ADORABLE DOWNTOWN COTTAGE
Dies ist ein komplett renoviertes Haus im Zentrum von Downtown. Das Haus verfügt über alle neu verfeinerte Hartholzböden, zwei neue Bäder, eine brandneue Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, frische Farbe und alle neuen Möbel. HAUS IST NUR ZWEI BLOCKS VON DOWNTOWN, 2 BLOCKS ZUM INTERSTATE UND 6 BLOCKS ZU COLORADO COLLEGE. Ein perfekter Ort für alles in Colorado Springs.
Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten mit einem hinteren Patio zum Entspannen und Grillen, und eine 6 PERSON HOT TUB! Es gibt ein kleines Haus auf der Rückseite der Eigenschaft, dass meine Tochter lebt. Sie ist ruhig und diskret. Sie kümmert sich um die Eigenschaften und kann Ihnen mit allem, was Sie brauchen könnten, helfen.
Es gibt 4 Fahrräder für Ihre Nutzung und einen Radweg nur einen Block entfernt.

Overall a very nice home in a great location. Hot tub was a hit with our kids and the bedrooms were well furnished. The dining table was big enough for a large group to sit around. Quiet neighborhood and parking was a breeze. Only negative was that the living space is fairly small; the 5 of us could not all sit comfortably at the same time. Otherwise, a great overall choice.

This house had everything we needed and was within walking distance of so many great place to eat. The house was clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The decor was charming. It was fun to explore downtown within walking distance. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to relax.

Our family stayed at this location for 10 days. 6 of the days it was just my husband and myself, which was perfect for us two. Our kids were at the airforce sports camps for half the time.
When we had them with us the space up stairs with 2 teens was a bit cramped. I think with smaller kids it would be a 100%. Downtown colorado springs is amazing, and there are side walks from the house all the way downtown, so its super walkable. The enterance to the park though, was a big disappointment. There were so many homeless people openly doing drugs. Obviously thats not the property owner's fault, but i hope the town can clean up the park. All in all it was a super great trip. The house was cute and clean. We used the hot tub most days after hiking.

This property had everything we needed for our family trip to Colorado. We cooked meals, sat on back patio, enjoyed the hot tub and slept wonderfully in the beds after long days of exploring!

Property was spotless clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for our group of four adults and two teenagers. Located on a quiet private street two blocks from Tejon and all the restaurants and shops you could want, super convenient location.

Really clean, well appointed, comfortable, and great place for families - we had our spaces within the house, but still felt connected. I like rentals that have a desk for working, but the dining table is so long, I was able to work at the far end for hours without any disruptions. This area of town is nice, convenient, well maintained for being downtown. Colorado Springs is a friendly, well managed city.

This house is so charming! The old vent covers, the pull chain lights and the claw foot tub make this house a total vibe. Plus it’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!!

Charming historic home walking distance to good eats and shops in downtown Colorado Springs! Very clean and well outfitted for a comfortable stay.
We enjoyed the hot tub, the private quiet cul de sac and the entertaining squirrels in the well groomed yard.

Perfect for our family of five. The location was amazing , especially since our event was downtown and we had no car. Very clean, comfortable, and charming. There is a definitely a small homeless population nearby- but we had no issues with that. I would definitely recommend and would stay again

My friends and I traveled to Colorado Springs for a girls’ trip. The house size and amenities were perfect for the three of us. Super clean and great pre-stay communication from host. Loved sitting outside on porch and back patio! Excellent downtown location where we could walk to tons of restaurants and shops. Easy access to freeway to explore all of the city. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this house. The house was clean and very functional. The location was extremely convenient to all attractions and restaurants. The outside space was also useful and very well maintained. The only negative was that the downstairs bathroom needs upgrading.

This house worked well for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and we liked that we were walking distance to restaurants. We were nervous about being so close to the soup kitchen and seeing many homeless people as we drove to the property but it’s a private and quiet street that seemed to have no issues.

Our stay was fabulous. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, warm, and welcoming. Perfect for a girls trip reunion. It was very comfortable. The location is also great to see many of the beautiful sites.

We were going to a convention at the Antlers Hotel. The hotel did not have anywhere near enough room or facilities for the event so we had to stay elsewhere. Could not have had a better location or hostess. Thank you Ana!

We had a great family vacation in Colorado Springs prior to dropping off our daughter at Colorado College. The location was perfect as we could walk to the CC campus. and to local shops and restaurants. The house was clean and had good beds and linens. The laundry and kitchen appliances were great. Each of our teenagers had their own room which made us happy.

This home is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. Super clean, very comfortable and roomy. It’s decorated beautifully. We were here for our daughter’s wedding and had family over and everyone commented that the house “felt like home”.
The hot tub and outdoor seating area were awesome. The house is within walking distance to downtown Colorado Springs. Highly recommend!

We arrived early to our family reunion and chose to stay here because of its location!!! It did not disappoint!!! There are an endless amount of mom and pop restaurants and finer dining too! It is centrally located in Colorado Springs so you can explore all day and eat in town easily! Our host Ana was also very accommodating and stayed in communication with us if we had any questions! Highly recommend!!!

Cozy, clean house - perfect for our stay
This property was exactly as described and perfect for our stay in Colorado Springs this summer. The beds were comfy, parking easy, and home within easy walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. The owner(s) were easy to communicate with and we enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. My 7 year old especially liked the old fashioned doorbell.
