The entire places was just lovely and the staff was welcoming.

The couch on the balcony was torn and I had to request some the furniture that was one the pics but not the actual place. The balcony could do with a little upgrade.

The location is perfect, Nosipho the allocated reservation manager for our room was super nice and helpful, she is the only person we experienced as nice. the room was in good condition

On arrival, no orientation nothing, no explanation of some sort, the front line ladies were rushing to nock off so they didn't have time at all it's like we were the only people waited for and maybe our arrival time was taken as the reason they were delayed to nockoff. As a result we were not informed when the cleaning service ladies were to come for cleaning, two occasions she came and we asked for more time to vacate the room, and the last time she said the problem was that she is leaving at 13:00 so we did not have time on when to expect them. The room balcony, we reason we chose the room was to relax and enjoy the balcony but we couldn't because of the uncontrollable monkey situation plus fear of the possibility of monkey lice and that made us feel uncomfortable and did not open the balcony plus the slide door key was very hard to open. The room cook pots were rusty and may tell were left wet for tar too long, the coffee cups also had some unexplainable dirts and we thought were stains but later realized after the last cleaning that there were not properly washed. We suggest the owners cover their balcony to block monkey from access and fumigate. The security, was good but too tight makes you feel like an obvious outcast from the residents, we understand the difference and what could be the possible intention and fair enough but was too much, we thought granted access should have been enough to verify right of access, but we would mostly got stuck at the gate, asked questions all the times, security gate is too disorganized. Facilities were excellent but still we would have difficulties with the shuttle times not accomodative, the last time from the beach was 16:30 but beaches and bushbuck close later than 16:30 and not accomodative to customers who wishes to stay at the beach until close time since we were not allowed to use our own car.

I didn't like the fact that all guests and staff refused to follow covid protocols. From the reception to the guests ag reception never wore masks. My partner and I used the shuttle which was really health hazardous due to all the guests in the bus not wearing masks and the bus being filled to maximum capacity. At reception there was a family of 9 people who weren't wearing masks either. This is a major concern & will be one of the reasons I wouldn't visit again.

Everything was amazing. Me and bae had a blast. Loved the valley of the pools with the beach as a backdrop. Amazing for the pics.

I didn't like the gate entry system. The security personel gave out different info on where to enter and exit the resort. It's very unprofessional and time consuming. We were told we could exit from South gate, when we tried to exit from there security turned us away and said we can only exit from West gate.
