My family and I stayed at Tammy's home on Browns Lake to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary. Our family had a home on the lake for nearly 100 years before my grandparents had to sell and my parents were married at their home. So, to be back on the lake was a dream come true. And the cherry on top? Staying in Tammy's house.
The home is very well-situated on the lake and offers all that you'd want in a lake home---a well-stocked home, a lovely patio with unimpeded views of the lake, and plenty of seating on the pier to be able to dry off from swimming or enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the lake. It was such a well-equipped home that we wanted for nothing and it allowed us to be able to spend as much time in the water or behind a boat as possible. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the coming years.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home so that we could spend time together in one of our favorite places on earth. What a way to celebrate our folks and all of our memories!

Family vacation, my wife, my daughter, son and their families. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Kitchen was a bit small but cozy, great view of the lake. The beach and swimming, not possible due to all the weeds, that is kind of a bummer. We would not let the kids jump off the pier because of the weeds. The weeds did make the fishing amazing. We have a 5 year old boy and a 7 year old girl that will never forget fishing on Browns Lake. Even us older guys caught many nice bass off the pier. The extra size of the pier made things really nice, we spent a lot of time on the pier. We were cramped for parking at the premises but the folks at Fisher Park let us keep a boat and a vehicle in their lot, that worked out ok. We may come back for the fishing.

We’re a family of four with a 2.5 YO and a 1 YO. My parents also joined us for this trip and we had a blast. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and condiments. They had a booster seat and a portacrib which were also super helpful with the little ones. We were able to use a trunk as a gate in the living room for my 1 YO which also made things really easy as we kid proofed the upstairs.
Everything worked great, from the grill and sauna, to the fire pit and outdoor furniture.
We loved having access to a canoe. My husband was in his element in the canoe and my 2YO loved it too. We have blowup kayaks as well and bought some cheap tubes for chilling on the water. All around it was a great time and we all enjoyed ourselves.

This home was perfect for our family and had a great view! It was very relaxing, and Tammy responded in a timely manner when we had questions. If we're ever back in Wisconsin, we will definitely stay here again!

We loved this cozy lakefront getaway for our group of 6. Charming decor, spacious rooms, comfy beds, plenty of towels, and gorgeous lake views! The owner was pleasant and quick to respond when we needed help locating the WiFi password. Overall an easy-breezy fun stay that is listed among our favorite VRBO properties to return to!

The house was fantastic. All the amenities are clean updated and suited for a large group. The owners really know what is needed and care about making sure your trip is awesome. We will back for a summer trip soon. Wonderful time!!

Great house on pretty lake. House has a fully stocked kitchen , games , puzzles , music and more . We spent a few nights with family Christmas week. Would like to stay there in the summer , the beach area looks great!

A great spot with view of lake. Very close to family and convenient for us to shop and be near family. Even though the weather was balmy it was nice to have the lake view.

We really enjoyed our stay. We came in for a wedding and had our family and some friends. View is spectacular, perfectly set up kitchen with all the things you need, beds were all comfy and the bedding was very nice. Love the big square table for games! The town was cute and lots of options for eating. lots of parking and easy to find. Thanks for sharing your home!

We were married October 13th - the groom and groomsmen stayed here during the weekend. They were obsessed with how amazing this home is. There is a sauna, an upper deck, a patio, a pool table..so many different areas in the home that can be used. The layout is really neat, it is beautifully furnished/decorated (pictures don’t do it justice!!), and could accommodate the whole group very comfortably. Tammy was responsive and very kind. Price was more than fair. My whole family was so impressed and will use this vrbo in the future and will recommend it to everyone we know! It was the best decision we made all weekend. Thank you!

What a wonderful stay! Our nephew was getting married so this home was perfect for our family. Being so close to the venue was a huge plus. We have adult children late 20s early 30s so the extra space was fantastic. Plenty of room for all of us. Everything was clean well stocked. The beds were super comfy.

This property was perfect for our family while we were up in Burlington for a family wedding. Brown's lake is clean and beautiful. Our kids enjoyed fishing and canoeing. Plenty of room for all our family.

We had a great stay at the house: two couples and four kids under the age of five. The house was perfectly set up for our group, with plenty of space and indoor/outdoor areas. The place was spotless, beds were comfortable, and linens were abundant - made for an easy settling in. There are also grocery stores and a solid number of restaurants in and around Burlington, so we hardly had to drive.

My self, husband and in laws stayed at this lake house. We had the most amazing time. Tammy was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We woke up each sat at the front deck watching the sunrise.. sitting there with a cup of coffee and take in the sounds of nature and beautiful earth God has given us. We fished off the dock, in the canoe and on the pontoon boat around the lake. Beds were super comfy, all the necessities available just as if you were in your own home. The downstairs heated sauna was the highlight to the end of each day. This place is simply beautiful. Neighbors we talked to were all very friendly. Must have a hamburger at "Fred's" world famous burger and custard at Adrians. We truly had the most amazing time at the lake house and hope to return again. Thank you Tammy for sharing your home with us.

Getting up early to watch the sunrise over the lake was so peaceful and relaxing.

Yes, there was seed weed but it’s a lake, not a pool.

Our daughter got married in Burlington, which for us, was out of town. We wanted something more than just a hotel room. The location was absolutely perfect to the venue. This house is simply adorable!! My only wish is that we would have had more time to spend here! Would highly recommend Tammy’s house for a getaway on a beautiful lake!!!

We enjoyed every minute of our spring weekend at this lovely lake home. The layout was ideal for our intergenerational family, the deck overlooking the lake was the perfect spot for morning coffee and all-day enjoyment of boats and wildlife, and the pool table downstairs was great entertainment on a rainy afternoon. Tammy was attentive and kind. We would absolutely return to this place!

Great location and view of the lake. Short drive to ski at Alpine. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and sauna apres ski. Pool table room so fun! Kids loved the twin beds. Look forward to booking again!

We loved the house, location and the property, The host was great always on it no matter the question we got a fast response . My only complaint would be the water smells kind of bad I think maybe you could include that some were for other guest to read it, we knew that it was ok but others might not we will definitely be back thank yall so much

Enjoyed our stay on this lakefront home, though it was December! The place is fully stocked with everything you might need, as if you were at home. Comfortable sleeping quarters, great kitchen, and roomy living quarters. Just five minutes from our venue for the weekend’s events.

There’s a certain quality of furnishings when the owners also vacation at the rental property. From the mattresses to the towels; from the various glasses and dishes to pots/pans and utensils; absolutely everything you need and good quality.. While the lake had a thin layer of ice it was still beautiful and you could enjoy the peaceful sound of the geese. We’d love to come back in the summer for water activities. Great location near quiet town and shopping. Enjoyed Tristan Crist Magic Show, Dancing Horses and the waterpark; plenty to do anytime of year. Great place to stay.

This was exactly what we expected it to be. We were in Burlington for our daughter's wedding. All the bridemaids got ready here, it was perfect!!! Thank you for letting us rent and use your home as our home away from home.

There were five of us staying at the house. Because we are all older adults, we asked A LOT of questions before choosing this rental and then even after we have booked the home. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions.
The house is very nicely appointed and the view was spectacular. We had fall weather that was to die for. The trees all around the lake were brilliant. We spent much of our time either sitting on the pier, around the campfire on the patio or on the deck. We watched sunrises over the water with our coffee.
Recommend bringing jugs of water for the coffee pot, as the well water probably would have given the coffee an off flavor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen table accommodated us all. Would love to come back another time.

The view of the lake was excellent and the living room opened onto the deck with a sliding glass door that when opened let in a great view. The small suite on the lower level was so perfect for my daughter and her fiancé. The beds we large and comfortable.

The house is exactly as pictured with lots of rustic furniture as well as a very large leather sofa in the upper living room and a leather futon in the lower pool room which we did not use. The beds and bedding were super comfy. The house was extremely clean with lots of towels and a very well stocked kitchen with just about anything you could possibly need. It was perfect for our 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 4 to 14. The dock is very nice with a wide seating area with chairs to look out over the lake. The only real disappointment was the water. It is weedy and mucky after the first few feet. But we rented their pontoon boat and went to the sandbar on the other side of the lake which was wonderful. It is a large area with a sandy bottom that is shallow. I highly recommend renting the pontoon boat which is very nice and seats 10. All in all it was a wonderful time! And Tammy was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Beautiful House a with Great Amenities!
Our stay at this property was excellent. The house is very nicely appointed and is well stocked with pantry items. The home decorations make it feel much more like a home rather than a rental property, which we really appreciated. The outdoor areas are beautiful and very well taken care of. The dock is great if you are bringing a boat. The house has plenty of room and beds for a larger party than the four we travelled with. Hope to visit here again!
