Incredibly well located, room was to a very high standard, great facilities and very helpful host who gave us advice on where to go and visit.

We had a couple of issues with letting ourselves in as everything is automatic and done by code. Automatic lights were turning on/off on their own, codes weren’t being recognised etc. This wasn’t major but could get frustrating. Also, all advertising is for an apartment and it wasn’t very clear that our room was only a standard double room. I would make this clearer too.

the customer service was perfect, the host did everything possible to help us. the place is central and clean.

we would have loved to have a bit more quiet time in the morning, unfortunately sometimes if many people rent the rooms- it can get a bit noisy since the walls are not very thick. It is not impossible, but it depends of the guests if they might find it annoying

The location was great. Easy walk along the sea to the old town. Had the good fortune to be in Bari for a farmer's market. Bought handmade orecchietti, base for sauce, some terrific spices and aromatics and Barese cheese! Yes, parma cheese is buttery and wonderful but the cheese these folks are making down here in southern Italy is another animal! Has some spice to it. So good. We cooked ourselves dinner because the flat had a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, olive oil, salt, etc.

Ah, when we arrived there was a little mix up and the flat was not done up for the next tenant, us, but as we arrived, the owner was following us via text and a quick message to her had the person who cleans the flat arriving about 15 minutes later. Shortly thereafter the owner arrived too. We took a walk for an hour (fun!) and came back to a spotless flat. Nice.

The location is very good. Тhe apartment is clean and spacious enough for two people. Тhe owners are friendly and communication with them is quick and efficient. Check-in is quick and easy.

Тhere were technical malfunctions which, despite the courtesy of the owners, were not completely fixed.

The location was perfect. I liked looking out and seeing the lemon tree in the courtyard. The people were prompt and helpful when I had a question about check-in.

The room was dark and smelled musty--it looked nothing like the pictures on booking.com. The bed was a bit hard and there was no table. I had chosen the room specifically because it had a good rating for wifi because I had a business meeting scheduled. However there was no table and it was impossible to work in the room so we ended up leaving early.

it was really perfect place for short vacation. I’ll back next year!❤️

we arrived at 2:30pm but the property wasn’t ready for us…the lady said she didn’t know what time we will arrive which is why she didn’t clean it in time…it didn’t matter to us.We we’re able to leave our bags and head out again.

Location was amazing, everything was in walking distance. The decorations were nice.

The room was way smaller than the pictures. We couldn't get in through the entrance door. Didn't have a mini fridge. Not enough storage. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Room was clean. Location is good, next to City centre. Shop 3-5 minutes from room.

Excellent location close to old town, the water and shopping. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. A great size bathroom. Very quiet.

The design of the shower resulted in the bathroom getting wet when using full pressure. A small problem as the shower was great!

inadequate welcome, room not ready, plunged into darkness when boiling pot of water with lights on at night. lucky we had a torch, inadequate explanation of how to find wifi password, no assistance given on how to park the car.

Great location. Nice design and big bathroom.

Quiet a small room for two people with luggage. The room is quiet dark, which is fine when you just want to spend the night there. No chair or desk/table and few of the furniture were quiet worn out. There were other two rooms next to our room and it got super noisy when people came back in the middle of the night. Check out was at 10.30h which is a little on the early site.

The host was very helpful. The rooms were not clean when we arrived. The host came himself later to clean and make sure everything was great. The host even sent the cleaner the next day to clean. Great size room and very comfortable.
