Diese Dachgeschosswohnung ist im Florida-Stil mit hellen Farben und vielen Schätzen eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Der nach Nordwesten ausgerichtete private Balkon bietet Ihnen einen uneingeschränkten Blick auf den weltberühmten Sonnenuntergang und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf, den Sie mit Ihrem Morgenkaffee genießen können.

We loved the location due to beach proximity and in an area dominated by super tall buildings yet close to everything. All the condos face the beach, which was nice. The property was as described and comfortable.

Absolutely great location! Not too far from pass a grille, not too far from John’s pass, and definitely driving distance to downtown Saint Petersburg, and also into Tampa.
Having two bathrooms for the two of us was wonderful because sometimes you cannot wait to take a shower after the beach.
The itrip people were wonderful. They were responsive, supportive, and even before we got there had sent us lots of information on things to see and do not to mention discounts.

My first visit to St.Pete and could not have asked for a better accommodation. Great location, right off the beach. Accessible to food, fun, white sandy beach, clear water and a wonderful view to sun rise and sun set. Will be back for my next trip.

We came for a week for our anniversary, the condo was nice and clean, can use some fresh updated paint. Two nice coolers a umbrella if you need one, the beach chairs are the chairs that are small, my husband rented a lounge chair on the beach everyday. The mattress is pretty firm not comfortable and the pillows are awful need replacing. No extras in the kitchen as in salt pepper etc, there is a dollar tree kiddy corner and publix which came in handy. great area for restaurants and bars for drinks, not much cold water in the bathroom sinks , brushing teeth with warm water, it was a good week and nice view, would probably check out a different condo

My husband and I have never stayed at a VRBO before. This was so easy! The place has everything!! Even provided a bouncy chair if you have little ones! I will highly recommend this location to anyone going to St. Pete!

We stayed here for a week , the communication with the hosts was impeccable. The location of this condo is fantastic, you’re right on Gulf Blvd and in the middle so it’s an easy walk to tons of restaurants ,beach shopping, groceries and activities. Everything you need for the beach is readily available and stored within the unit (more beach towels would have been great there were two, we made it work) . The condo itself had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The pool/jacuzzi were heated and the area was well kept and clean. The view from the condo is beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend, if I had to say one con it would be that the unit needs a bit of TLC , I think it’s rented constantly because of the price/location so the furniture is very lived in.

What a wonderful place to stay. It has everything you need (towels, kitchen items and shampoo and soap to get started) It is in a great location with restaurants, grocery store and mini golf in walking distance. They were very quick to respond to our questions. Loved our vacation!

In town visiting relatives and just needed a spot for myself. It was perfect. Great views, walkable to all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants. Beach is lovely. Would def recco and stay again!

We had a lovely family vacation at St. Pete Beach. Two adults and two children fit comfortably in this condo. It is an excellent location, right on the beach with a beautiful view. When we arrived, the condo was very dirty- our feet were black after walking around for just a few minutes. The owners were great at communicating and sent a cleaner out immediately. Even after they cleaned again, it still felt dirty (and our feet were still black) but the owners offered free tickets to our family to the Clearwater Aquarium to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a wonderful trip, just could have been cleaner.

This unit is located in a great part of the western coast of Florida. A really nice beach (which you can see from the unit) is right outside the back gate. Lots of restaurants and shopping are nearby. The complex that the unit is located in is very nicely maintained.
The check in process was very simple and smooth. Great communication from the hosts.
If you combine the property description with the review comments you get a good idea of what the unit is like. The setup is nice. The balcony is a pleasant bonus (though a bit noisy because of the street noise). The unit is stocked with beach chairs, toys, coolers, beach towels, etc., which was really appreciated. The cleanliness was on the moderate side. Things are a bit tired and need of a refresh (screeching closet door, bottom of side chair blown out, faded curtains, etc.).
I would stay here again . . . and I would recommend it to friends but would mention a few caveats.

I loved staying at this little condo for a few days. It was clean and contained every amenity you might need while staying. The only thing I wish was that it had something more than a pull out couch for a guest as well as parking. Otherwise I have no complaints and look forward to coming back!

It was a good stay I always enjoy the sun ocean & pool. I Like that it is not a huge resort with thousands of people. The rooms are all the same decor and furniture are what makes them diffrent. Our units washer and dryer was not the best. The pull out couch was good but the bed in the room was questionable big hard hump in middle of bed and divets for your body on both sides. This unit did provide some extras that we greatly appreciated. Coolers, chairs ,umbrella boogy board for the beach. The view of the ocean on the balcony was nice. Id like to rent one of the units at the end with the balcony facing the beach directly. Lastly i believe all units schould let their guest know to always have shoes when crossing the bridge to the beach. That bridge gets so hot it will blister your feet

Great Location for food & shopping, you can walk to all. The place was cute & clean. The only downside was no additional parking, and next door has beach parking for 36.00 dollars a day. Otherwise, we had a great time. Thank you.

The view was excellent, although not the best available at the property. The private balcony gives you a direct view of the sunset and a great view of the ocean and beach but there is also a parking lot in the view. The bedroom windows have a great view of the ocean as well. Both the bedroom and common area have sliding door access to the balcony and both have great tvs. Next time i would like to stay longer to get a longer termed feel for the place but overall, I would recommend this stay and condo complex to my friends.

Pool deck is small and often crowded but beach is awesome. VRBO insurance is confusing and I probably won't bother with it in the future.

The personal touch from the property management team sets this apart from any other rental we have had. I also commend the attention to detail with the condo. All information provided was extremely accurate to what we experienced. The location is perfect. The layout inside is very welcoming and comfortable. If our travels bring us back to St. Pete Beach, this place is a definite return rental.

We love this condo. This was the second year we stayed at this place. It’s close distance to everything we need. I love the fact that we were right on the beach. Pool was nice and clean as was the hot tub. People are very friendly. The only negative comments I have - I noticed fingerprints around the light switches and doorway entrance, as well as on the bathroom doors. Also, this particular condo unit could scale down on such gaudy paint on the walls. The couch and chair could use updating. Overall, I would stay here again.

The pictures make this property look really nice. However, the property is old, tired and hasn't been maintained/updated in quite some time. The kitchen has limited stock. The floors were dirty (the bottom of our feet were black shortly after showering.) The slider in the bedroom did not work. It was partially open and could not be closed tight, thereby allowing the street traffic noise to be heard all night. I emailed the property management company & they didn't respond until the day before we left. The upper part of the outlet in the bedroom didn't work, nor did they respond to this. The tv in the living room was not & would not connect to the wifi/router. Access to the beach is about the only good thing about this unit.

Me and my now husband wanted to go to a new spot for our honeymoon, and we are so glad we picked here!! It was a perfect little getaway for 2 and it’s right on the beach with a view. Everything was lovely and we’d love to stay again. 10/10 recommend

My wife and I visit St. Pete Beach regularly and have stayed at other locations. This was by far one of the best and we plan to stay here again. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently stayed here and absolutely loved it. The decor was beach themed and the condo could not have been in a better spot. Zero complaints other than we didn’t have one thing to run the dishwasher and for us we only had one load and went to run it right when leaving and realized we couldn’t. Otherwise no hiccups. Using the agency was seamless and every time I texted the number provided I had a response in less than 5 minutes. Would def stay here again.
