Fabulous property with a beautiful view: The beaches in Corfu are excellent but it was we difficult to leave to the Villa as it was so comfortable. The pool provides an infinity view over the bay. The owner Demetris visited to see how we getting on and it was incredibly helpful and friendly

The Villa was everything we were expecting from the on line information and photographs. The Villa is very well laid out and kept spotlessly clean - Rena the cleaner visits everyday (except Sundays). The outside space is just brilliant, private infinity pool with fabulous views and a lovely outside eating area and barbecue. The local village is small but very friendly with all you need close by. We loved stopping here just a shame it wasn’t for longer !

Beautiful home with hospitable hosts. Perfect location in the beautiful part of the island, many cozy coves and good restaurants. Take the boat! Very fresh home, cleaning, good towels and linen. Thank you!

If you love peace and private then this house is a must. Dear Kate, thank you for your hospitality and the good care to make our stay as optimal as possible. We were with three couples, enough space and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. To reach the villa you have to make a small climb. To explore the area we have rented a car and we regularly visited Agni beach for lunch, sunbathing and swimming. We had a wonderful holiday partly because of this great location.

Everything was just perfect

Our first visit to Corfu and the villa was everything we wanted, the views are breathtaking from the front of the property, we loved the pool which allowed you to keep cool but also reflect on the surrounding area, inside was bright and clean, the entrance to the drive was very precarious but this is what gave you access to the wonderful views so not too bad a trade off! Kate and Dimitris were very accommodating and accessible, we found some incredible coves with wonderful restaurants, great walks and very friendly local shops, the barbecue area was used frequently as well, Thanks for the memories we loved our stay.

Would highly recommend Villa Lithos. The villa is perfect for a family holiday or equally with friends. The owners and daily staff keep the property immaculately clean and are extremely amiable but equally respectful of your privacy. There are numerous seating areas around the property to enjoy the fabulous view, which is breathtaking. An easy walk into Nissaki and to the beach. Numerous superb tavernas and restaurants to experience, would recommend hiring a boat locally too, to explore the gorgeous coastline. A real gem and we look forward to hopefully returning very soon.

This is a perfect villa, with everything that you could want, and this was our third visit. Great barbecue area. Beautifully furnished, spacious, tastefully decorated, and with a lovely outdoor area, with plenty of seating in or out of the sun, and a great pool. A real plus is not being overlooked by other vilas. It's very private. The views from the villa are amazing, and everything is on your doorstep. The owners are great and the cleaner comes every day. Great value and we'll be back. Absolute bliss!

Perfect, Villa Lithos is ideally situated,peaceful and secluded but within walking distance of local shops and tavernas (Vitamins Taverna the best for delicious food and welcoming staff - recommend Amalia's homemade orange pie! - advisable to book as very popular) The views from the villa are breathtakingly beautiful. The villa is homely, clean and well equipped. Owners friendly and welcoming, available by phone if needed. We love Corfu and have been visiting for over 30 years. We definitely would recommend Villa Lithos and hopefully will be returning there next year. Ian and Anne

Lithos Villa is perfect in every way, and great value for money. It was our second time to the villa, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It has everything to make it a great holiday. Wifi, air conditioning, pool, daily maid service, large barbecue area, not overlooked by other properties, dishwasher, and stunning views. We had a hire car so it was easy to get around with beaches and tavernas moments away, but there is a reliable taxi service as well. The owners, Kate and Dimitrios are more than helpful. If I tell you how wonderful Villa Lithos is I'm frightened I won't get booked next year!We have been coming to Corfu since 1988, the year we were married,coming to Lithos is the icing on the cake. We love Nissaki,it feels like coming home. The villa is ideally located for tavernas,only a few minutes walk,the supermarket with bakery too. Taverna Vitamins our favourite but there are others that have a good reputation. Kalami & Barbati have lovely beaches (shingle) with water sports & boat hire.Corfu Town is stunning! The Old Fort worth a visit as are the many shops. The church bells ring out in the morning,how I miss them when we leave. The view from the villa breathtaking especially from the master bedroom. Kate & Dimitris are such lovely people,there if needed but respect your privacy. Rena the star of the show! There every day Mon-Sat making sure it's perfect for you,she's almost invisible! This villa offers everything you could possibly wish for.

Thanks to Kate we had easy to follow instructions to find the villa. There are no street names or house numbers. However the villa name is on a sign at the driveway entrance. The villa has a breathtaking outlook best seen from the infinity pool! Inside it's luxurious. A well fitted out kitchen area is great, but we ate out for every meal apart from breakfast. There are lots of tavernas to choose from. Around the village Vitamins in good, roumeli's ok, athni to be avoided at all costs. Toula's in Agni is superb but pricey. In Barbati starlight taverna has a great outlook and very welcoming hostess. Forget ipsos. It's a dive. Kassiopi is worth a look, but very touristy.We had an unforgettable day out on a self drive boat from dany's down at nisaki wharf. Only 60 euros in off season. A must. It quite easy to drive to the other side of Corfu from the villa. About an hour or so. Don't bother about getting supplies before arriving. Aphrodite's supermarket is very close and has everything at reasonable prices. Next door a bakery.Our week at the villa was superb. Rena came each day to make everything spotless inside and out, and Dimitris cleaned the pool and gave us great tips for what to see and eat! The only things to be aware of are that the driveway and the stairs up to the villa are both very steep. We had a fair bit of trouble working out how to access English tv channels, and although Dimitris did try to explain, we gave up after a few more goes. Oh, and bring suitable footwear if you going to swim at any beach. There is no painless way to get to the water without them, due to the large pebbles. And don't come here for the shopping. There is none. But that's great. Just come here to completely relax.All in all, it's a long way from Australia, but Villa Lithos is so worth the effort.
