We enjoyed our stay and would stay again

We decided to book this location for our honeymoon & we're very happy that we did! There was a little hiccup with the booking but I was contacted quickly after leaving a message & taken care of. I will say the bed was not very comfortable after the first night or two but that may just be me. Fun atmosphere, clean place, friendly staff. Valet was mostly pretty quick about getting our vehicle. Definitely recommend to family & friends.

I was disappointed that the master bath lighting was not all working. Most of the lights were not working. Also, sofa bed mattress had a lot of stains and was disgusting to sleep on. Please change the mattress

The room was good all in all. It was quiet despite being next to the kids pool. The resort offered a lot for both kids and adults. The water did not disappoint.

I booked this condo for my fiancé s birthday week. We stay at Marriott quite a bit when we travel. I must say this is one of the nicest hotels we stayed in. The staff is very helpful and nice. Nice clean pools and the beach is beautiful by the hotel. The only drawback is the view from the balcony. It is the top of the Tiki bar (no ocean view whatsoever.) If that doesn’t matter to you then this is your condo. I would like to see the ocean next time but if there were nothing available I would stay here again.

Accommodations were very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I accidentally left behind some clothing and the property managers helped me to get it all returned! Super responsive and helpful!

The suite is exactly as described. Clean with a view to the pool at the back of the resort. The beach is beautiful.

The sleeper sofa was very squeaky. Woke us and the kids up several times the first night. The rest of our stay we put the sleeper sofa mattress on the floor. No ideal, but stopped the noise.

This property and the accommodations were described perfectly in the listing. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and amenities in the room, the pleasant staff, and the prompt responses to any of our questions by Dan. You will enjoy the best of both worlds as you move from pool to beach on this site. There is so much to do in the area - Manatee Lagoon, Turtle Rescue, Flagler Museum, John MacArthur Park, and a myriad of restaurants on the water. Thank you for a great stay!

The owners are very accommodating and the place was very clean.

Was told I had parking had to pay $32 daily for valet parking! I was kicked off the private beach cuz I used the chairs you left in the room! No oven and AC wasn’t working no return call. Toilet broke my husband fixed it.

The property and room were very clean. Sufficient supplies provided. The Marriott property provided superior customer service with the exception of the waiter at the pool complex who really messed up our lunch order, forgot drinks several times and appeared to be half asleep. Other than that the beach, pool, room was wonderful. Would stay here again

We truly loved our stay here! the resort was great and the condo was very clean and spacious. Hotel Staff were very welcoming and polite. They also went above and beyond to celebrate my little ones birthday :) Highly recommend and would book it again for next year!

Stayed here with my boyfriend and we loved it! Location is great and the room comes with everything you need. Private access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The pools at the hotel had mildew that seemed to have been there for a long time, water was not clean. I did not feel safe letting my kids into the pools. After paying for this hotel I think that pools should at least be clean.

Summary: Beautiful studio apartment, not good for families with young kids. Stay in the Marriot Resort instead. This place had the potential to be really good but had one major flaw. This unit is NOT a one bedroom, this is a STUDIO. The bedroom and living space are separated by a half wall with no doors. My wife and I reviewed the listing description and photographs but nowhere does it allude to the fact that these areas are not separated by doors. I can't say whether or not that listing this property as a "one bedroom" was done on purpose or if this was a simple oversight, but I would suggest that someone who owns a property management company should know the difference. In spite of this glaring oversight and subsequent debacle, I will try to give an honest and fair review of this place.The good: This listing was almost exactly like it was described, in that, it was clean, spacious, accommodating, and in some cases, more luxurious than I expected. The beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards were a nice touch, as well. In addition, the resort staff was amazing and helpful, their customer service really made things a breeze. The beach was very wide, clean, and had soft sand. The bad: As noted above, this place is not a one bedroom, and describing it as such would be trivial to someone who was traveling without small children but in our case was a deal breaker. Reason being, when your baby goes to sleep at 7PM and you’d like to do something crazy like…keep the lights on, talk at a reasonable volume, or not be stuck on the balcony all night, you need that door. This listing “mistake” essentially forced us to leave within only being on property for two hours, basically, cancelling our vacation. The owner’s rep does not put on any pretense for customer service, even in the slightest. We explained the situation to the Rep, who angrily grunted at us “Yeah, and what do you want me to do about it?!”, and we said we’d like a full refund because the property was misrepresented, which, to his credit he submitted. That being said, he never took the time to try and make things right with us, never offered another room as an option (of which his property group has several). My point is, even though he has a property in the resort, it doesn’t make him a part of that family. The price we paid wasn’t a dramatic difference in price for the same room at the resort itself. So, my recommendation is stick with the Marriot.
