I loved the environment.. I loved the good taste of lunch i bought.

The room is very small for a queen suite. I asked why not a single cup or a bottle of water inside the room. Answer based on my understanding was, the queen suite doesn't come with any of that...Really? i asked myself. No tea bag for an emergency cup of tea at night. I became sad and disappointed. Pillows were with stains and new cases were put to conceal it. I don't know why. I intentionally removed the pillows and opted for room cleaning the next day so that House keepers would see and change the pillows but naaaa, they only inserted them into clean pillow cases like we met them. "Washing machines are capable of washing pillows". The property is classy, the likes of the fish pond, pool, akwaaba lounge etc, so the room services must reflect the environment. I paid a lot for only sleeping and breakfast, mamamia...

Same breakfast every day, hotel manager tried her best to make my breakfast better but it changed for a day or two and we went back on old same breakfast again, some things were even cooked before and I they were cold already. Some staff shouldn’t work there because they are giving bad light on hotel.

The property was Good value for money most of the Staff were nice. The pool area is lovely and the pools are kept clean.

The Stairs! Food service was slow and limited choices.

I must first commend their kitchen department; they definitely understood the assignment, and they delivered commendable service. Kudos to Priscilla ( I hope I got her name correctly) and every other kitchen staff. Their housekeeping did well because the room was always clean, and so were the bedsheets. The floors were always mopped with bleach, and it ensured 100% cleanliness.

There were discrepancies with the room rates: a particular staff whose name I would omit chose to disregard the booking.com rates and insisted that we must pay the counter rack rates. It was kind off funny because she even overruled the Manager's instructions to do the needful. It took our insistence and demand to see the manager who had stepped out and later the intervention of their higher management(Mrs Helena) for us to be able to pay our booking.com rate.
