Everything was nice , breakfast could’ve been a little better, use to Holiday Inn expresses breakfast with sausage gravy and biscuits and more variety.

Good location and convenient for food outlets and shopping. It was also clean and comfortable.

Easy check in. Right off route 81.

It could have been cleaner. Something was smeared across the door to the room. There was a ball of hair on the floor of the room which was not ours.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Offered a space for our bike so we didn’t have to take it to the room. Staff who prepared breakfast was present and available. Very attentive to guests.

Very convenient. Which is a plus for us, because we don’t drive. This is solely why we picked this hotel

The free breakfast wasn’t worth free. They could do so much better than what they offer for the prices. They only had ONE WAFFLE IRON. The food on the steam table was cold. So yeah it’s not like you’re going to jump out the bed and run down and get an amazing breakfast. But you won’t starve either. ( we come up once a month to see my step daughter for about 4 days) so we just dealt with it more because of location.

Room smelled heavy of air freshener, as if trying to cover come something. It was over welming. The room also had some kind of vibration. Maybe from laundry room . Shook the bed till about midnight.
