Lo que debo destacar además de los dptos limpios, cómodos, con todos los servicios que ofrece, Naty su propietaria siempre estuvo ayudándonos con todas nuestras inquietudes, información sobre lugares a visitar,horarios,precios, cómo llegar, delivery para cenar porque llegamos tarde el día de ingreso, estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada desde el primer momento, comida para uno de los niños que estaba enfermo ( realizado por ella) además de ser un ser maravilloso, nos sentimos con mi familia como en casa.

Hostess Natalia was excellent, made sure to personally greet us at the address, patiently worked thru online translating to get us outfitted with new Argentine Sim cards. Offered to adjust the rather early checkout time to our convenience .we wanted to give her a hug when we left . An upstairs apartment with newish beds , appliances, and bathroom .New propane stove w oven. Eclectic chairs and tables. Above average hangers in bathroom. Could sleep up to 5.

Outside .Natalie's control and a chronic factor in settlements, . Dogs barking and fighting, purposely noisy motorcycles, and roosters.. all of which quited down by midnight . Ear plugs were a big help.. The fancy shower head is fixed and control hard to reach for shorter people.

Our host was so fantastically helpful and friendly. We booked two nights but ended up staying three which was no problem. There was a big storm during our stay which meant we lost electricity but our host came to check we were okay and show us where the emergency light was.

The location is a little out of the way but as we had a car this wasn't a problem for us. It was worth it for the money we saved not staying centrally.

Iguaza falls are 40 minutes away. Do not agree for to give you a taxi service as she will try and change the price after you have ridden with her.

We were robbed while we slept. The female owners response when we awoke was to call the police, but then the scams began and she tried to rob us even further leading us to believe she had been behind the original bugalry.

Natalia, the host, was a sweetheart. She was super nice and always very, very attentive and helpful. The is a shop just below the apartment if you need anything. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need. We recommend the apartment!

The apartment is not very central (yet, the busses to the waterfalls can be reached within 10min.).

Property is located in quiet neighborhood. Room I was staying has private bathroom, there is also fully equipped kitchen with stove and fridge. Bed was very comfortable. There is also a air-conditioner (I was really glad it was there as it was very hot in Puerto Iguazu). On top of that there was a large telly in the room, but I did not use it so I don't know what TV programs were available. There is a small shop on the ground floor. Nearest bus stop and supermarket were only 10 minutes walking distance away. Host was very helpful and friendly. They only spoke Spanish but were very patient and even with my limited knowledge of the language we managed to sort out all the stuff.

There are not many things I did not like about the place. Only one real issue was quality of wifi, it was not very good, it managed messaging but it was not for web browsing or streaming. Place is little far from the town center, about 20 minutes walk, not a real problem just bear it in mind (unless you have a car :)).
