Apart from location, nothing was there to like in this property.
Customer service was really bad, no information until the we landed in Zurich about property check in. I was calling them again and again. I called them day before, response was very rude saying that access code will be send on the day at 15:00 hrs. No information on the day so called them again and again intil eventually someone answered. While my flight was about to take off, lady on the other side said that I had not shared my IDs with them so no booking. That was a white lie, I gave them the exact date the email was sent with IDs. Full money had already been paid. So stressful to liaise with her while flight was taking off. I had to buy on board WiFi to send her the email again and upload documents. Rudest behaviour ever. Lady was saying again and again that paying money is not relevant. We were all stressed and didn't know if we will be able to get access or have to book another hotel. Property wasn't same as shown in pictures. We were given accommodation in the loft conversion where it was hard to even stand on the side of the bed. Floor was really dirty. Toilet door had massive gap so never fully closed and smell was speading in the accommodation. So-called kitchen dining and toilets were in the same smallest possible area. So if one person is using toilet then we all had to go upstairs and close our doors. No concierge, no help at the location. Mould on the floor, bathroom, etc. Almost next to impossible for 4 people to sit on the dining table. Would never recommend this property. Rudest, unhelpful, arrogant ever people to talk to. Very steep and small step stairs to go up. There is option for 4 pictures only so could not upload more photo evidence.

Autonomie pour rentrer dans le bâtiment. Le digicode n'a pas été fonctionnel à notre retour un samedi soir, mais une personne nous a rapidement dépannée à distance.
L'appartement est vraiment petit. En été, la chaleur ne redescend pas à l'intérieur, même fenêtre ouverte.
Propreté de l'appartement à revoir : des éléments étaient parfois dégradés ou pas très propres (moustiques écrasés sur le mur ...). Et d'un point de vue perso, vraiment pas très fan de la déco "îles Grecques" dans un établissement à ... Zürich ! haha

The place was a 10 minute walk away from Zurich central and was super clean and well stocked for all of our needs. Would highly recommend anyone to check them out, seamless entry and had no problems. There are plenty of food/supermarket stores nearby

Sadece pasaport bilgisi alıyorlar açıkçası o bana saçma geldi. Kişisel Verilerin Korunması açısından gerekli olmadığını ve gereksiz zaman kaybını oluşturduğunu düşünüyorum. Onaylanana kadar giriş parolası bekledik. Bir de tesisin 2 girişi var ama bir girişinden parola ile giremiyorsunuz, arka girişten giriliyor, fakat çıkarken her ikisini kullanabiliyorsunuz.

Location was very good as it was close to city and train station. Close restaurants nearby and size and comfort of apartment was great.
There wasn’t an iron available when it said there would be and it wasn’t delivered after we emailed and asked for it when they said they’d give it the next day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your establishment for one night, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail evident throughout the premises.
The room I stayed in was immaculate and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness standards were exceptional, and I felt reassured by the evident efforts to maintain a hygienic environment.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at VISION APARTMENTS and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family or return myself in the future.

My husband and I like the location, only 5 minutes to Zurich HB train station. There is a bus station nearby , easy to commute. The Apt has the amenities that we needed during ourstay. Water pressure was good, overall we like to stay there.
Our room has only a small window and no air conditioning. They provide us electric fan, which make it better but still we felt a little hot during night time. We stayed four nights late of March which still cold outside.

The only thing i liked was that the location was near the main train station
The apartment looked really run down and dirty and didn’t look well maintained. the shower area was smelly the moment i stepped into the bathroom. the bed was super single eventhough it was for two pax. please bear in mind that not all the guest maybe on the same body size and will not be able to fit into a small bed. this should have been indicated and informed that it was a super single and not a double bed.

Host was too Arrogant and Stubborn. No flexibility with this property.
We reached 2 hour early and just requested to keep luggage in apartment, however he suggested to keep on some other chargeable storage nearby, having our reservation start from 3 pm.
I have never seen such people in 23 years, i would never reccommend this property to anyone.
water flowing in washroom and there is no drainage holes - we have to wipeout with towels. Isnt it shocking?

Quisimos dejar las maletas porque llegábamos sobre las 13h y la entrada al apartamento era a las 15h y nos dijeron que lo podíamos hacer si pagábamos 45€ adicionales. Me parece un auténtico abuso por parte del apartamento.
El holmadón era muy incómodo.
Se anuncia que la cama es de 131 a 150, nosotros pagamos por una habitación más grande y la cama era pequeña de 131.

El apartamento no tenía nada que ver con las fotos estaba en muy mal estado el suelo , las paredes del baño etc .
No funciono la calefacción en todo el fin de semana y no respondieron a los mails hasta el lunes cuando ya me iba .
Quiero añadir que fueron muy groseros y mentirosos cuando pedí un cambio de habitación. Se negaron diciendo que no había más y al mirar en booking tenían muchísimas libres .
La calidad precio nada buena .

The location was ideal next to the train station and shopping area plus plenty of food and bar options within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom.
The 2 ground floor apartments open directly onto the street/alleyway which is fine but often there's people standing outside the ground floor apartment when they're smoking and the smell comes into the room which is not nice.
A keypad code is used to enter the apartment which doesn't feel very safe especially when people are outside. I'd suggest a lockbox in the lobby with a key is a better option for the ground apartments.

Very easy to find and self check in. They send code. This code you use for opening your room. It’s comfortable but if you forget your phone inside and don’t remember this code… I don’t know how you come in.
Location is quiet convenient, not far from Hauptbahnhof(around 15 minutes walk), not far from city centre.
Appartment was clean and well equipped : mini fridge, kettle, electric stove, microwave, crockery and cutlery, dishwashing liquid and sponge. Everything what you need. Towels, shampoo, shower gel. Only disposable slippers, toothbrush and comb they didn’t give.
Bed was comfortable, pillows too. But I was alone and I could use 2 pillows (because each one was thin but together they were comfortable). I don’t know maybe if you are 2 you can ask extra pillows.
WiFi worked good.
I found only 2 minuses.
There are no socket for charging phone next to the bed.
There are no luggage room. Check out is 10 am and if you have evening flight you need to book extra night so you can walk without bags.
But in general I liked this place and if I come back to Zurich I will book it again

La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación central. La limpieza es muy buena.
Demasiado pequeño, muy muy justo para dos personas, sería para una sin embargo admiten dos o incluso tres ( hay sofá cama), sin ventana, solo hay una diminuta, no puedes asomarte y está justo donde la cama. No hay espacio entre cama, sofá y cocina. La mesa es medio círculo que no entra apenas nada, no se aprecia bien en las fotografías. Casi no hay espacio donde guardar las cosas. En cuanto a los utensilios echaría en falta una cacerola más, solo hay una muy pequeña. Todo es posible conseguirlo pero bajo previo pago.

The location was perfect, 5 mins from the main station and 10 mins from the city center, 17 from the old town. Which is super convenient if you are a tourist and like to walk and observe, especially Zurich deserves it 😀

Excelente ubicación, a 3 minutos de la estación y prácticamente en el centro de la ciudad. El apartamento muy limpio y ordenado, no echamos de menos nada, por decir que nos faltó algo, una tostadora de pan. El tema del checkin on line, bien, aunque para gente no acostumbrada puede ser un poco engorroso. Aunque pueda parecer caro, para los precios de la ciudad, es bastante competitivo.
Los dos sofás, independientemente de tener unas fundas muy sucias, francamente incómodos, si te sientas en ellos, prácticamente imposible de levantarse. El olor en las escaleras, inaguantable, hay un restaurante oriental en el bajo que emite olores de cocina tremendos. La fata de una tostadora.

Great location
Actually it was the worst experience I've ever had in Europe. On day 1 we were locked out of the building at 32°C because the code they provided simply doesn't work. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning even though it's almost 30°C at night and the fan looks like a joke 🤣 the worst and loudest I've ever seen. There were no instructions about how to open the windows and we had to waste hours to find out on YouTube that they're electronic.
And worst of all, we left the windows closed every time we left because it could rain and everyday they were open when we came back.
I don't like people coming in my room while I am out, and I booked this place because it didn't have a cleaning service for the period I'd be there, so I sent a message and they replied saying their team has the right to get in (which I didn't know) but in that case no one got in the apartment, so apparently I'm crazy 🤣.
Do yourselves a favor and book an Ibis. You're welcome!

I liked the location. It was super close to the train station and within walking distance to the centre of Zurich. We were also near many food options.
The apartment could be a tad cleaner. There was also no air conditioning, so the hot weather made it stuffy. There was also a drape above our bed that was in the way and made it annoying to crawl into bed.

Great loction , was awsome to have washing facilities. Easy check inn and unit clean and large great set up.
Shower was not hot and went cold and hot making it hard to have a shower

Location was super easy from the main train station and we loved that we could use the laundry & the gym too. Nice quick walk into the old town and to lots of restaurants & sites
Like others have said, the room was super hot. There was a fan but it didn’t do much & the window didn’t let in much air at all.
