Luigi ist der Beste! Wir durften zur Wunschzeit ins Haus. Er hat uns mit Prosecco, Bier und Kuchen empfangen. Grandios. Er hat alles genau erklärt. Er ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Er würde auch sonst helfen bei Tischreservierung, Supermarkt zeigen usw.. Sein Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, liebevoll und mit hübschen Dekoartikeln eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar mit Gefrierschrank. Für Filterkaffee eigene Utensilien mitbringen. Luigi reinigt den schönen Pool jeden Morgen. Sehr große Außendusche mit heißem Wasser vorhanden. Die Hanglage haben wir - kniekrank - nicht bedacht. Das Grundstück ist abschüssig, 35 Stufen führen abwärts bis zur Wohnebene = Pool, Veranda mit Esstisch, Sitz- und Liegeplätzen, Küche, Wohn-/ Esszimmer, 1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Bad, Duschkabine mit ca. 50x50cm etwas eng, 1 Zi mit 2 Einzelbetten, Innentreppe führt hoch zu einem weiteren Zi mit Doppelbett und Bad mit Wanne (vom oberen Balkon sieht man das Meer). Auf der Meerseite ist das Grundstück durch Büsche gegen Einblicke geschützt. Hier führt eine öffentliche Treppe, ca. 180 Stufen, außerhalb des Grundstücks, zum Strand. Nur am Ende des Pools seitlicher Meerblick, dafür herrliches Bergpanorama.

Property is excellently located - a 5/6 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes to the local shop.

The location if Villa Vittoria is great, with a view over the valley and the nearest beach off to the left. The pool is probably one of the best in the area, just brilliant. Because the weather was too hot to do anything much when we arrived, we spent most of the first week relaxing by the pool, dipping in the pool, snorkelling at the nearest beach or having a drink at the beach bar. We could also retreat inside to the air conditioned living room (with pool table) if necessary. Luigi was a very attentive host, providing lots of useful information, helping with table bookings, and regularly cleaning the pool. We had one of the best holiday's ever at his villa.

There was nothing wrong with the villa or location, but a couple of things to be aware of: the beds are quite firm, the downstairs shower has quite a small enclosure (would be hard to use for a large person), and the local road is not tarmac'd, so your hire car can look very grubby by the end of 2 weeks. These are all minor problems though. Don't be put off, they don't matter.

The property has fabulous views and a superb pool. The host could not have been more helpful and responded immediately when we needed assistance . Luigi is a star! The kitchen was well equipped.

While we knew a car was necessary, the immediate access road to the villa was a tad too rural and could be quite scary to most drivers, especially those who were more used to driving on more established roads. The shops and restaurants were a little too far to walk to but we enjoyed eating at home more often. While the villa is rustic and in keeping with the rural location, an upgrade for the bathrooms would make it fabulous, as we were expecting each bedroom to have its own bathroom. The sofa bed is a little small for two people.

Good size bedrooms,big living room with billiards,clean swimming pool with warm water ,quite relaxing area ,amazing view from the terrace , few minutes walk to the beach and locals shops.The owner was incredibly pleasant and really helpful to arrange things to do around .I will definitely recommend this place for family or group of friends.Good choice for a perfect holiday.
