It was a great room and the host provided everything you needed and more. I didn’t realize that it was a basement, and my luck it was a weekend that there grandkids were staying. Andy was very accommodating, fishing tips for the area and just super helpful.

Tim and Jan’s place is private, clean, well stocked and comfortable! They had everything we needed and more for girls weekend. Kayaks and noodles for floating on the lake, a propane grill for late night dinners, comfy chairs for sunny lounging and more!
Hosts were generous, kind and thorough with the intro of the home!

This was a an amazing lakefront getaway. Tim was great-showed us around and then left us to ourselves. Kayaks were very comfortable, the dock was so peaceful and relaxing. My husband and I were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary and it was perfect! Spent all day on the water catching fish from the kayaks, nice local dinner spots, even did night fishing. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

A beautiful property with warm accommodating hosts. This was our first time at this lake, even though we live about 15 miles away. This is a great place to stay with fun options to enjoy the lake, or just relax and take in the view, and bbq a nice dinner. We recommend this property highly. We already miss Macy the dog :).

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxing environment, and very picturesque. Hosts were easy to work with, and provided many extras for guests. They also provided equipment like kayaks, so we could explore the lake. The property is even prettier than the pictures. We would highly recommend it!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here, except to have had more time! There are so many options for relaxing, getting cozy, adventuring, and enjoying nature. We felt like we found our own little paradise. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. We can't wait to return!

Tim greeted us when we got there and showed us around this beautiful property right on the lake. He was wonderful. The extra touches like the baskets of snacks and s’more’s fixings made us feel right at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. My husband and I spent a lot of time on the lounge chairs on the dock. So peaceful. We used his kayaks twice and had a wonderful time checking out the lake (they seemed almost brand new!). The hot tub was great. We hiked the trail that was off Lake Roesiger Park, which was only a 5-minute drive away! The only “bad” part, for me, is the place had a lot of Knick knacks that could’ve used a good dusting. But that’s easy to overlook due to the fact that the whole experience was amazing! Thank you so much, Tim!

This place is perfect. It's clean, has all the amenities, and it's right on the lake. The lake is fantastic, the kayaks were great, and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the evening. Tim and Janet were great and were there if we needed anything but you'd never know that they were right upstairs. We had plenty of privacy, and enjoyed just hanging out in the water, on the dock, and on the edge of the lake with the fire pit. 11/10 and I can't wait to go back!

This three-story A frame sets right on the Lake and has an expansive dock with kyaks, a canoe, a paddleboat for four, and a variety of floaters. The Lake is perfect for fishing and swimming with temperatures into the low 80s during the summer. The property boasts beautiful blooming foliage throughout, generous lawns, a fountain, and a fire pit down by the Lake.
Guests occupy the ground-floor apartment fronted by a generous patio, barbecue, and covered hot tub - all private. The host and hostess live above and are available as needed, but respectful of privacy as well. The views of both the Lake and grounds are breathtaking.

Really enjoyable stay! Beautiful and clean property with everything you could need. We baked cookies and made pancakes with food provided by the host. The host let my husband use his fishing equipment and they went out on the boat. He also helped me light a fire. Lots to do- really fun stay!

Rainy weekend escape
Loved watching the swallows feed at dusk. The crackling cedar in the wood stove brought a great sense of relaxation. We were welcomed and were shown around the property, Tim was a gracious host and we felt well taken care of. The owners provide a sense of home and comfort but give lots of privacy. Well worth the stay.

Wonderful quiet getaway for the holidays
This place was amazing! This Thanksgiving we decided to get away for a bit and found this place right on the border of the lake. It had a beautiful view, a lot of privacy, and a cozy atmosphere! We made use of the indoor fireplace and outdoor hot tub and enjoyed the cuew of the lake. We also brought our little doggy who had a blast running free around the yard and dock. It was an overall relaxing time and host was super communicative when we needed anything. Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes quiet during the holidays. Thanks!

Girls Weekend away with Mom
Absolutely lovely place with so, so many thoughtful and included amenities. Tim and Jan were very present, active hosts and checked in with us regarding our stay and provided more coffee for the Keurig ( we are a devoted coffee bunch!) The included breakfast foods, fruits and beverages, such a plus! We didn't go out, yet the view was gorgeous. Thanks so much. Would love to come again and have recommended this place to friends. Lovely outdoor space
The apartment is decent and comfortable. The outdoor space is is gorgeous and very large. Eight days prior to our stay, the homeowner asked us to come over to meet and see the space. We asked if we may invite two guests to enjoy the outdoor space during a day, and he agreed as long as we promised no parties and not overnight. Two nights prior to our stay the homeowner sent a random message stating no guests. I reminded him of our prior conversation and asked him to clarify. Then I emerged from a shower to find several uncomfortable messages and a voicemail telling me about how others have trashed his place and bothered his neighbors. One more odd phone conversation and he said we didn't have to disinvite our guests... well, we stayed alone the entire time. I wish he would have simply said no and left it at that.

Another Great Weekend
Despite some disappointing weather we had another super relaxing stay here. Tim is a great host with a very special space to share! Everything was comfortable and easy with lots of privacy and natural beauty all around. Will definitely be back again!

This place was amazing. My son , boyfriend and I had the most amazing time. The lake is beautiful. We did a lot of kayaking and swimming. Had a hotdog roast at campfire right next to water. So beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were amazing and like to respect you with privacy but I like to talk to people and encouraged them to talk with us. Beautiful beautiful grounds. Was so nice with the extras of breakfast foods, water and drinks provided. I'm saving my money so that next year I can stay for 5 days. Highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation at the lake!
We had such a nice time at Tim's property on the lake - he even taught our sons how to fish! Our family was very comfortable and we had tons of privacy and quiet time together. There was plenty to keep us busy with kayaks, a hot tub, fire pit and awesome 50 ft dock to jump from, as well as a BBQ, comfortable living space and air conditioning! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation!

The Perfect Getaway
We were looking for a nice relaxing place to get away after the longest year of isolation. Tim and Jan were amazing and so helpful, they were accommodating and kind, honestly just perfect hosts. The lake is beautiful and the garden is incredible. Everything was so lovely, and we loved every minute we were there.

Fantastic and Serene GetAway
Beautiful space right on the lake. Very comfortable with generous offerings. I usually will avoid staying places with the property owners on site, but Tim was great, non-intrusive but very available.
The hot tub was hot and just as depicted (our number one criteria) and was clean, but without an overuse of chemicals (wasn't an overpowering odor and didn't totally dry out our skin). Soaking while enjoying the scenery was so relaxing and definitely a highlight. The yard and space were very well kept and scenic.
The only negative, and this is a personal one, was that the location is on a narrow road without any sidewalks or places to walk my dog. I am more than grateful to have been allowed to have him with us and we did get to take him many places in downtown Snohomish. It is also worth noting that this property is 20 minutes away from downtown Snohomish, which was worth it for us for the quiet and beauty!

Hidden Gem
Tim's place is a little hidden gem. The property is simply peaceful and the lake beautiful. The large hot tub, fire pits, and dock just add to the experience. The actual apartment has everything you need, and I mean everything. You could arrive with just your swimsuit and live comfortably for a week. And if you weren't comfortable, Tim would do everything he could to change that. My wife, 5-year-old, and 2 months old stayed here for a few days and it was perfect. Highly recommend the place and hope to come back.

What a amazing relaxing place. Tim the host was exceptional in everything. Covered all the aspects in our stay there. What a surprise to have drinks, snacks, breakfast items included. Hardly used what we brought. Made use of the hot tub, fire pit, and woodstove. Always available if we needed anything or had questions. Very attendive and paid attention to all details. Even tho the weather wasn't optimal but as soon as you step on the property it was relaxing and the views were stunning!!!! Absolutely the best. Thank you Tim.

It was the perfect spot for a staycation.
The property was really clean, the check in process was a breeze, and the property is exactly as was described. We really enjoyed the extras that other properties don’t have (sodas, beer, waters, snacks, and breakfast fixins). Loved the hot tub and the lake setting! We’ll definitely book again!

Timeless
Beautiful , very relaxing. I grew up summers on this property in the 50's and 60's. My grandfather purchased two lots, with only one other cabin on the lower lake. The stream dried up, but that was our water source, with people coming by boat and filling jugs too. Quite a few years ago!
