Loved the oceanfront

This was a great stay. Property, location and overall stay was wonderful. Great folks to work with.

Our group of 6 adults and 6 children felt right at home during our stay. The open great room and kitchen, with attached balcony, was a perfect gathering place. The 5 bedrooms gave each family the privacy we needed. We really liked the unique layout of the place. Only issue we had was the balcony railing needs to be reattached,... it is a little flimsy.

The condo was perfect for the family. Loved having the extra room. Love the deck over the ocean. Lots of bathrooms! Property is very clean and well maintained. They have puzzles and games there. Really my only issue was the mattresses were not what we was use to. Loved our time there and can't wait till we can go back!!!

We've been coming nto the SC coast in the summer all my life. This was a great property for a family get-together. Elevator was a huge plus for us with elderly parents this year. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the view. The open living room, dining area, and kitchen was great to house 13 people easily. Only complaint We have is the elevator kept breaking down. We had two elderly woman who couldn't walk the 3 flights of steps and they had to stay behind at times from activities when the elevator decided not to work.

Good location and ocean front is a plus. Good size for large families.

Amazing ocean view from the balcony! On our last night, our entire family of 14 watched the lightning and thunderstorm under cover on the porch. With 5 bedrooms everyone had space to spread out. The common areas are spacious with lots of natural light. We truly enjoyed our week at Boston Commons.

This is a fantastic property for a large family. Lots of space, a nice pool and right on the ocean with a large balcony. The fully stocked kitchen and dining table for 8 make it easy to enjoy meals together. you are close to everything and the property owners are super nice. You can't go wrong with this terrific location.

We loved the location of the property. Right on the beach and within walking distance of several eateries. Short drive to lots of other places. We were there in Oct. and pretty much had the beach to ourselves, which was awesome, especially since the weather was perfect for hanging out on the beach all day. The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived.The penthouse has a great balcony for viewing the beach, enjoying the sunrise, etc. Inside, the great room has a huge couch, chairs, and dining table to accommodate a big group comfortably, with expansive ocean views -- exactly as depicted in the photos. The master bedroom also has ocean view, a door to the balcony and an en suite bath. The other bedrooms are of varying sizes and all except one have their own baths too, making it very convenient for a big group. It appears that renovations are underway for the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. In general, some updates need to be done. All the bathrooms have updated fixtures, but throughout the unit there are rooms that need wallpaper removed, painting done, etc. None of this impacted our stay -- I'm just reporting what we observed. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and tools, pots & pans, coffee pot, glassware, etc. Could use more coffee mugs -- there are only 6. As far as kitchen supplies, you will need to bring everything, including condiments -- only salt & pepper are provided. Same for paper products.We very much enjoyed having the pool available to us, as well as the grill area, and the use of an elevator made the trips up & down much easier! Property management is easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. Look forward to visiting again!

The penthouse at Boston Commons is awesome! It’s open and spacious for families, but also allows for privacy as well. Lisa and Mary are so welcoming, gracious and accommodating which made our stay even more special!
