Absolutely perfect in every regard was the Evanndor. The facility was super clean and updated; host was very accommodating and responsible. We had a wonderful time. It is extremely close to the Avon with a very comfortable walk to the Festival Theatre. Our host even provided wine and fruit, plus breakfast bars. I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

The house is beautifully renovated with all essentials provided. The sunset suite has lots of room for a couple and a sweet balcony. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful.

Nit a big deal but the keurig coffee maker wasn’t operating as it should

The bed was extremely comfortable (and I have a very bad back) while the room was spacious as well as having a full fitted kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave. The icing on the cake was the Keurig coffee machine with multiple choices of coffee. Also, one was welcomed with a full platter of fresh fruit, energy bars and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Exceptional! Cleanliness was a top priority here and greatly appreciated. Martin, the hotel manager, was beyond exceptional, helping me in every way he could. The hotel itself is very close to downtown and yet away from all the noise. Good restaurants abound in the near vicinity. A brilliant place to stay with the added benefit of a private courtyard of great beauty.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would wish for (being a news junkie) is to have access to CBC Newsworld, BBC World News or CNN.

This place hit all possible points! old building with fully renovated modern room, so unexpected, beautiful and super convenient! the host met us upon arrival and showed us around ( in addition we got an early morning email with all the instructions). keyless entry was a nice touch too. convenient parking, perfect location close to everything in town.

Beautifully decorated and super clean throughout. The kitchen had everything one could need including a wide variety of coffee for the Keurign machine. They even provided a lovely bowl of fruit. The courtyard was very private and had a lovely garden. The location was fabulous only a short easy 5 minute walk to the downtown.

Location was convenient and room was clean with good amenities. Everything that was listed in the ad, was available.

The location was ideal for us as we like walking around. We arrived to see a play and it was a 15 minute walk. Close to downtown where there were numerous restaurants. We had fresh fruit waiting for us, which was a nice touch and we had made arrangements to meet Martin upon arrival. He was very helpful and friendly.

No breakfast included but lots of fruit, Kahsi bars, coffee and tea products and a bottle of wine. Extremely pleasant reception, wonderfully kept accommodation, perfect location.

"sitting room" area very small and TV much too high on wall. Not sure how to reconfigure but TV was not accessible from either bed or couch.

Great location, exceptionally clean, and beautifully decorated! Would definitely recommend the Evanndor and will be back for another visit before the summer ends.
