Everything was fine Diana was first class

Great location

the apartment was very comfortable

the property was excellent , however one of the swimming pool attendants was a pain

Locations and customer services were fab

Main bedroom bed could have been bigger and some of the furniture is a bit dated

Nice outlook onto swimming pool area.

Flat dated, no Netflix. Not very sound proofed. Key into flat very unreliable and stressful.

Apartment no breakfast

The furniture was really basic. The kitchen and cooking equipment were all dirty and had to be put in the dishwasher before using. We arrived at within the time indicated on the reservation and the person who had to handover the keys of the apartment was very rude and even insulted us several times because it was New Years Eve and we arrived at 16:30. The way the person treats customers is totally unacceptable.

Location excellent. Few hiccups but sorted out.

no aircon in bedrooms Door lock very very difficult to open door. No uk programmes on tv. When staying for two weeks change of sheets and towels are surely essential. The bottle for surpluss aircon water was not emptied and was overflowing.
