Very convenient to downtown.

The location was perfect. Walk anywhere. The property was surprisingly big. We are a family of four, kids are 6 & 8 and they loved the bunk beds. Will stay here again for sure.

The townhome was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully furnished. We had 10 people sleep comfortably. Walkable to lifts--about 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver super chair, and 12 minute walk to the Snowflake lift. Quick walk to downtown shopping/groceries. Plenty of space in the garage to store ski gear, as well as a ski locker. Did a Walmart delivery (from Frisco) for food, and kitchen also has a crockpot. Host and management company were quick to answer our questions. Would love to stay here on future visits.

Fantastic property! Just steps from the slopes/ski school and walkable to downtown. We had small kids in tow so we drove to eat each night after a long day on the slopes! All of the amenities were great and just as described!

We loved the location, the amenities, and well stocked kitchen. We did have several things not working during our stay but eventually most were taken care of . We are considering this property again for next year because it suited our needs very well.

I'm not one to take the time to leave reviews but I felt this was a really important point to make. I rented this townhome for a 30th Birthday present for my oldest son and our family. The hot tub was the main draw to me booking this unit as my son is immune compromised and public hot tubs are not good for him. Day 1 - hot tub had no power. After several calls to the property manager-them not getting back to me over and over again, the owner reached out via email. I reset the braker which tripped 8 more times with the hot tub never getting warm. The owner and property manager said someone would be coming to fix it during our stay-no one ever came. In addition, the HOA was in the middle of replacing siding on the unit. The construction company left the porta-potty directly below the deck the whole time we were there and afternoon napping was not possible due to the banging of hammers/construction. I'm currently in discussions with the owner for a partial refund. This whole thing has been a hassle. If it's advertised with a private hot tub-it should be working.

We fell in love with Breckinridge. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. We loved the location and appreciated being able to walk easily to Main Street as well as many hiking trails. Our kids had fun in the hot tub.

This townhouse was beautiful and perfect for us and our adult children. It is spacious, comfortable and clean! It’s only a couple blocks from downtown for shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Condo had enough space for the four adults and two kids in our group. We’ve stayed in a lot of condos in Colorado over the years and this condo had the best supply of kitchen materials, pillows/blankets, etc! The beds were comfortable. Location was great. We walked downtown several times a day. We also would have someone drive part of our crew up past Country Boy Mine and so they could ride their bikes down. Communication with owner and management company was extremely timely.

We loved the property! It was clean and well appointed. Hot tub was wonderful to come home to after a day on the slopes. Easy walk to downtown and lift. My only criticism is the full size bed in the second bedroom. It is small and hard to fit two adults comfortably. Everything else was great!

The location of this unit is perfect for accessing lifts at the base of peak 9, the village ski school and the shuttle to other lifts. We were able to walk our children to ski school and hop on lifts in about 15 mins total. Just a short 2 block walk to the Main Street for shopping and dining. Communication was prompt and they provided very helpful information for planning our ski school location and rentals ahead of time. The property is large and well appointed.

I stayed here with friends while on our first trip to Breckenridge. This was a fantastic townhome. The home and private hot tub were very clean. Everything was in working order, and the kitchen was well stocked. This townhome is very close to restaurants, shops, and the beginner ski area. I would definitely stay here again.

My family really enjoyed this property. There was plenty of room for the five of us to spread out. Well stocked kitchen. Location was great - 5 minute walk to the Peak 9 lift and to the cute Main Street town where they had tons of shops and restaurants. Very clean hot tub that was so nice after a day of skiing.

This place was perfect for 3 couples. It was writhing walking distance to everything downtown and to ski slopes/ ski rental. The hot tub was amazing. Place was clean and well kept. Would definitely come back.

Everything about this residence was great for our family…furnishings, layout, hot tub!, location within the neighborhood and proximity to the town. Responsiveness by the property manager and owner to a few minor problems was excellent.

Our stay was so wonderful. It was perfect for a family of 9 and littles included! The location could not be any easier when visiting Breck. We accidentally locked ourselves out later in the evening too, and the emergency line was quick to help!

This property is beautiful. Very well maintained and comfortable. We visited in fall, so no skiing, but we were just a few minutes walk from town, and there is so much to do.

This condo was well-equipped with great amenities in a very, very close location to downtown. We were there at the end of summer so can't speak to the ski experience but we did do the summer mountain activities and it was very close to the gondola which took you to the mountain for that. Hot tub was clutch and convenient for the whole family. The property manager was responsive and the condition of the condo was excellent and clean. We also had access to the pool which had 3 hot tubs which we used once and love. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to stay in the Breck area.

The property was great for our family vacation to Breckenridge, which included a 13 month old. Great location within walking distance to downtown restaurants & shopping. Very clean and kitchen well stocked with utensils, small appliances and staples such as coffee, sugar, dish soap, etc. It was great to have a bathroom in each of the bedrooms which included plenty of towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner. Also great to have booster seat & pack & play for our grandson. Hot tub on deck was nice too! Great communication and quick responses from property management. We would highly recommend this property!

Our family of five with kids ages 15,13,9 really enjoyed Adam’s place for our 5 night summer stay in Breck. It was clean, very close to downtown (and Breck connect gondola) and had a ton of space for our family. Fans, humidifiers, hot tub and community pool were nice add ins. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect for families
We stayed at Four O’Clock for five nights with our family of five. This condo was perfect for us with plenty of room, beds for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. We loved that there were hikes rights from the condo where we saw three moose one morning. The proximity to town was convenient and appreciated that we could walk everywhere. We’ll definitely stay here again when we are back in Breckenridge.

Just as shown in pics! Location is ideal. Hot tub was a hit. Stocked with nice extras like fans and plenty of pillows. Appreciate that each bedroom has its own bathroom too. Clean home with a nice layout. This place was a great fit for our family!

Convenient and Comfortable
This was a great home base for a family and friends ski trip. We had four adults and two teens, and everyone had plenty of space and lots of fun. The hot tub was wonderful, and the proximity to lifts at Peak 9 meant we could easily walk to the mountain. Thanks!
