Das Hotel liegt westlich von PCH, westlich des Palos Verdes Boulevards und 300 Schritte vom Sand entfernt. Spent a month at this delightful location. Just 1 block from the ocean with a peak-a-boo view of the water from the living room. Everything for a comfortable stay including nice neighbors and great accommodations. I plan to return next year!

The house is extremely clean and everything you could want in a vacation rental! John is great to deal with and extremely accommodating!!! This will always be my go to place when I visit Redondo Beach, which is about 4 times a year!!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful three week stay at John’s place! Perfect location! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, coffee spots and the beach! Short drive to family in RPV. Parking, easy check in and out, and great communication make this the spot to stay! We’ll be back! Thank you, John.

Spouse and I enjoyed being within an easy drive of our daughter and family. Actually reminded us of our efficient 'married housing' apartment at UCB decades ago.
Overall very nice and clean. Suggest the owner check the water pressure in the shower and upgrade the kitchen toaster please.

Had a wonderful two week stay. Unit was very clean and comfortable in a lovely neighborhood near shopping and restaurants, and short walk to beach. We didn’t have a car, but were able to walk or use the bikes to get where we wanted. Highly recommend!

The apartment was amazing - we loved it! Very quite neighborhood & neighbors. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. It was extremely clean and had every amenity we needed for a perfect vacation stay. The location was ideal - only a half block to the beach. Can’t wait to book again in the future. Thank you!

Wonderful.
Everything great. A couple of things...the stairs going into the kitchen could definitely use a handrail. (Someone else in a review had mentioned this.) Storage for clothes and cosmetics is limited. It would be helpful if drawers and cabinets throughout could be de-cluttered so they could be used for guests items. But everything else is wonderful. Thank you!

Redondo Beach paradise!
From our first introduction to our last morning was perfection. John was a gracious and responsive host. The place was beautiful and comfortable and located just a few blocks from the beach. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves. It was well-stocked and very clean. A true gem in the heart of Redondo surrounded by amazing shopping and a variety of excellent restaurants. Highly recommend!

Vacation at the Beach
Great location, just a short walk to
Redondo Beach. Bikes were included and biking on the Strand along the beach was great. The two bedroom condo was very nice, with nice kitchen, comfortable living room with large screen TV and a peek of the ocean. Great master bedroom with large closet and drawer space. Outside, there was a nice patio space with a gas grill and comfortable couches. Also, it was a short walk or ride to the shops and restaurants at the Rivieria shopping center in Redondo. Don't miss the great Tacos at Vida.

Great location—Unit super clean
It was all good. On our last night, we scheduled for next year, same week. I received confirmation quickly.
When the description states that everything you need is in the unit, very true. Only thing I brought was my Instapot. Everything else I needed for preparing for plant based foodies was there, down to the emulsifier!

This will be the ONLY place I stay at when visiting The Los Angeles area. Cute, clean, and great location don’t even begin to tell you how happy I am with this place. The owners gets back to me within minutes whenever I have a question!!! A++++

The property is clean and comfortable and has off-street parking. It's in a great location, allowing an easy walk to the beach or Riviera Village.
The property manager responded very quickly to any inquiries.

Perfect location, I did not have a car so being able to walk to the beach and to the Village was a plus. Apartment met all my needs; I stayed for a full month and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The apartment is so homey and comfortable! 1 block walk to shopping, dining, and the beach! The property managers were fabulous; friendly and very helpful! We are looking forward to booking it again!

Sunny, cute little apt near the beach
This is a great little apartment - highly recommend! Everything updated, very clean, sunny, well stocked kitchen, great bed/ bedding, towels... Partial ocean view, 3 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to market & village w/ retail stores restaurants. Excellent owner response to questions.. Neighborhood is in densely populated area of beach community w/ lots of apts.
