Location was convenient and staff was great!

Quality of the breakfast items was very subpar. I left the hotel to get breakfast after trying several items that were offered.

I picked the hotel because of its close location to the airport as I usually have early flights. The breakfast has a good variety so you will be able to find something as a non-meat eater. For example, Oatmeal, fruit, potatoes and baked goods. They also have gluten-free baked goods. My experience has been fine. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Maybe, an earlier Check in and later check out. Like 12pm.

We enjoyed our breakfast experience. I would like to encourage you to have bacon strips at least 1day per week. We definitely enjoyed the pool and the workout room.

Better sound insulation to reduce the morning traffic noise!

Hyatt House has always exceeded all my expectations. In Colorado Springs the staff was attentive and accommodating, the facilities were excellent, and the hotel's cleanliness and comfort were truly impressive. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Colorado Springs.

The layout of the hotel wasn't the best. It was shaped like a fish hook, and even though we were physically close to the front desk and entrance, we had to walk through the entire hotel to get to the entrance as our room was on the eye of the fish hook.

The location is wonderful! It is nearby Peterson and Walmart.I loved the studio! I was pleasantly surprised!

A couple of the staff was rude and unprofessional. I asked for fresh towels due to someone smoking cigarettes in the upper floor bathroom contaminating the towels in the bathroom of the studio that I was staying in. Housekeeping sent someone in to check it out. The person knocked on the door, but didn't say who she was. She implied that she smelled something, but it wasn't cigarette smoke. She then stated that she would send someone with fresh towels and housekeeping did appear with fresh towels. There was no further problems with cigarette smoke during the rest of my stay.

Was like staying at a 5 star hotel! Room was nice and spacious. SUPER clean. Our dogs loved having more room for play and relaxing. We even got a room tag that said there were furry friends inside. Breakfast that was available was absolutely fabulous. With having dietary restrictions it was wonderful to see protein, yogurt, oatmeal options!! We will definitely be back!!

We didn't stay we got to the check in both our cards declined ..we explained to them our situation..I will never go back there

Their staff was incredibly rude. I witnessed 3 other people checking in and having issues with their bookings and with the man at the desk . The concierge was incredibly rude and condescending. We ended up having to drive 45 minutes to a different town.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was horrible but that may be just my taste preference

Breakfast was the same thing everyday and just not good. Powdered eggs and watered down orange juice. The linen supply was also low so we had to ask multiple times to get new bedding since we stayed two weeks and there were times that we could not get new bedding and had to sleep in old, dirty bedding. Also this hotel is pet friendly but there aren’t any pet stations so there were some guests who did not clean up after their animals. The hotel is surprisingly noisy. The day we got there, there was a baby shower being hosted in the conference room and they were LOUD. You could hear them outside of the lobby doors and down the hallway in the opposite direction. There was always a lot of noise and commotion every day. This made it impossible to actually relax the whole time we were there. Always loud, slamming doors. My final complaint is that the pool area is never cleaned. The same mysterious brown stains and bandaids still remain on the floor to this day, most likely. (They were there the whole two weeks we stayed)

Arriving to a clean lobby with a warm fire was a great first impression. Room was clean and spacious . . Room adequately equipped for short stay. Everything provided. Fitness room well equipped. Most things around seemed newly renovated,clean and operated well. Wifi strong and consistent. Breakfast adequate. Special mention for Spencer at front desk who extended kindness to us . Airport shuttle also a bonus.

Sofa bed uncomfortable. Despite website indicating " room refreshed daily". This was not our experience. However, when housekeeping was contacted, we were accommodated. automatic.blinds did not work well...and being adjacent to a construction site, this was less than ideal.

The shower door would not stay closed ask to have fixed twice they did not fix it . Asked for bed and room to be cleaned they did not clean the room and they did not change the bed had to ask for towels .

They charge me twice. The manager on duty on the night of the 29th is rude. She send the other girl to go to my room and want me to go to the front desk asap.for the last four of my credit card. I told the girl that I am resting and not dressed to go out.But the manager insisted. They don't listen very well on what the customer wants. Also on that day three cars were vandalized. Broke the windows. To me it is not a safe place to stay. for sure I will not recommend

The room was a good size with seperate kitchen area, however no exhaust fan above cooking surfaces. A guest in another room was cooking hamburgers and the smoke and splatter from the frying pan set off the smoke alarms in the entire building. All guests had to evacuate and wait outside for the fire department to arrive and reset the alarms. Serious problem with the lack of exhaust fan.

Clean,quiet, comfortable bed, good shower, nice breakfast in a bag. Good coffee

Nothing but powdered creamer. $75 dollars extra for our dog. That seems ridiculous for one night.
