The location is good, you can go to the old town by bus and it's charged 2 euros per person. You are going to be in downtown in 15 min. The room is super comfortable and the internet is great! The view of the lake is beautiful, really nice! People is helpful and nice.

The entrance at night change, it will be great if you mentioned during the night. It can be easily doable during checking

Room was perfect for the night before leaving on a sailing holiday. Shower and bathroom were clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet. I'm a light sleeper so I heard staff preparing the room for breakfast and some of the other guests but not entirely bothersome. The location for lunch and dinner is beautiful and peaceful. Kitchen is fast (maybe a bit too fast) and food was decent.

The speed of the service in the restaurant was a bit too fast. The bread and pate were brought out and I barely had time to enjoy it when my dinner arrived.

Although some way from the action…it was worth it with easy bus access to all you need to see

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and again, the hospitality, cleanliness and location did not disappoint. We use the hotel as a base for when we are decommissioning our boat at the nearby marina as the food is excellent and the owners and staff could not be more accommodating. Its also in an excellent location for seeing the local area without having to pay the exorbitant Dubrovnik prices. It has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere which makes us feel comfortable if we need to ask for anything extra, such as extra pillows on this occasion. Will definitely continue to use in the future.

For me location is very good, it is very close to the ACI marina, it is especially comfortable for those who coming to sail. The hotel provided after midnight transfer on a price cheaper then a taxi

The breakfast was very good. They look Quetion was excellent them to us taking a sailboat trip.

What was disappointing is how we were treated at the restaurant located within the hotel. We were served food we did not order and charged for it. The waiter was not very friendly.

not a good location - nothing to do of see nearby if you don’t have a car. very few parking spaces. breakfast choice very limited bedroom wall had some nose mucus on it was left standing at reception - no one around to check in…

The room looked even better in person and we had the most stunning view of lake Ombla and the mountains. The photos do it no justice, when you see it in person it is absolutely breathtaking. All the staff were so wonderful and the staff in the restaurant made us a vegan pasta and flat pastry bread thing especially for us which was so sweet 🥺 I feel like the staff went the extra mile to make sure you were comfortable and knew everything you needed to and they were also very funny. Our room was cleaned every single day and we were given fresh new towels every day and also they folded our pyjamas so nicely and left them on our pillow 🥺 I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know that are going to visit Dubrovnik. Thank you so much for the lovely stay and I wish you all the best in the future. 💙

I do understand it’s of course a small hotel so it’s expected not to have lots of breakfast options but I wished they had some sort of vegan milk such as oat milk or almond milk so we could’ve had tea, hot chocolate and cereal as more options instead of just having toast, watermelon and courgette on bread. But again I wasn’t too fussed. The watermelon was amazing.

We loved its location- so close to the marina! We also loved the restaurant located on a terrace by the river. The food was very good and the menu interesting. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and varied. Our room was light and spacious and airy with a lovely bathroom and shower. The beds were comfortable and super clean. There is a bus nearby which goes to the old town.

The Location is excelent, you are just 10min away (by bus) from Dubrovnik city center, but isolated form crowded streets, and next to the sea to enjoy a relaxing breakfast.

The first night some other guest were talking and screaming to loud, it is not directly a problem form the hotel, but the wasn't anyone who made them shut up.

The hotel location is convenient to visit Dubrovnik. The hotel has free parking and there are two buses that run every 15 mins, which is great since parking is so expensive in Dubrovnik. Breakfast by the river was very nice and quiet location of the hotel was good too. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The room floor and bathrooms were not so clean.

Beautiful, picturesque location by the river. Excellent restaurant, clean rooms, nice breakfast and welcoming staff.

Prefer a later checkout time than 10am.
