Gut durchdachte Aufteilung des Apartments: beide Schlafbereiche mit eigenem Bad und Zugang zu Küche und Eingangsbereich , sehr sauber, schöne Kombination aus moderner Einrichtung und Erhalt des urigen bayrischen Baustils (Balkon mit vielfältigen Sitzgelegenheiten). Super freundliche, immer ansprechbare Hausverwaltung, die wir das Glück hatten vor Ort persönlich kennenzulernen. Gut ausgestattete Küche (auch Micro, Toaster, Nespresso Maschine mit Milchaufschäumer etc). Danke! Unsere Anregung für verschiedene Schlafvarianten für das Schlafsofa im Wohn/Esszimmer wurde positiv entgegen genommen, sodass es demnächst auch für die Älteren oder Weichschläfer noch gemütlicher wird. Ruhige Lage mitten im Ländlichen mit Blick auf Landschaft und Berge (recht hoch gelegen, aber der Weg auf der schmalen Straße wird von dem frischen Ambiente mitten in der Natur belohnt), Duft der frisch gemähten Wiesen... Warnung :-) Kuhgeläut, ein recht leiser Langschläfer Hahn gegen 8 Uhr und der Milch-Abhol-Wagen gegen 6 Uhr (den man bei geschlossenem Fenster überhört) Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Fahrt zum Chiemsee, Kneippen an speziellen Stationen oder auch im Bach, kleiner Wasserfall, historische Seilbahn, bayrische Leckereien (neben der Unterkunft oder auf halbem Berg sowie in beim Spitzenmetzger in Aschau), ... Frische Brötchen vom Bäcker kann man sich sogar ins Haus liefern lassen! Einfach ideal für Entspannung- oder auch Aktivurlaub zu Fuß oder per Rad!

It was great that there were two complete bathrooms. Everything was very clean and the location was beautiful.

The apartment is very good for a couple or a family with small children. We were 2 couples and 1 child and the apartment was definitely too small. Especially, if the weather is bad and you have to be in the apartment. The kitchen is very small and could profit from a dish machine.

The property has everything you need to set off early for a hiking or sightseeing trip. Kitchenette is equipped to make breakfast easy and quickly. The apartment had two rooms with two bathrooms which is really nice for a big family or friends travelling together. We were travelling with a small (6 month kid) and were happy to see baby cot provided. WiFi was good enough (~250Kb/s) in the mountain area.
