Out Back and Beyond, very rural, just the place to 'get away from it all'
Die Euterscheune befindet sich im Osten unseres Grundstücks. Große Eingangshalle - Vom Boden bis zur gewölbten Decke führt eine offene Küche / Essbereich. Fenster nach Osten über das Moor. Unten Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Fenster nach Norden. Treppe runter Nasszelle mit WC.
Treppe zum Zweibettzimmer (2 Doppelbetten mit getrennten Decken) Fenster nach Osten und Norden. Gehweg zum Mezzinine-Sitzbereich, zwei 2-Sitzer-Sofas, Fenster nach Westen und Norden. Fernseher mit kostenlosem Blick in die Küche / Essbereich, Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und Sitzecke. Blueray-Player im Wohnzimmer mit einigen DVDs. Wenn Sie viel mehr Auswahl wünschen, sind Sie herzlich eingeladen, ins Haus zu kommen und aus einer großen Auswahl zu wählen. Wir wollten den Raum einfach nicht überladen.
Die Küche verfügt über ein Calor-Gas-Kochfeld und einen einzigen Backofen / Grill. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler (mit Tabletten) und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Toaster, Slow Cooker, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Wir haben keine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenn Sie jedoch etwas waschen möchten, können Sie gerne unsere Waschmaschine und unseren Wäschetrockner nutzen.
Eine Luftwärmepumpe liefert die Energie für das Warmwasser und die Heizung.

Die Gäste waren begeistert von der komfortablen, sauberen Scheune mit tollen Annehmlichkeiten wie einem Pool. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub.

Sue and Jim are very friendly and welcoming and pleasant to talk with.
I loved the place as soon as we arrived and went in the door. It’s very open inside and nicely decorated, a good mix of old and new, and it’s very light when the sun is shining. It’s also well insulated, so no need to worry about getting cold if staying between late autumn and early spring.
The accommodation is very clean! I always take cleaning products when I go and stay in holiday accommodation (I’m a germaphobe), but I didn’t feel the need to go around cleaning everything.
Sue has thought of just about everything you could possibly need during your stay and provides tea, coffee, condiments, milk, bottled water, biscuits, blankets for snuggling down and watching TV or DVDs, which are available to use in the lounge area, nice quality towels and flannels. There are facilities for doing laundry, if needed, a small dishwasher and kitchen cleaning products are available as well.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to come back again next year.

We spent a few days at this beautiful place. Everything is as it’s detailed, the hosts were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, the pool was absolutely perfect, and I cannot fault this place at all. We will be staying here once again and I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a relaxed break.

Udder barn is a brilliant place to stay surrounded by rural beauty with awesome friendly property owners. The surrounding villages are not that far away and they have great pubs with homestyle cooked grub. We saw deer, badgers and owls every time we drove back to the barn. The interior of this home from home is really clean and comfy with all mod cons you need including access to a washer & dryer and swimming pool! We cannot say enough about Sue and Jim who were so nice to us, we would definitely stay again and highly recommend Udder barn. Book with confidence! The Drayton family

What an amazing weekend, just what we needed to recharge the batteries. If you're looking for a remote getaway with stunning views, sunsets and nature this is for you. You will not find a better place if you're looking for peace and quiet. We will definitely be back to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Fantastic break from the world
I loved staying at Udder barn. The barn is modern and clean but has a real homely feel. You really do get a chance to relax and unwind. We really appreciated the drinks in the fridge and chocolates.
The property is a few miles up a single track and you have limited Internet. This was fantastic as we got to switch off.
We were unlucky enough to get caught in a storm that bought trees down and prevented us returning to the property. I can not praise the owners enough. They rescued us and got us safely back to Udder barn while the community cleared the road. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely quiet get away
Three of my friends and I were looking for a property to escape the stresses and this property did not disappoint!
It’s the perfect location to truly get away from it all.
We stayed for 2 nights and found the property to be incredibly comfortable. Our host greeted us on arrival and was incredibly warm and friendly and offered her knowledge of the surrounding area.
We were able to use the pool which was incredibly appreciated in the afternoon after a long walk around Temple Woods.
Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful stay in an amazing setting - we absolutely loved our stay! Sue and Jim were very friendly and the property was so clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and we were even lucky enough to see Muntjac in the fields! Would highly recommend staying here, couldn’t fault any part!

A countryside ideal
