and the area was just as gorgeous. Frogs, turtles, lizards, and hawks everywhere but not problematic. The Kids just loved watching the wildlife. The beaches were beautiful and the property was great. We would stay again in a skinny minute. Thanks Cori for a great stay.

We loved the condo and the beach. Nothing was crowded, and the location was ideal. Everything we needed was a short drive away. The condo was beautiful. We could tell the owners spent a lot of time decorating and making the accommodations as homey and comfy as possible.

We didn't realize that the property was on the top level of the condo unit - which meant we had to go up and down 2 flights of stairs every time we came or left. When we arrived, the condo was not clean and was not ready at check-in time (4 p.m.). I understand that there was a power outage which delayed the time for the cleaning service to have the condo ready, so we left for over an hour. When we came back, the cleaning lady was gone, however, the floors had not been swept and sand/dirt was everywhere, even in the bedrooms upstairs. We had to sweep the floors ourselves. We were not totally unhappy with the condo, however, we probably won't be staying there again.

This was our first time renting and staying at Amelia Island. The place was just as advertised and perfect for what we were looking for. End unit, easy parking, overlooking the pool and an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely look to rent again if we were to come back.

We loved our stay so much. The house had everything we needed and was true to the pre check in packet provided. We have a 3 yo and 1 1/2 yo and this location and proximity to the beach and pool was great. It was close to the Ritz to stop and enjoy an afternoon. It was perfect distance to downtown and restaurants. We mostly enjoyed our evenings on the patio after our kids went to bed. We had great communication with the hosts for whatever we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

The condo was updated and clean and provided everything we needed for a great beach get away. The tropical setting on the property was nice. The Short walk to the pool and beach was great. The master bed was uncomfortable and noisy and needs to be updated but overall we enjoyed the our stay.
