You will not be disappointed with this condo! The description is highly accurate and the space was very clean. We had 10 guests and definitely had plenty of room. The pool was great and the beach was easily accessible. As a side note, we dropped a cell phone from the 22nd floor to the 16th floor. The property staff, as well as Michael from Phoenix Vacation Properties, were extremely accommodating and helpful in helping us to get it back. Their time was much appreciated!

We had 3 families and a total of 10 people. This was a great condo for us! I do think the pictures make the living room look bigger than it really is, but still plenty of space for all of us. Love the location on the beach and the pool & slide was a hit for our littles!

We enjoyed the location near the West end of Gulf Shores. It was not nearly as crowded as Orange beach can be. The condo was very well equipped for cooking. Eight people fit comfortably. Pool was a great fit for the kids 2 to 10. Initial concern about no lazy river was not an issue. Friends were made quickly. The children declared it the best week of their life. The unit is on the Southwest corner with open view of the gulf and a sunset show each evening. Initially some of the group were pushing to go to Florida Rosemary/30a. At the end of the week they agreed that Gulf Shores is comfortable place to be.

We traveled with our family (8 adults)and 3 grandchildren. The space was perfect for us and the balcony was a hit!! I was concerned about being so high up and having to take the elevator, however, there were 4 elevators and all were working!! It was not a problem at all. There was a boogy board for outside, but no beach chairs or umbrellas. Plan to bring your own or rent at the beach. The decor was beautiful and I don't have the appropriate words to describe the beautiful view! We did have random visits from from maintenence for spraying bugs and air conditioning filter replacement. A heads up about them coming would have been nice. We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to return to this beautiful place!!

Nothing can beat the views from the condo We had 7 people staying in the condo and plenty of room. Would love to stay here again when we return and would recommend others. Emailed the company about a few questions before arriving and got answers within 24hrs. Everything was perfect and everyone was happy. Thanks for the stay.

We were here with eight people - four adults and four kids age 7-12. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. And the location - right on the beach with incredible views - couldn’t be beat! The pools and hot tubs were also terrific for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Favorite Condo to date in GulfShores. Five out of Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️That says something after 26+ years of renting in Gulf Shores for our annual beach week. We’ve seen it all. Top Notch- We had a great time. Condo is stunning, stocked kitchen with a lot of space & storage. Great view, nice patio furniture, comfortable beds & linens seem practically new. Condo was very clean & ready when we arrived!! Ice maker very appreciated especially during July 4th week. Kids loved the waterslide! Ikes Beach Rental needs improving but this is no reflection on condo. Front desk not very helpful- parking passes are not available after 5 & check not before 4:30. Don’t dare show up outside their hours. They will make it very clear 9-5 only! Property Management emailed check in & check out instructions, door code which is all you need. Amazing Condo!!! Highly recommend! Grandparents, Adult Kids & our four grandkids (All 10 of us agreed we must come back!) Thank you for renting & sharing your beautiful condo. Happy 4th! 🇺🇸Amber P

Condominium’s security officer was curt and seemed to only police certain things at times, most didn’t let him get to them though.

Phoenix Gulf Shores unit 2201 was perfectly configured for 4 couples. This is the 2nd year we have rented this unit. There was enough room for everyone to spread out, the kitchen is well stocked and the views are amazing since it it a corner unit.. highly recommend!

We stayed here for our first family vacation since the 90s. This beachfront condo surpassed our expectations! The unit was on one of the top floors of the property and so the views were incredible. Very nice and clean condo with plenty of room for my family (4 couples plus 3 singles). The condo was close to the heart of Gulf Shores and the beach was beautiful. My 2 year old son loved the giant water slide at the pool. Would definitely come back again!

Went in mid-September. The room was very clean and everything worked great. The only thing I can say about the room that besides “It’s awesome” is that the stove was slow to preheat and the water from the fridge was slow. If you’re the type of person that would let those things disturbed your vacation then you won’t be happy anywhere you stay. I’ll never book another room in Gulf Shores going forward. If you’re reading the comments and you’re on the fence then quit reading; go ahead and book it. I’m the type to want to come home after three days but I was sad to leave after a week at this place.

We had a fantastic stay here. Everything was as advertised. There were ten of us and the only time it ever felt crowded was when the six people sharing a bathroom were lining up…but plenty easy to re-route to either of the other two bathrooms that only two people a piece were using. There were a couple of very minor issues but the only one worth mentioning would be that there could’ve been a few more bath towels and hand towels. We made due with what we had and beach towels but that would’ve been handy. If we go back, this will be the first place we check. Great location, great host, great communication, and flawless process. Thanks for a great vacation!!

High Rise Delight
This condo was beautiful and offered the most amazing views from its 22nd floor west corner location. Our family of 10 found it to be very spacious and enjoyable. The balcony furnishings are sturdy and great for sitting and eating, but not so much so if you enjoy reclining and listening to the ocean waves. Overall, this condo is a win, win and will not disappoint.

The kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children.
We thought it was cleaner last year vs. this year. For example the runner on the dining table had food on it. The dining chairs are warm out and the bar stools and sofa look like they need to be cleaned. The hot water faucet on tub in master bath was loose and hard to turn off. The towel rack in Jack and jill bath was bent. I mention these things only because they need repaired. They had no negative affect on our stay.
We enjoyed the place and would recommend it to others. We would come back!

We have been coming to Gulf Shores as a family for many years. This year rented Unit 2202 in Phoenix Gulf Shores for the week of May 27th. Of all units and resorts we have stayed, this was by far the most beautiful, cleanest and best equipped of any. The beds were comfortable, every kitchen utensil imaginable, room to spread out, beautiful views, and convenient to everything. It was very quiet, and the air conditioning kept the unit very cool and comfortable. Parking was plentiful. We were even able to obtain a day parking pass for a local friend to visit for a few hours. I highly recommend this unit. It will be our first choice for future vacations to Gulf Shores.

Family trip with 8 adults and a 9-mos old. We enjoyed our stay. Balcony was big and had great views. The outside pool was good for kids. Disappointing size for adults. Unfortunately we were not aware of the Gulf Shores Hangout music Festival when we booked 😠 The traffic was horrific! And the beach area was closed to non-ticket holders. Otherwise, we had a good time and would stay here again.
