I liked the location of the apartment, it’s not central, between the city and the airport. It’s easy to get to the centre by bus, metro, or Uber (around 5-6€). It’s a basic room but have everything you need, access to kitchen, laundry room, communal area as well. The room and the communal areas are clean.

I expected a little more for the price paid but compared to the accomodation prices in Lisbon it’s not outstandingly much, one cheaper I could find with good reviews (above 8.0).

you have a metro station just on the corner of the hotel, loved the attention of the owner he was available all the time clearing any doubt and giving tips for visiting the city. the neighborhood is very nice , it feels safe to walk around, theres a supermarket just downstairs the hotel, and there are lots of restaurants near by. the common areas like kitchen and living room are very comfortable, we used kitchen to make breakfast and it has everything you need.

our room sometimes had a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and also there was an uncomfortable sound every-time we flushed the toilet or use the shower.

Communication was Excellent and Great value for money

The pillows could be a bit better!

Bed is really good, big desk, and small fridge. Balcony is so nice, with wonderful view . Kitchen with everything you need.

Spacious room with all the comfort you need. Bed is really good, you also have a big desk if you need to work. Small fridge if you want to keep some drinks and a TV with many different country channels. We liked the balcony as well. You have a living room with a table for your meal. Kitchen is also furnished with everything you need. Owner is really nice and give you all the details + some tips to visit the city. You can leave your luggage after check-out if you need.

Shower was not really clean and we could smell humidity in the corridor and room.

location, was really close to the metro and bus stop just infront of the property. Room comfortable. Host was extremely friendly and helpful, we were able to store our luggage safely for a few hours after our checkout before departure.

The location is more then perfect. Trains, bus, metro directly to the airport or to city center.

There was a lot of noise outside.. The Planes are flying over. So sitting on the balcony was not An option.

communication with Bob was perfect, with very clear check-in instructions. The room is located next to the metro station, next door to a supermarket, and five minutes walk to the train station. This is very convenient, as you will need to use public transport to get to the city centre.

While we were provided with fresh towels every day, the bed sheets and towels smelled a little weird.

- Shower could be cleaner ( dark fungus inside and the drain was blocked and no water was dripping out) - room was situated inside a common apartment. every time someone was coming back from night out, he was waking us up in the middle of the night with smacking doors.

Uncomfortable bed for two. Slowest lift ever to the 8th floor. Two people/two bags max. A/C requires electrical engineer. Kitchen not clean and refrigerator not cleaned out from prior guests

Very tidy, clean and spacious room in a very good location! Outside the accommodation there were many buses and a tube station! I would definitely recommend! Also, Bod was super helpful and send us tips on how to enjoy Portugal, he assisted us with early check in and provided daily cleaning of our room! 😊 We had a really good time and we recommend this place for sure!
