The view from the living room and one of the upstairs bedrooms was absolutely beautiful. Rental is at the end of a road, very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

We enjoyed this beach house, especially the views of the bay. We were 2 families staying together and glad for 3 bed rooms. Our kids loved playing at the little park down the street, and it was close to Lincoln City beaches and attractions.

It was nice coming home to a house instead of a hotel room. So much more room to spread out for our family of 5.

Good for multigenerational trip. The only things that would have made the stay more comfortable would have been dressers in the bedrooms and storage containers in the kitchen for leftovers. The twin beds were on the first floor so two kids shared an upstairs queen bed so grandparents with limited mobility didn’t have to climb stairs.

Beautiful home with a great view! Plenty of space for a family get away or get together with friends. Hot tub and fire pit were a plus !!

We weren’t able to get the AC to work and being so hot this week. Also the tv ended up doing its own thing for a couple of hours and we weren’t able to watch it. Other then that the house was good and hot tub was nice

Wonderful view of the bay. Beds comfortable and lots of sleeping areas. Beautiful view from upstairs room. Great views from living room. The hot tub location is awesome the tree kind of blocks the winds. There are a few cosmetic things that need fixed. The path to front door needs to be straightened and the landscape pruned back.And the front porch stairs need another rail also. There are 2 of the kitchen chairs that are broken. The wicker outdoor furniture was so broken that it wasn't usable. The stairs to the hot tub need rails on each side. I have a bad knee and I almost fell. The back area that has the fire pit needs some TLC. Wasn't very appealing to sit. And last please move the toilet paper holder somewhere else. It's crazy to have to reach behind you for paper. And you may add to your rental ad that the front door is on the side. But these are all things that would add value to your place. And we had a wonderful time just relaxing. We both never stop so it was awesome. Not to have to go do, go somewhere or be somewhere. We would return and maybe this time bring the family. Well maybe not! And I thought your ad had said No Dogs but then there was dog towels. I maybe mistaken i was looking at several places. So you do allow them?

This is our second year staying here. Nice home, plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked, beds were nice, the view is fantastic! The home is clean and comfy

We were happy with this house. The amenities were appreciated. Loved the deck and firepit as well as the private hot tub. There are paddle boards that were fun to use. Small but very cozy and room for everyone. It was nice having the bay right outside the back door.

Three adults, had a lovely stay. Perfect for what we needed. The bed linens could use an upgrade, and the blinds are almost all broken in minor ways. Also the oven wouldn’t preheat higher than 375 so our food took a little longer than usual to cook. But the views were great, the hot tub was lovely, there was plenty of comfy seating in the living room and overall just a nice cozy home.

Absolutely loved staying here!! There’s a walkable brewery and walkable beach access. It was such a cute little neighborhood to jog around. The deck has UNREAL views!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet. The place can use a little more updating. My husband has a hard time sleeping but over all we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

My family loved our stay at Bayview Escape this fall! We all agreed that we could spend hours looking out at the bay and we enjoyed watching the abundant wildlife. The home was very comfortable and clean-it was the perfect homebase for exploring the Lincoln City area. The neighborhood was quiet (we felt safe) and we enjoyed walking on the small stretch of sand within walking distance of the house when the tide was out. The only problem.................we really didn't want to leave! We hope to visit again next year! Thanks for lending us your cozy home for a short time!

Overall the stay was nice. The place looked more rundown than the online pictures showed. My biggest concern was the vent covers downstairs. They are just sitting on top and could be a major trip issue. Also their was a huge clump of hair on the upstairs shower. The view was amazing and the view from the hot tub was spectacular. Finally the bushes could be cut back the walkway to the door was tight. Overall nice place and would recommend.

It was a nice location on the bay but I think the owner needs to go do some maintenance. So so many things were falling apart and broke. My hubby fixed some of the insulation in the garage falling down. I think it should’ve cost less for the condition. Also if u hate big big spiders DO NOT stay here. They r everywhere I’m talking in and around. Scare the heck out of ya. Owner needs to do no a bomb!!! 😳😬

The house was very clean. It is worn, but comfortable. The hot tub was clean and heated up for us (thanks!). Just needs a new chlorine cartridge in the floating filter. The kitchen has a good assortment of supplies but could use more small spoons, cereal bowls, and a set of measuring cups. The view to the bay is fantastic!!!

The grandkids and I enjoyed our time there. The fire pit was a plus, s’mores turned out perfect. Hot tub was also nice. It would have been great if they had instructions and guide to the TV, hot tub, and the fact that they have a key lock box on the wall next to the the door. Obviously that was where your key was. But no you have to open the screen door and guess what that’s where you will find the “real” door lock box. You cannot see see this unless you open the screen door. Don’t expect to check in at their guaranteed time of 4pm. I received a phone call the afternoon of my check in day that the house would not be ready until 6pm. They refunded me 100.00, but made no offer of a 2 hour later check out. All in all I would try them one more time.

Is it fancy? No. But it's right on the water, in a quiet spot of the bay, close to the beach and everything Lincoln City has to offer, and is priced right. My wife and I would happily stay again!

Fantastic view of the bay! Lots of wildlife and quiet neighborhood. Home furnishings were a bit worn but that didn’t deter from our enjoyment of this home. It felt like a family’s beach cabin—well loved. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were clean and comfy. Two queens upstairs share a bath. Other bath on main floor near room with 2 twin beds. Host very attentive. Great location central to Lincoln City and Depot Bay. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome location, great views from the deck and master bedroom. House had not been cleaned when we arrived, only the bare minimum had been done. Hot tub was disgusting. They were able to get someone out same day to drain and clean it so we could use it the next day. They also sent a cleaning team out to clean the house the next day to resolve the issue. The house does need some TLC/ updating inside and out including new mattresses. But overall they resolved all issues in a timely manner and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Good value
Great location and view, hot tub was super, kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans, etc. Bathrooms in great shape as well. Exterior of house is a bit lacking, but on the whole this was a good value rental.

Great location, home needs a good scrub down and some TLC
Disappointed in care of home, mold in window sills, toothpaste on wall, someone’s old sock found in living room. No pictures but nails in walls, chandelier was caked with dust, just a bunch of little things that added up. Wish twin beds had been upstairs. Paid extra to use hot tub but rained all weekend .

Spent a wonderful week here. Layout of house just as described. Location fantastic. Comfortable for five adults. Good amenities. Few areas ripe for improvement as mostly noted in other reviews: small but serviceable kitchen, lots of pots and pans but not the best sizes or quality, many/most blinds are difficult to operate or don’t operate. But no deal breakers. Clean and comfortable. Would book again.

Great place to get away
The property is located on the coastline which allows for a beautiful view from the back deck. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. This is a great place to relax and refresh during your vacation.

Overall satisfied
The house was neat and clean. Only complaints was we were a party of 6 and not enough silverware and we could have used another towel or two. Staying on the bay was beautiful and we could hear the ocean and we got to enjoy the patio because it wasn’t as windy.

Great location, in bad need of a deep clean and updating
Pros: location and the views
Cons: (buckle up) blood on the sheets, in bad need of a deep clean, the grill needs replacing, the hot tub was dirty and almost impossible to open without a second adult. Minor maintenance is needed on the screendoor, the gate latches, the hot tub, the kitchen sink cabinet. The room with the view had a bed that squeaks loudly everytime you move.
We loved the location and views but the owners need to give the home a little tlc. It really shows its age.
