LIME IN DE COCONUT VILLA - Wir verfügen über einen der größten, vollständig ausgestatteten Außenbereiche der Insel, auf denen unsere Gäste die Umgebung erkunden können. Alles ist hier für Spaß und Entspannung. Am Ufer gibt es Kajaks, Stand Up Paddleboards, Schnorchelausrüstung, Angelruten und Boogie Boards. Es gibt auch Schwimmwesten in verschiedenen Größen. Unser privater Strand / Ufergegend wird nicht mit anderen Häusern geteilt. Die natürlichen Riffe sind die Heimat eines erstaunlichen Meereslebens. Da diese Gegend ungestört ist, gilt das Schnorcheln als einer der besten Orte der Insel. Wir haben gerade eine Reihe vollgroßer Kokospalmen und wunderschöne Weihnachtspalmen am Wasserrand hinzugefügt. Die Landschaft ist wirklich spektakulär! Sie finden auch neue Palapas mit Liegestühlen und Tischen. Außerdem haben wir gerade einen neuen Taschensandstrand mit seichtem Wasser für die Kleinen und alle, die es zu genießen gilt, hinzugefügt. Die riesige neue Ziegelsteinterrasse direkt unter dem Pool mit Blick auf das Meer ist jetzt fertig. Unser gesamter Außenbereich, einschließlich Pool, Whirlpool, Ziegelsteinterrassen, Bali-Hütte, Palapas und alle Gehwege zum Meer, leuchtet nachts auf Knopfdruck für einen Abendspaß, wenn die Sonne untergeht. Der Spaß hört nie auf !! Da wir uns auf einem Hügel befinden und im ruhigen Teil der Insel gelegen sind, können Sie die ganze Zeit draußen genießen, ohne den harten Wind, der Sie im Haus halten kann. Es gibt keine starken Winde an diesem Ort, wie in vielen Teilen der Insel. Darüber hinaus ist die Villa nur 30 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Es gibt keine trügerischen Hügel oder gefährlichen Wege, um zum Wasser zu gelangen oder zu klettern. Die raumhohen Schieberegler im Familienzimmer bieten einen spektakulären Blick auf das wunderschöne Karibische Meer. Sie können die zusammenbrechenden Wellen von der Villa aus hören und sehen.

Eine Rückwand aus Glasschiebern ermöglicht einen spektakulären Blick auf das wunderschöne Wasser der Karibik, das vom gesamten Raum aus zu sehen ist. Dieser Bereich führt in die große individuelle Gourmetküche. Dies ist ein offenes Konzept, ideal für die Unterhaltung und für das Kochen mit Ihrer Familie und Ihren Freunden. Der große Raum / Esszimmer / Küche ist riesig und hat eine Fläche von ca. 2000 m². Wir haben einen Keurig sowie einen Mr. Kaffee für Kaffeeliebhaber. The house is uniquely situated with a small beach and water access, which was very nice and allowed snorkeling without leaving. Everyone was nice and attentive to our needs while we stayed there. Would definitely like to come back.

This place was just as good as the pictures show. It was spotless and very well equipped. We had our kids and our granddaughter with us and there was plenty of room for people to gather together and enjoy games and also plenty of room for folks to have their own private space. The pool and hot tub are out of this world and the beach with all of the paddleboards and kayaks was outstanding. Bring water shoes... there are also some water shoes and life jackets there with the snorkeling equipment and boogie boards and everything you need for a day on the beach. We chartered the boat for an all day visit to the BVI and it was unbelievable. We also paid for the boat transfers from St. Thomas which was not cheap but it was very pleasant and well coordinated. We had our arrival meal ready, the house provisioned, and the rental car in the driveway...all which were terrific. We also rented a baby crib, monitor. high chair and toys. Everything worked seamlessly!! The house has laudry pods, coffee filters and all kinds of spices and condiments...but buy coffee, baggies, and plastic wrap. Enjoy!!!

We had an amazing week. Staying at lime in the coconut is resort style living at home away from home. The pictures are amazing but don’t do the property justice close to Cruz Bay, which was great for excursions and going out to dinner. Although we spent most of the time on the property. Would recommend lime in the coconut to anyone that enjoys St John.

We can’t say enough about our week at Lime in de Coconut. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and we could not have been more excited to enjoy this property for a week. There were 4 couples, my husband and myself, and our three sons and their significant others. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great. The kitchen was fully stocked, we used the pool and hot tub constantly, we snorkeled and kayaked, and truly could have been happy just hanging out at the house the whole time, it felt like a resort But as great as the house was, the people associated with the house are truly what made the vacation so special. I spoke to Will Tuttle, the concierge/boat captain a couple of times before our trip and he helped me set up our transportation door to door, from the airport to the Villa. This included a shuttle van that met us at the airport and took us to a nearby resort bar to relax over a couple drinks while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. The shuttle then delivered us to Red Hook where Will met us in a fabulous boat (and had rum punch ready for us) to bring us to Cruz Bay where a taxi was waiting to bring us to the house. It could not have gone smoother and Will could not have been nicer. We did the same trip in reverse when left a week later, again, it was flawless. Nellie the property manager was at the house waiting to give us a tour and instructions. Nellie was great. We had a problem with the hot tub not heating and when I contacted Nellie, the pool guy was there in less than 30 minutes. Marykae, the property owner, sent a very detailed email with a ton of information and recommendations months before our trip which we greatly appreciated. Ausra, Will’s wife, helped us with provisioning with her company Caribbeanplanning.com. We submitted a grocery order a few weeks before the trip and all of our groceries were delivered and put away before our arrival. We also ordered a couple of charcuterie platters as an arrival meal which was really nice to have after a long travel day. We set up a car rentals with the property (they were waiting in the driveway), along with the arrival/departure transportation and a sunset cruise with Will. Using the website Stjohnresortvillas.com to reserve the transportation, cars, charters etc was extremely convenient. We thought that the sunset cruise was the best night of the vacation. We all loved it and would highly recommend it. We would love to return. Best vacation ever!

The outdoor area around the pool and sundeck had plenty of furniture for us to gather. The views are beautiful from rainbows in the mornings to gorgeous sunsets. The property grounds are well kept and any maintenance needs were immediately taken care of by the property managers. Our family made so many special memories here and would not hesitate to come back to this home.

MaryKae and Al have made this villa a haven in St John. It's unique location allows for water access directly from their property for snorkeling, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and swimming. They also provide all the equipment needed for water activities. The house itself is spacious, has every amenity needed including indoor/outdoor games and well equipped kitchen. The outdoor area around the pool and sundeck had plenty of furniture for us to gather. The views are beautiful from rainbows in the mornings to gorgeous sunsets. The property grounds are well kept and any maintenance needs were immediately taken care of by the property managers. Best vacation property ever…
All we can say is wow. Every spot in the house has an amazing view…we just wanted to lounge around the deck and pool until the sun went down. Already recommended to friends and looking to see when we can go back! The reef steps away was better than any we saw on our snorkeling trip and to see turtles right at the house was amazing!! Loved our time!

The villa is just as pictured on VRBO. We had a fantastic time at the house and enjoyed many nearby restaurants and snorkeling. Loved burgers at the Tap and Still, an amazing nicer dinner out at The Terrace Restaurant (try the filet), and a frozen painkiller drink at the Longboard. The snorkeling and water sports out front of the house require a moderate level of fitness and daring, but once you are over the sea urchins - the water was amazing! Nellie and Colby are wonderful - responsive and caring. The owners, MaryKae and Al, were very helpful. They provided many helpful hints about the ferry, as well as many things to do and places to see. We booked a boat tour from Nate at Blue Line Yacht Charters - HIGHLY recommend using his services. We took a 4 hour snorkeling adventure cruise. Nate is accommodating, funny, and safety conscience. Highly recommend this property - the views from every level were just beautiful. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun. Pre-stocked the house with groceries using the Starfish Market - worked out pretty well. Thank you - we will be back!

Amazing Villa + Amazing Island = Amazing Family Vacation
We have been going to St.John for many years and stayed in a few different houses over time. Historically we have stayed in Coral Bay. We chose to branch out on this trip and try Chocolate Hole. We chose Lime in de Coconut for it’s location, pool, views, proximity to the water and amenities. The villa exceeded our expectations. The property is truly unique for St.John with it’s own small beach, tidal pool, and direct water access for snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking. They have an excellent selection of snorkel gear, water shoes, paddle boards, and kayaks. The pool is spectacular, with a perfectly placed hammock for a dad that needed some serious down time. The villa itself is well appointed and spacious. We are a family of four, but the villa easily accommodates a much larger group. It is perfectly set-up for 2 families to enjoy together. Marykae, the owner, sent us an incredibly helpful and friendly e-mail with great links to other services. It is clear that Marykae really cares that you have a great stay at their villa. We used Ausra at [email protected] stock the fridge before our arrival. The service was excellent. We also followed Marykae’s advice and rented a car in St.Thomas through Amalie Car Service. By far the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. They pick you up at the airport and have you on your way in no time. It makes the transition from the airport to St.John so much more enjoyable than the ferry and renting a car on St.John. The return could not be easier. They meet you at the curb and you’re done. Highly recommend using them. We were too late to book the recommended in house chefs, but will do so next time. The villa offers an amazing setting for dinner on the deck. Upon arrival, Nellie met us to take us to the villa and show us around. She was a helpful source of information through the trip and if we had needed something it was nice to have an on-island contact to help. We had an incredible week and look forward to going back.

Heavenly
We had a great stay at Lime in de Coconut for Spring Break 2021. The pictures are true to life and the outdoor space is spectacular. The house was easy to get to, very close to Cruz Bay and the views over Chocolate Hole are beautiful. Indoors, the kitchen was well stocked, there was loads of toilet paper (a thing that never would have crossed my mind to comment on pre-2020), and there were plenty of books and games for entertainment. But the outdoors is the reason to visit STJ and you will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Wonderful getaway at Lime in de Coconut
This awesome Villa has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. You can access the bay directly from the property and are only a 10 minute drive to Cruz Bay. The home has gorgeous views and there is great snorkeling right outside your door! It is better then the pictures show and the owner and managers are very responsive if you need them.

St. John paradise
We could not have asked for a better property to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. All adults and children absolutely loved the house, view and location. The access to the water was perfect. To be able to wake up and snorkel or paddle board to start your day was ideal. The house had everything we needed. Our favorite meals were staying in and having chef Giovanni prepare 5 star dishes. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Hands down, this is the BEST villa that we've stayed at on the island!!! We've been coming for over 10 years to St John for fun and relaxation from our hectic careers and this villa has it all and so much more!! We love the location, it's right on the ocean and the private sandy beach with kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment plus all the games, everything kept us very entertained!! The pool with the waterfall is so tranquil and the hot tub next to it is huge and fit us all comfortably. My wife and I took a late afternoon nap every day on one of the hammocks-it was so relaxing listening to the crashing waves. We love this villa and will be returning again next year-we can't wait, we've booked already! If you want an incredible vacation, this villa truly has it all and is the best there we've found, but book way in advance. Their calendar fills up quickly as we've discovered.

Fun In The Sun @ Chocolate Hole
A great one-week vacation for our family at a beautiful villa in Chocolate Hole. Excellent accommodations with all the nice amenities for everyone. Close to Cruz Bay for dining, etc. and food markets nearby. Appreciated all the helpful info owner provided for island ferry, car rental, hiking tours, boat rides, etc. Just a great place to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of St. John Island.

I am a frequent guest at Lime in de Coconut Villa, I would give this villa 10 stars if I could!! My friends and family LOVE this villa!!
The setting is amazing with breathtaking views, lots of palm trees and tropical plants, an outstanding pool with a waterfall and directly on the Caribbean Sea. This is truly paradise!!
Lime in de Coconut is also only about a 2-minute drive to the grocery stores and only 5-minutes to Cruz Bay Town. The combination of a beautiful villa and jaw-dropping setting make this villa outstanding!!
You'll also love the owners and managers that go above and beyond to make your vacation outstanding!!

It is a wonderful villa right on the water. The infinity pool and grounds are fabulous. This is a wonderful place for a family vacation! Only a short distance for all your needs. This was our second time at the villa and we found many positive upgrades.

This was our fifth family vacation together, we are two families with kids ranging from 9-17 yrs. old.
Our kids are still talking about all the fun we had together.
They loved morning kayaking and snorkeling and we loved relaxing under the palapas on the sandy beach watching them while sipping coffee. The setting here is amazing with all the beautiful palm trees and tropical plants.

This home is Beautiful! It has its own private beach, kayaks, SUP boards, pool, hot tub, gorgeous kitchen, and beautifully decorated! Already booked this home for next year! Marykae is great to work with as well as the caretakers! Sad to leave!

Tropical Bliss
We were a group of ten, three couples and our kids who plan a vacation together each year.
Lime in de Coconut Villa was the perfect choice for our group. Being waterfront made our vacation amazing! We loved lounging around the pool and hot tub where you can see and hear the ocean. It was amazing especially at night when the pool lit up as well as the entire outside area. The property is very expansive, lots of places to get away or be together.
What we especially enjoyed was the close proximity the house was to the ocean.
We went snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming every day.
It was wonderful just to lay on a hammock with a drink in hand and watch the boats go by.
The house is amazing and the outdoor area is like nothing we've ever experienced.
I felt like we were at a resort!
We all highly recommend this villa which far exceeded our expectations.

WOW!! Best vacation villa on St John!
I want to thank you so much for letting us stay at your wonderful villa again. As you know this was our second stay, our previous visit was before the hurricanes. We were a little nervous not knowing how the villa would be after two major hurricanes and you advising that some repairs and renovations were made to the outside spaces. Needless to say, we loved everything. WOW! It's truly magnificent!! We loved it before but we all now agree that it's not only FABULOUS but the best we've seen on the island!! We love all the new palm trees & tropical plants scattered about, the new decks, new palapas, new brick and stone work- well done!! The outdoor space feels like being at an upscale resort! The villa is truly awesome in every way!! We used all the water toys everyday. What a joy having kayaks, snorkeling gear and Stand up paddle boards steps from the house at the waterfront. The snorkeling was actually the best right in from of your villa than all the other locations on the island we visited. Thank you again for hands down the best vacation we've ever had and a special thank you to Marykae for providing us great information and answering all our questions so quickly.

Lovely House and View - Exceeded Expectations
We had a great time on St. John and the Lime in the Coconut house definitely added to that great time. The views from the house and pool deck are wonderful - we really enjoyed the infinity pool, deck chairs, and hammocks. There were enough places for all nine of us all to lounge so we didn't get in each other's way - very well thought out. Available snorkeling gear was first rate and snorkeling from the property was really good. There were even beachchairs, umbrellas, and coolers available to take to the beaches.
The house was nicely decorated - loved the mermaid hanging from the ceiling and other cool touches. Kitchen had spices and other basics that helped with meals. The sharing bar was a nice touch. Two sinks and an icemaker were also good features. The beds were comfy and we all slept well.
The house exceeded our expectations as it was so nicely put together. We went with the owner's recommendations for a masseuse and boat charter and both turned out great. Thank you for a memorable experience. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this resort-house again!

My wish for everyone reading this is to experience Lime in de Coconut Villa at least once in their lifetime. My family’s time at your Villa was like a fantasy. The views are out of a movie 🎥� and walking through the front door my jaw dropped. The snorkeling right off the back yard along with kayaking and paddle boarding all at your fingertips was superb. Having Chocolate hole bay as your own water playground was out of this world. The spaciousness of the Villa with all the luxury touches really engaged us all to relax! We enjoyed the full bar and added some Cruz bay rum to it for your next guest. The large dining set up inside and outside made for comfortable family meals and many smiles and laughs around the table. We learned quickly how to get around St John by car and loved all the beaches we visited and the shopping. The bars and meals we had in Cruz bay were wonderful. I must mention your infinity pool and hot tub set up is right out of Hollywood with the ocean in the background and this made for a great photos and awesome fun! I also must mention the sonos system with the indoor outdoor speakers and my kids playlist from their smart phones had the whole house rockin!! My experience at your Villa “Lime in de Coconut” was well above

We LOVED this villa!
We chose this beautiful villa for my husband's 60th birthday celebration and couldn't have
been happier!! If you want a location that is very close to the water this is the place to stay. The views from the villa are absolutely gorgeous, and the open kitchen/dining area/ great room were fabulous for our group to be together and enjoy.
There were so many things to do at this villa and everyone had the best time just being here together. We loved the infinity pool with the waterfall, kayaking every afternoon, snorkeling was amazing (better than the public park beaches) having coffee on the deck looking out at the ocean and listening to the waves...there's just endless enjoyment and relaxation here. The only downside to this villa is that you don't want to leave!! My husband said this was the best birthday he ever had! Thanks to the wonderful owners who were so responsive to our questions and helpful with their suggestions.
