Schöne 2-Zimmer / 1. 5 Bad, 5. Stock am Golf Strandeigentumswohnung mit atemberaubenden Südwesten Aussicht über den Strand. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, Fliesenböden im gesamten, Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Einheit, 3 Sätze große Glasschiebetüren führen zur großen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand / Golf. Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 6 mit einem Queen-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer, in voller Größe in der Gäste-Schlafzimmer und ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Das Anwesen umfasst auch einen Golf Seite Pool und Doppeltennisplatz. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen, jedoch nicht mehr als 4 Erwachsene bitte. Keine Haustiere / Nichtraucher. Amazing view from the large balcony. The condo building is maintained well and we were impressed with the overall quality of the grounds, pool, and wood bridge. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also liked the location because it is in a quieter area of PB.

This condo was great! It was everything the listing said and more. It was very clean and the communication was excellent. The walk from the condo to the beach was super short and easy. I would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola!

The condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to get away for a long weekend. SO COZY! We absolutely loved it! You can sit on the couch to relax and watch tv after a long day of beach relaxation LOL and still see the beautiful gulf. Morning coffee on the large balcony is nothing short of spectacular with an incredible view. You have access to the balcony from the living area and master bedroom.
Everything was clean and tidy. We had all we needed to have a home away from home. Easy pool and beach access. It’s a 10/10 for us and we will absolutely be staying again!

This home is right on the gulf shore with views of the waves from every room. We loved waking to the sights and sounds, enjoying time on the sand as well as adventures through the surrounding towns. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Interior of the unit needs updating. Flooring is dated/ cracked and cookware badly needs to be replaced.
Having washer and dryer was very convenient.

Advertised as 2 baths actually 1..5. Second bedroom is tiny, poorly furnished, didn’t even have a mirror. Second half bath was on opposite side of condo from bedroom.

Very nice unit. However a few items needed to be pointed out.
We have a queen bed but the main bed is smaller than our queen. The bed squeaks sometimes.
A full body shower head would be nice.

Overall, we were very pleased with ALL aspects of this condo. The condo was very clean and well kept. The location was quiet, had mostly family visitors on the property, and even the elevators had very little wait time! The owners were also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is the perfect size with an amazong view. It was in hreay condition, and had anything you could need for a wo derful vacation. The only negative about the condos, are the beds. The couch bed cushion is extremely thin, uncomfortable and should be replaced. The master bedroom bed is definitely better, however it is loud and springy. Upgrading the matresses would make everyone a return customer. All and all this is an amazing place. Owners/managers were always available to answer questions or help. The condo is in the perfect spot to get to shops and restaurants.

This Condo is in the perfect location! It is quiet but not too far from all the restaurants and activities. And the views are breathtaking! The pool and access to the ocean are very easy to get to. The Condo was also very clean. My family had an amazing time!

Loved our stay here. Can’t beat the location. It’s a little ways down the road, so it’s away from all the congestion of spring breakers. Quiet, beautiful beach. Pull out bed would not be comfortable for adults without a new mattress, but our kids didn’t complain!

Spacious and comfortable condo, right on the beach. Felt like home, and had everything we needed (including plenty of towels and bedding) except food and sunscreen.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this condo. The managers were very courtesy and responsive, and they even mailed by daughter’s earring that she left.

The place was clean and nicely located. The only downside was the seaweed in the ocean and the jellyfish on the calm swim side. Otherwise we had a good time!

Just know if you want to grill bring a 1lb propane tank and a small gas grill!

Relaxing Trip!
Two teachers on the beach for a week! Rested, ate wonderful food and enjoyed a few adult beverages! Property owners were wonderful to work with - even left a couple beach chairs and an umbrella! Easy check in and out process - we will be back!

We had such a wonderful experience. They where very thoughtful and even took time out to make sure they suggested great restaurants and things to do while there. The balcony was amazing. The only thing I would have changed is the half bath be in the master instead of in the hall other than that what a great place. Definitely would book again.

Home Sweet Home
We have been coming to Pensacola Beach for 18 years with the family and have stayed at Regency Towers most of the time. If you are after a quiet, layed back beach, this is your spot. All the bars, restaurants and board walk are only a 3 min car ride.

Great location
We had a very relaxing stay. Everything was as described. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking, and the view from the balcony over the beach was spectacular. The owners were super helpful to work with. It is a great location, and we never tired of seeing the pelicans and dolphins.

Perfect
This property was very clean, the pictures were a great representation, but the view from the balcony is better in real life. My family slept very well, made friends on the beach, and had the amenities needed to cook most of our meals at the property. It was even better than we had hoped.

Wonderful Condo!
We brought our boys here for their first time at the beach. They had an absolute blast! The condo was very clean and perfect for our little family. The kitchen was fully supplied, making it easy to prepare all of the meals we had planned. The owners were extremely helpful and communicated great the entire stay. They offered lots ideas of places to take the boys. The location of the condo couldn’t have been better! It’s right on the beach, and if you have littles, it’s also very close to quiet beach, which is perfect for little kids (or adults who aren’t comfortable with swimming). I’m so glad we found this little gem. We will be back for years to come!

Peaceful beach condo
Views were excellent! Love the balcony - we were able to have dinner outside. Appreciate chairs and umbrella to use. Condo was better than pics online - plenty of space for a 2 bedroom/ 1 1/2 bath. Closure of beach walk was inconvenient, but Bob and Steve were very accommodating. Check in process is odd with so much communication between host and guest instead of a key box and and a book of directions.

Excellent Property
My husband and I overly enjoyed our stay at Pensacola Beach and a large part was this condo! What you see in the photos is what you get - beautiful ocean view, very clean unit, and all the appliances you would need. Bonus for us: two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided so we didn't need to buy or rent. We only had one negative thing to review - the bed in the master bedroom is squeaky. It's as though some of the springs in the box spring are broken, as a little shift from your back to your side often caused an ongoing squeaky sound that could be pretty annoying in the middle of the night. Definitely not a big enough problem to keep us from staying in this condo again. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Pensacola Beach!
