This house was perfect for our group of 6 we can’t wait to come back!

Overall this was a great place to stay. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed having the Casita - this made it easy for our friends with children to stay with us, but also have a separate space for their kids. We enjoyed the turfed backyard and the pool was very clean. Heather was FANTASTIC to work with. She was always available via call or text and responded very promptly. I would book this house again simply to work with Heather again! Their was a lot of space for parking along the side of the house with easy access to the garage. We were also within walking access to a lot of the bars downtown.

We took three families to this property and it was just perfect. It's perfectly stocked with grills, kitchen appliances, pool, plenty of parking and a fabulous, responsive host. I'll be booking this place next boating season!

Beds were great, kitchen had everything to make your meal. Towels for shower and for pool. Pool temp was PERFECT! Was close to downtown and the Lake. Nobody wanted to leave..

We cannot say enough great things about Heather and her beautiful designer-like styled home. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the last 20 years and have not been this impressed in a long time. Her home was immaculate and we loved everything about it and did not want to leave! Absolutely luxurious- extremely comfortable beds, high-end fresh linens with extra protective mattress covers, a resort-style backyard, plenty of room for 2 boats. It was so nice to have a casita- perfect for 2 families! Everything from the initial booking, check-in, and out was seamless. Heather was extremely responsive, kind, and truly went above and beyond. We are already planning our return and will be sure to schedule our vacation around the availability of her home because it was truly unrivaled! Thank you Heather!! “Super host” doesn’t even begin to describe you!

This place was really done well, very clean and in a GREAT neighborhood. It was very spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and one bath down, including a hide-a-bed. Neighbors were very quiet and it's the kind of place where lots of people run and walk their dogs. Great location minutes to beach and grocery and breakfast place very close. Owners texted a couple of times to make sure all was well. Overall a very nice stay.

Quiet location with lots of space to spread out. Close to all activities without having to use the freeway. Owners are very easy to communicate and very responsive.

Heather was so nice and accommodating. We had to re-schedule three times for a wedding that was changed also due to COVID. Heather rolled with us and was always quick to respond and change our dates. The home was quiet, clean and comfortable. What more could we want? Parking was easy. I really enjoyed my daily lagoon walks. Just beautiful! Thank you!

Located centrally in Carlsbad is Heather's clean, comfortable, and well equipped townhome just a short walk away from the lagoon and minutes drive to the beach. It has everything you will need for your vacation away from home with full kitchen, living area, fairly large master and 2nd bedroom both of which have their own bathrooms. There is also a washer/dryer. Provided are beach chairs and beach pail/shovel for the younger kids. Our family of 4 (wife, myself and 2 kids aged 12 and 14) and small dog (14 lbs) stayed here during Spring Break. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and well appointed. The home is bright and has a beachy theme. I was impressed by the excellent water pressure in the shower and the hot water comes on right away. There is a small patio in the back with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, great for outdoor lounging. I rarely experienced any noise and it is a very relaxing home. There are 2 smart flat screen TVs, one in the master and one in the living area, both hooked to cable. Wifi was excellent with no disconnections and speed was exceptional. Heather is very quick to respond to messages and our communication was excellent. She is a wonderful host and so friendly and hospitable. She and her townhome deserve the 5-star reviews she consistently receives. I highly recommend her townhome if you are looking for a relaxing accommodation in Carlsbad.

Our stay in Carlsbad was fantastic! Heather is such a gracious host and the property itself was fantastic. The unit is very updated with all anyone one need; the washer and dryer really came in handy. Much better than staying at a hotel! Will be staying here again soon.

The home is beautiful and just as it was promised. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood.

The owners were wonderful to deal with...very responsive. The location was good, but you do have a 2.5 mile walk to the beach...which we did not mind since we like to walk. However the lagoon is just a block or two away!! The only issue that we had was that the downstairs TV, we could not get the regular channels to come in (ABC, CBS, etc). We worked with the owner on that and he could not figure it out either without being on site. We did not feel that it was worth a 2 hour drive for him to come down here to check it out. He said that his kids had hooked their X-Box's up to it the week-end before and must have changed some setting.

Very nicely decorated condo with all the amenities. Property owners were very attentive to our needs and responded with urgency to ensure our comfort.
