Good location, free water refill, privacy

Shower was not great, hot water was very intermittent. Bed linen & towels were quite damp, didn't feel very clean. The WiFi did not work at all on our floor and was intermittent on other floors. Location was good although the general issue of stray dogs in Kathmandu was problematic at night time, we found it difficult to sleep as the dogs all barked throughout most of the night, every night.

The lady that received me was quite friendly but had received no instructions, it took 45 min to obtain the password for the erratic wifi. The shower didn't work at all. The bed was uncomfortable. The room felt really humid and was quite musty.

Mirror could be more neat and clean

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff. When electricity have gone they operative launch solar battery and restore WiFi.

Quit place and comfortable room great view of soyambhu temple

The staff is incredibly friendly and forthcoming. Trying to attend instantaniously to our needs. We always feel welcome and our privacy is respected. The rooms are basic but nice and very tidy.
