Good accesstability to center,, the tramp station in front of the building.

Dirty fridge, the kitchen is poor equipved.

Parking at the house is very convenient. The apartments are clean and comfortable. For a family with two children, it is quite spacious. Opposite the house there is a café, a pastry shop.

Quick and easy contactless check-in and check-out. Contact with the hosts has been very easy and cordial at all times, which is always appreciated. We were in Padova for a few days to attend a wedding and visit the city. The accommodation exceeded our expectations: Easy private parking in front of the property. Beautiful terrace, very well maintained and full of pretty plants. Modern and spacious apartment, provided with all the necessary utensils. Fully functional kitchen. Flat screen TV, very large and modern. Good internet connection. The location is very good, right in front of the tram stop. Numerous shops and services around (bars, tobacco shop, pharmacies, supermarkets). Very nice area to walk and relax next to the river. Quite close to the center, only a pleasant 20 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride.

The bed was not so comfortable (for a tall guy) and we missed some extra blanket. But overall it was not a big deal.

Location is great, tram station is across the street, and in 5 min you can be in city center 😀 Also there is a bar and a bakery across the street. You can park the car in front of the house. The owner is very helpful.

Location is great, near tram station. There are shops and bakery nearby. The apartment has a lot of space and it is on ground floor. It is well equiped with appliances (microwave, iron, ironing board, washing machine, fridge, feezer, 2 AC units, oven and stove, electric water kettle). The apartment looks new.

Sleeping on the couch was absolutely terrible. Even the slitghest move with head or hand on the couch would make it squeak. It was uncomfortable. There is also problem with ants in the kitchen. If there is some food nearby they will appear over night ( and a lot of them). Some walls are moleded and there is moldy smell in the apartment.

We loved the location ... right next to the main line into Padua. We could easy buy and ticket from the local tabac and head on into Padua. Tram is safe and clean and easy to use. We loved the apartment as it was large and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Stefano was on hand by phone if we needed him. The aircon in the rooms didnt really work upstairs in the apex room...but sure open the window and you are fine!!

The location was ideal for us and our needs. Unfortunately everything else was very poor

The flat was not properly cleaned and as we have a little daughter, so we cleaned it. There were ants everywhere in the flat, many ones dead in the corners or under the curtains which were so long to be on the floor all the time. The carpet under the sofa was so full of dust that we had the feeling that the flat has not properly cleaned for a long time. The whole flat needs a good refresh as it seems to have been left without proper painting for a long time. The front door was missing the handle, so we had to slam the door to close it. The host replied if we were annoyed by the "aesthetic" of having a handle on the door... The Host was very fast to reply to our questions and requests, but he cannot expect that people going on holiday are there waiting to see when all the bits and pieces to be sorted out, It is normal to expect some clean place where to stay without having to ask for help so many times. We did not feel he was caring much. We were not told were to put the rubbish, we had to ask this one too. The heating system had a broken control unit and we had no instructions on how to use it, so we did not touch it. Overall very bad experience and we do not recommend it to anyone.

Tram right outside the flat made it so easy to get to and from the centre. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had private parking.

the apt is very nice, clean and cozy. the manager is professional & friendly. the building is placed in a quite residential area, very well connected to city centre (public transport's stop is just in front of the site!). perfect location for a Venice tour (just 30 min by train, which costs less than € 5). will definitely come back asap!
